All of the Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. The location of the hotel is outstanding.
Surrey has a great location so near to Central Park, museums, and shopping. We had a large, comfortable room with a view of Central Park! The staff were knowledgable and helpful.
It's very central, walking distance to almost all places. Room is big, very clean and overlooking a nice street. Many cafes around for cousy breakfast/branch. My husband usualy preferes 5stars, but never regreted me booking this 3stars hotel. It is comfortable with exellent restaurant (French), full of local people even on Monday night.
Night shift staff could be a little more active, but it was not really a problem, just compering to the day time people who were much more helpful.
