Pros:Location was great! They fixed the broken fridge in our room *right* away. Friendly responsive staff, overall good stay
Cons:Nothing majorly negative to report. Pool and gym are very small- (has basic cardio and like 3 weight lifting machines total). Soda machine was cash only.

Pros:Modern, euro feel, roomy, friendly , clean - good service - it was very convienient walk for me to the piers at 50th where I was going to an art fair - also convienient to w42nd street where lga bus drops you off ! I also got a freaky great price on kayak
Cons:No coffee pot in room and breakfast place downstairs had nothing I wanted all for a high price - there is a fridge in the room and lots of little breakfast places within less then a block - I simply brought a hot water heater with me , a cup and a bagel ! The management was so nice I bet if I had asked them they might have provided ....
