Pros. Great big room on the 3rd floor that overlooks the pool area. It’s a lively scene that includes a DJ playing music for the guests lounging there. However if you have the rooms facing the pool area and are on the lower floors the party in never over. The music can be heard in the room even with the balcony door closed.
Cons. This should be disclosed as a potential nuisance when checking in. It’s a factor that is well known to the bell staff and I’m sure the front is aware as well.

Cons. Loud disco/nightclub in lobby. Rooms are tired (I used to go there frequently when it was a Four Seasons). It certainly isn't a Four Seasons quality room anymore. Guess that's why the rates are somewhat reasonable.
Pros. We come back regularly. The hotel is well appointed and the staff is very professional. Rooms are comfortable and view to ocean side over fashion island is super. Oak Grill Room on the deck for breakfast is a treat.
