The room smelled of old smoke. I kept the window open even thought it was a little cold and noisy. The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The elevator was out of service hence long waits. I was very disappointed in the room as well. There was no pen or pad to use and the surfaces in the room were dusty. I have stayed a ClubQuarters two blocks south, and it has far better amenities, cleanliness and staff
Pros. Nespresso coffee, slippers, cookies on the night stand were all nice touches that made my stay more comfortable.
Cons. Just a tip, the block this hotel is on is constantly congested with traffic at Lex and 47th. If you're in a big hurry, book your Uber or get a cab on Lex or 3rd.
