Coffee is good so do pool. Also even I am in new zealand and I found easy to talk to hotel via email more proactive than many other hotel. Will return to this hotel.
Nothing I can think of
Staff was very helpful and friendly. They were attentive and cordial to our needs.
Asked for more towels twice and none ever came. That’s my only complaint We had to take them off a cart in the hallway ourselves.
I had to change rooms twice. The first time, the sewage system overflowed while I was not even in the room. The bathroom was a nightmare, and they got me switched to another room (that was only two rooms away!) within an hour. The other room, I was told, might have related problems, so they switched me yet again. The final room had a refrigerator which was not running the first night I was there. It is unbelievable that a hotel could have so many issues. Beyond this, the swimming pool is only open in the morning until 10am and it does not open again until 5pm. It is ridiculous for a pool to not be available from 10am - 5pm. I was very disappointed by this.
Was all very nice! Would go again
So close to everything!!! Walkable to all the main spots.
Thin walls lol
