Pros: although each branch of enterprise in my area had a different price, i was able to bring the lowest price to the nearest branch and voila -- they honored it & i got best of both worlds

Pros: Customer service at the location was good
Car was dirty though. Rented a van, one seat
wouldn't retracy in to the floor.
Good thing we checked fluids - power steering and antifreeze below minimum and radiator
almost dry. Could have been a disaster.

Don't waste your time!
Cons: Wait times are way too long. Not enough communication between offices. No order in office as to who was waiting in line.

Cons: it's a real pain in the rear renting a car if you use a debit card

Pros: The whole process was easy. Everyone was nice.
Cons: I rented a Ford van, but when I got there they only had a Chevy which was ugly and not what I wanted, but I hag no I had no option.
Cons: I don't know if I missed the drop off hours or if it was even available in my contract or explanation. But because I did not know or realize closing hours was at six, eight caused me 40 minutes driving to realize the location was closed and I had to wake up early to meet my drop off deadline. I think a courtesy reminder of location hours at check in would have been a nice touch.
Cons: We were unable to get the rental because the company overbooked and did not care. The manger at the location said we were out of luck and didn't bother to try to find anything else. Once we called corporate it was even worse they refused to help or honor the pricing with another vehicle. After sitting in the car rental office the lady told us she was closing and we would have to leave while we were on the phone with corporate. At the end of the day no one cared about us or getting us to our vacation.
