staff not friendly or helpful. The one white man on evening shift Saturday answered my question "do you guys have another ice machine" he said no, the its the guest who keep tearing up the one we have, me having worked in hotels for 30 years would have said, Im soory, let me run get you some ice from our kitchen. I also asked him if he could change a twenty and he quickly said no. customer service should be this hotels # 1 priority since maint. is not. they had on street clothes at work. never got to go into lobby, always locked. room was verty, very bad. the vending room looked as if it should have been in a prison. I saw a sign saying do not even ask for any change for these machines! how rude, customer service is helping your guest and not just sitting on the job watching the clock..What a goldmine this place could be, but it is literally falling apart. the black guy on late night was at least professional but the oyther guy, come on now!! the room was terrible with broken pictures, air seeping in the dirty torn up door, ac unit sitting on floor, hairs on the very cheap towes, shower not working correctly, no working phone, no one ever mentioned breakfast at all. its really sad because if I ran this place it would 100% be making some money if I had to pull every shift until I got the right trustable people as my employees. this hotel sits in a very high volume area and could be making tons of $$$ it needs some tlc!! small things like uniforms, cash till for our guest to get change, nice linens, towels. each room should be redone 1 by 1 until all were done. pick up trash, make lobby inviting and lit. employees on their feet at all times. not busy? let front desk clean telephones from room,clean remoes, just anything to help this pro[perty come back to life. IT CAN LIVE AGAIN, I PROMISE YOU THAT!!

There was no knob in the restroom.
The outside was ok.... The pool area and pool were dirty would not recommend to swim in.
They were remolding it was messy they did not clean up the rooms every day ...there were hair on the towels in the bed the carpet was not clean there were trash in the chair under the pillow!! You had to ask for towels....the commode ran over maintenance was called....the Wi_fi did not work properly we asked about it twice no one would come up just kept asking what was it doing...wasn"t the best stay....Need alot of improvement...also was stuck in the elevator....the front desk laughed i panic we called 911 before the door ever open kept pushing alarm button! Would not recommend to no one ....i think they also had alot of extended day tenants....not alot of help!!
Just wasn't my type of hotel. I chose it last minutes because another nearby hotel was overbooked. One issue was access to the room from outside. The electronic lock on door was malfunctioning and my key card was not able to open it. Had to go to front desk several times. Then I was advised to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to my room.
