Its comfortable, quiet, even the grounds are well lit ! Nothing.
Staff was very polite Room was a little stuffy, AC was very loud
The hotel was right down the road from everything! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were fine, very comfortable beds! No complaints!
To get to the second floor I had to go up 2 flight of stares. I would requested a first floor room as I am a senior citizen climbing stares with luggage is a challenge
Beautiful and spacious room with an incredibly comfortable bed! The pool and hot tub was great too! Nothing
It was convenient to the wedding we were attending It was outdated and very musty smelling. The pillows were flat like pancakes and we had 4 of them.

I enjoyed the cornhole game and the location...very near town. Staff was nice! Breakfast was mostly carbs-muffins, toast, oatmeal. Needed some meat, not for me but my husband likes it. Also needed some eggs. Boiled eggs are easy and it's my favorite breakfast item. They had no milk! I don't like 1/2 and 1/2 in my coffee and oatmeal.
The best part of the experience was the staff. Everyone from the Front Desk staff to the cleaning staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The exterior and outdoor space of the hotel were the best physical features of the hotel. The pool was beautiful The rooms felt extremely bare, somewhat stark. The toiletries were really minimal, something more than two bars of industrial soap slivers and two tubes of combined shampoo/condition would be nice.
Yes we had a jacuzzi tub in our room and when we went to use it the water was disgusting brown and dirty
There was a nice Continental Breakfast supplied for free. Too far from downtown area (have to drive; not a quick walk).
the room was very nice, clean and spacious, with vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan. breakfast was blah!
Hotel location is awesome -within a mile of downtown. One can easily walk, take the trolley or even drive & park. This Motel is more like a Hotel - really clean, quiet, with beautiful rooms. no
Clean, comfortable and adequate for a motel. Get a room on the back side where there is grass, a stream, BBQ, chairs and gazebos and is off the road. Hair dryer was broken and no one to fix it. Clerk let me use one in another unoccupied room, which was good, but the hairdryer was not repaired during our 2 day stay.
Rooms were immaculately clean, comfortable - wonderful experience! Nothing to speak of.
Very clean and pretty cozy. Our room was at the end and the wifi did not work at all.

Extremely clean. Friendly staff. Nicely landscaped back yard. Nothing.
Location, helpful staff and comfortable room. No.
This is like an old fashioned motel: solid, clean, they have thought of everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.Best? The garden behind the motel and our little balcony. No, we really liked it.
Location was nice and place was clean Almost no Internet access
I enjoyed the glider rocking chairs, the spacious room, quietness and the porch. The grounds were very lovely. Real cups, real glasses. Great place to stay. N/A
Owners and staff were great. They accommodated any request without any hesitation. Price was right. Very quiet and peaceful location.
Quaint. Nice, relaxing area out back. No
The staff was great as was the location. I enjoyed sitting in the gazebo. The room was clean. I would go back there again. The air conditioner froze and didn't work. It was too warm in the room.
Great location on Short Sands Beach. Friendly, helpful staff. The room was basic but had everything I needed to make my visit comfortable. I felt safe . There was plenty of well lit parking. The hotel was close enough to the water that it was possible to see the sunrise over the ocean from my room- beautiful! The only negative thing about this hotel is the nearest parking spots to the rooms are all spots that required expertise in parallel parking. However, later in my stay I discovered the hotel has additional spots in the back of the building that are easier to get into.
It was close to Ogunquit and the beaches and restaurants. The room was very clean. The only thing about this hotel that I would complain about was that the bed was a little to firm for us.
courtious staff, waited up for me because I arrived late into the evening; had breakfast available but I had to leave before it was served; large handicap bathroom the fit for a wheelchiar a bit snug to naviage all around the room. For instance, closet being located in bathroom was not easily accessible because it was behind the bathroom door. Vending machines were located downstairs and inaccessible to wheelchair.
Two thing. I called the day before arrival to see if my sister could be in the next room. They accommodated me and we were in adjoining rooms. I also forgot a bag and they called to let me know. They were very nice. No
The lady who checked us into our hotel room 9-6-2013 around 8pm was extremely sweet. We were greeted pleasantly and made to feel right at home. The beds were a bit hard.
The two pools and the hot tub were a selling point. Having a full-sized refrigerator is a good perk too. We also appreciated the breakfast items available. The hotel is a little bit north of the main part of town. The television, beds and bedding were a bit dated compared to many hotels.
Family friendly, close to beach (walking distance), cheap and good enuf breakfast included! Very comfortable bed! Small inside pool.
The amenities (pool), the view, the complimentary breakfast No.
Clean, safe ,nice view of the beach, staff are nice and friendly, continental breakfast great, good food. Nothing!
Good Location, Friendly Staff Some of the lights worked, Bed was awful, room was small enough that itwas difficult to get around the beds, TV didn't work when we arrived, Pool was completely green , the first hotel we ever stayed at where there was no "top sheet" underneath the blanket, The towels and hand towels were so thin, one ripped in half when washing my face, the air conditioner temp switch didn't work, there was no on/off switch, you had to plug or unlpug the unit which was barely 6 " off the floor.
Attended a wedding down the street. We arrived at tall woods after the wedding at about 1:30am. They told us they gave our room to someone else because they didn't think we were coming. They didn't think to contact us to ask. They didn't seem to care at all and me and my wife had to drive 2 hours home after a night of drinking. We called everywhere, there wasn't a vacant hotel room anywhere.
Being allergic to the mold made me very sick during the night, I am still sick now and this was 5 days ago. Overall unfortunately not a good experience for my mom and I.
Good location vis a vis footbridge beach. Friendly staff. Far from town. Room full of small lights making it hard to sleep.
Friendly hostess, rooms nice and clean, quiet location
The hostess was absolutely delightful! She went out of her way to help us find restaurants, give directions, etc. The sheets kept slipping off of the mattress.
Big rooms and friendly staff. Sophie was great.
Very friendly staff. Somewhat out of the main business area
quiet design, breakfast
Sophie at the front desk is awesome; she even got breakfast ready early since we had to leave before 7am. We'd love to return and spend more time. Nice, homey, quiet and tucked away, but still very close to central Kennebunkport, everything's nearby, especially the Bush estate. I appreciated having wireless internet, and the toiletries were my favorite brand.
Great no frills stopover after a 4 day camping trip. Clean & budget friendly. Close to beach.Used pool. The pillows were uncomfortable. Too bulky
A very pleasant stay, warm welcome and comfortable room. A short drive into town (might have walked if it weren't so cold!) which meant it was very quiet at night.
The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The physical aspects of the hotel were run-down and lacked care. It was disappointing in relation to the description on the internet. It made much of being the sister hotel of the Kingsport Inn but the latter is much superior. A good breakfast was provided but there was no dining space.
The front desk lady, Sophia, was wonderful - great information on things to do and see.
We were so happy with the size of the room and the bathroom. So much better than what we had been experiencing on our trip. We fell in love with Sophie. She is just full of personality and so loveable. That really made a big huge difference. NO
