Location, food , comfort
Location Friendly staff
No WiFi in room Electrics unsafe and coming away from the wall No tea and coffee making machine Safe did not work At 12.50 the room had not been made up - unacceptable in a 5 star hotel
Perfect location and beautiful decor.
Great room, great staff, great location
Liked it all
Location was great if you are planning to walk Central Park and visit the Met or Guggenheim.
Shower was not clean - the grout had orange and black mold - had not been cleaned in a long time, Proving bathrobes is a nice touch - too bad they were dirty and we had to ask for new ones. Had an issue getting wash cloths for the shower - was told by housekeeping to contact the front desk - and then the front desk wasn't answering the phones.
