Pros: Our stay here was lovely - this B&B has even a story :) Giorgio and Sabrina are doing a great job taking care of the place and their guests. The breakfast was simply amazing made from fresh local produces "food should not travel". And the cakes....THE CAKES were delicious. The vicinity to Noventa di Piave Outlet was the reason why we stayed here, but when we return it will be strictly for Settecentoalberi.

Cons: Breakfast room was a bit small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kind staff who answered our many questions regarding directions, restaurant recommendations, and more. A beautiful hotel with exquisite rooms and comfortable beds!
Cons: A bit tricky to find while carrying heavy luggage. Ask for specific directions, from hotel, if you're walking. Otherwise take a water taxi from the Rialto vaporetto stop to the hotel because one side of the hotel is on a canal.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and very comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Traveling with my teen daughter, we booked the first floor (handicap equipped) room for a quick one night stay before leaving Italy; as a result of the room's location, it was very reasonably priced (ended up being right next to the front desk but quite honestly, once you got into the room, you'd never know). It was quiet and like a vault. The room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, clean, well decorated. Front desk staff were very pleasant. The breakfast room and the breakfast itself was fabulous! It's a lovely hotel, and great location from which to walk to sights. Venice and this hotel was the only place we'd stayed longer on our 3 1/2 week European trip...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff made every effort to make our stay welcoming, couldn’t fault room, location, staff or breakfast. We used the concierge service from the airport to hotel and return which made our visit totally stress free.
Cons: Couldn’t fault.

Pros: A great breakfast. Room was comfortable. Clean. Tea and coffee available in the room.Close to San Marco and the Rialto . Beautiful spacious Piazza in front of the hotel. Overall I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely helpful both front desk and breakfast. The location was excellent.
Cons: The pillows were slightly hard.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect for our stay in Venice. Right at the San Stae water taxi stop. The staff was spectacular! Helped us find a place for a late lunch on the day we arrived, provided clear instructions on how to get everywhere we wanted to go and most importantly provided step by step instructions how to get to the airport for an early morning flight the day of our departure. The gentleman at the desk even provided us with some snacks and water for our travels since we were leaving so early the following morning. I could not have asked for better customer service.
Cons: The bed was quite firm. However, the pillows were very nice so we slept well. Very quiet location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect! If you travel with luggages, this is the most ideal hotel - 20 metres from the waterbus station on a perfectly smooth and even pavement, without crossing any bridges. Breakfast is great. Room is comfortable and clean.

Pros: The place is located in a perfect quiet spot. the garden is nice and you can have your breakfast there. The breakfast itself was the best we had in Italy. Thanks for our last nights!
Cons: The rooms could have been a bit bigger, but are okay as you only need to sleep in them :)

7.5 Good
Pros: Nice little court yard for breakfast Breakfast was nice - decent choice
Cons: Overbearing red decor on all walls and ceiling. TV didnt work No lift No view whatsoever Very claustrophobic room Hotel "bar" closed at 10pm even for coffee!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We love the property and location. The staff are very nice
Cons: Sometimes they did not supply with extra coffee. But not a big deal.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect. It's extremely close to a boat stop for the airport. The hotel was central enough that it was easy to get around, but not so much that we were in the midst of the crowds. We loved the decoration in the room. It was so full of character! Everything was a little old, but in a good way. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The tables are set up in a beautiful little outdoor patio. The staff serving coffee/tea and clearing the tables were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The windows in our room looked out onto a wall. So not really much in the way of natural light. We didn't mind too much as we were only staying the night and didn't spend much time in the room. We thought the room was a little pricey, but perhaps that was due to it being the summer season.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and service !
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is really nice .
Cons: The room is so small..
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location near the station, very convenient, clean rooms, adequate space for 4 people with 3 beds, comfortable.
Cons: For 4 people accommodation, they need one & half bath, also by now all hotels should have laundry machines at least one. They need to have a shuttle service for international customers like us from airport, didn't like the breakfast, eggs were smelling.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness,very friendly staff, location
Cons: Only one small window in our room and unnecessary kitchen cabinets for our stay in our kid’s room taking too much space ,may be better to have more space for suitcases
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was about a 8 minute walk from the train station while pulling a suitcase. The bus station is within 3 minutes. There are several restaurants, gelato shops, other shops, grocery store and pharmacy in the area. The room was a little snug but with just two people we managed. It appeared to be a small hotel but in reality it is larger than it looks. With a canal in front and a restaurant on the one side the room was a lot quieter than what we expected. The breakfast they offered had a wide variety to choose from.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was definitely well located--easy to access all modes of transportation. The staff's recommendations were spot on and they were helpful when asked for assistance. The property was well maintained. Breakfast was fine and reasonable at 7Euro per person. The bar was also a nice place for an afternoon cocktail and the welcome drink coupon was nice.
Cons: It was total chaos when we arrived with turnover from our cruise ship (folks were staying there pre-cruise as well as post-cruise). It was raining outside so the garden was inaccessible and the public spaces are very small otherwise. Although they could "store" our luggage in the lobby until our room was ready, there was no place for us to sit and get our bearings before heading out into the rain to explore Venice. The front desk staff (2 people) and bellman (1) did the best they could but it was 4 straight hours of bedlam with arrivals/departures. Venice is difficult with all the bridges and steps and although this hotel minimizes them, a luggage porterage service to/from the People Mover would be a GREAT addition to their services. Rooms and bathrooms, although nicely appointed and in great condition, were quite small, as was the elevator (which was thankfully in good working order).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, right next to where water meets land transport and the airport is not far away. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and efficient as was the guy on the night shift who got us into a taxi at 0400 hrs for the airport.
Cons: There were some rowdy guests one night, but you can get that anywhere.
7.0 Good
Pros: Peaceful sleep! Great breakfast and loved the welcome spritzers!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: For it being our first time in Venice, the location was perfect. The bus dropped us off and the hotel was a very short walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very nice.
Cons: I think everything was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Even inside the room you feel that you were in Venice. The back garden was spectacular. The best breakfast I ever have in a hotel. Great water view from both windows. If I go back to Venice, I will not look for any other place, I will stay here.
Cons: The elevator was very tiny. You can't fit two people with their bags, but at least there was an elevator. Many of the hotels there don't have one.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location Location Location. We arrived at Pl d Roma dropped off our bags immediately and went exploring for the day. We found the hotel immediately which you will realize after being in Venice for a while that finding places first time is not easy

Pros: The location was perfect, very service minded staff
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely air conditioning is so refreshing after being out in the sweltering heat. Elegant room with typical Venetian furnishing. Excellent housekeeping with an endless supply of clean towels. The turn over and complimentary sweets and bottled water such a nice touch. Loved the complimentary slippers. Location so convenient near Rialto Bridge. Reception staff very helpful with local information but beware of the free trip to Murano unless you’re willing to succumb to the hard sell of the beautiful Murano glass factory!!!
Cons: Drinks in the roof top terrace a bit expensive but it is very relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. A kettle could be an asset to the room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The balcony off the room
Cons: Sofa bed was uncomfortable, should be replaced with daybeds which double as lounge in suite or additional beds, like in our case
8.3 Excellent
Pros: breakfast average no Weetabix.
Cons: the shower in the bath a little awkard not good for 65 plus nomads.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: When we arrived very tired from the long flight we were greeted by a professional and welcoming staff very quickly. As a bonus, we were upgraded to a suite that was spacious, comfortable and private. The bed was very comfortable and a King! The staff assisted us in every way possible to assure our short stay was stress free. They got us a water taxi to get us to our cruise ship, transferred our luggage to the taxi, and took all of the stress out of the travel details! Excellent!
Cons: There was no down side to this hotel in my opinion. Great experience!

They always changed our towels, and set up the room for the three people staying there. The breakfast was also great, with lots of choice, and a beautiful restaurant with lovely touches.

My colleague and I didn’t know the check in was until 11pm and the lady in the reception not only called us to warn about it but also waited for us to arrive to do our check in! The room was completely new, really big and the bed and extremely comfortable. One of the best hotels I have stayed in and I travel for work every week. Much better than some 4 star hotels I have stayed in. It is a bit far from Venice, but totally doable with a car. Totally recommend!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excelent breakfast !!! Very good restaurant highly recommended for dinner.
Cons: Room was quite small as we hardly could go arround the bed.
6.3 Good

They were all very kind and helpful. Made our holiday so pleasant. Thank you Maria and team!
Cons: A minor point, but I would have liked a bigger tea/ coffee mug in the tea/coffee tray because that’s what I’m used to. I didn’t ask for one; I’m sure they would have happily obliged if I’d asked.

Cons: just very tiny issues like the speed of the elevator, option to have breakfast in the garden
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent. It was away from the touristy city center but a very close 30 minute walk to get there. The staff were extremely friendly taking time to properly welcome us and give us ideas for places to go in they city. The area has a family local vibe about it with a collection of tennis, soccer and basketball court. I would definitely come back.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was beyond our expectations. The staff members were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Danielle gave us the warmest and kindest welcome - it is people like you who make new places and experiences memorable. Our room (and the hotel) was simply out of a fairytale gorgeous, super clean, beautiful view from our balcony, and only a 30 minute walk along the waterside to the main square (Piazza San Marco). We were sad to leave not because of Venice (which we loved) but mostly because we would miss our hotel.
Cons: Everything was perfect.

Cons: The hotel is about 20 mins walk from St. Marco Square and 1 hr by ferry to Piazza Roma, therefore have to plan the time for travelling.

6.0 Good
Pros: It had large modern rooms in a quieter area of Venice with some lovely green space but still close enough to the tourist attractions of Venice.
Cons:
7.6 Good
Pros: The hotel was of a high modern standard. The rooms were well equipped although not large , were fine - although the views from the windows were not worth opening the shutters. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a quite location around 15-20 minutes pleasant walk from St Marks Sq. A water bus stops just 2 mins walk from the hotel. (and goes to the Lido and all the Islands, as well as back to the Grand Canal in the other direction).
Cons: The hotel did not have much "Venice" character. The pigeons in the courtyard were a real nuisance. They even landed on the tables and (although the staff cleaned up very quickly ) droppings were regular on the outside furniture.
4.4 Okay
Pros: Location was good, rooms and bathrooms were good
Cons: The reception staff were grumpy
6.0 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel is fabulous, away from the craziness of the crowds and the nearby park is terrific, especially for kids.

Pros: It was excellent the stay for my family. No problem with the late check-in and we even got the great delicious midnight pizza. The room is perfectly clean, specious and stylish. The location was the best we could get with our night flight, just 20 mins from San Marco, on a nice piazza, in front of the beautiful church. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this family hotel to anyone.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The cleanness is insane! I haven’t seen smth like this! Everything was so clean! Very nice family hotel, super close to outlet! We stayed just one night and really enjoyed it
Cons: The only thing we didn’t like is that we were blamed in smoking in the room which we don’t do ever, I don’t smoke at all and my mom does only outside, but the smell was not of cigarettes smoking, anyway it was really confusing and unpleasant to be blamed in a thing we didn’t do! But even this accident won’t stop me to book this hotel again in the future

10.0 Excellent
Pros: My brother and I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely brand new hotel in Venice. It was the perfect choice for our first trip to Venice and we would definitely like to come back. Interiors are modern and chic, food is fresh and delicious, ambiance is peaceful and charming. Worth the visit. Thank you!
Cons: The only feedback I can give to improve service in the future would be if the rooms had irons and ironing boards in the closets.

Pros: Very happy with the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and modern. Good size room. Staff very helpful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Really nice rooms, clean, useful and well decorated.
Cons: A little bit away from the center but it is still walking distance
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Probably best value property in Venice. All hotels are expensive on the island, so on a relative basis this is a good deal. The breakfast buffet is small, but high quality and covers all the basics. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. The hotel itself is new and the rooms reflect that. Our room was a junior suite and had two double beds. Decent enough space for a family of four. Closets were spacious and bathroom also had two sinks which is convenient. If I go to Venice again, then this is where I’d stay. Good location, new facilities, polite staff, and high quality breakfast buffet. Tip: Get a luggage porter from the train station to the hotel. Cost should be 5 euros per bag. Those bridges are killer with heavy luggage!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice, modern, clean room. Excellent WiFi. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk to Rialto bridge with many interesting areas to explore on the way. About 15 minutes from the train station. Staff let me do a no cost late check out, printed out my train tickets and held my bags while I did a final stroll

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff is caring and works hard to please. Family run. Restaurant is good too and the locals gather here to eat as well.
Cons: If I’m being really picky, I would have preferred an elevator and a private bathroom. Though the shared bathroom was really a good one, there is always something a bit less than ideal about having to dress to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night or to wait to use the toilet. However, this is a very clean, bright and nice bathroom, so no complaints there.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The fact that it was cleaned daily and had a much needed air con. The staff were super friendly and very helpful
Cons: Although out of their control, the other guests on the same floor had no respect for the quiet hours and constantly hogged the shared bathroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect! I kept in mind 2 hostels, one of them was in a city centre and another was COLORS, so after reading the reviews I decided to choose Colors and it was the right choice! Really enjoyed staying in this hostel! Super friendly workers, who answered in the details to my questions, showed me respectful attitude. It's very clean inside the room (I booked the room for 1 person) , so is in the public restroom. Cleaning was everyday. Very quiet outside. The distance to the Venice is not far at all (takes approx 10 minutes by buses № 5 or №19 to reach it). Lidl supermarket is close, several minutes walking by foot. Very close to the airport (bus №15). Btw, there is a tasty pizza just on the 1st floor of the hostel. And I was allowed to leave my baggage before having a departure for free. Will definitely recommend this hostel to others!
Cons: screaming kids in another rooms, but it wasn't the hostel's fault
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice owners, very nice breakfast. Good value overall. --And the location is very good--very close to Venice itself and the airport, and yet a quiet place on the edge of a residential suburb.
Cons: The hotel restaurant wasn't open. --It was Tuesday and they don't open on Tuesday. --I had heard good things about the restaurant here, and so, yes, this was a disappointment. (Mind you there are a few decent places nearby so it's not like this was some sort of disaster or anything.)
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Food excellent, good location, 5 minutes walk from supermarket, bus station across the street, parking close (very important in Venice). Rooms very clean and confortable matresses good for families.
Cons: 1 bathroom on the floor non-private
7.5 Good
Pros: The lady who received us was incredible! Sweet and simple, we loved the way we were received and the restaurant downstairs may be the best restaurante i tired in Italy with a price-quality relation. They also let us leave our luggage during the day with check-out!
Cons: The single shared bathroom to a all floor was hard to adjust to so many people.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, clen room, close to Venice, (15min. €1,5) bus station opposite the street. Free parking. Very good restaurant.
Cons: Close to main road, noisy traffic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, only a five minute bus ride from the airport. Such good value... with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing (and good value at €6), and set me up for what turned out to be a long and exhausting day ahead.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were fifth time. Very close to Venice, personel with very kind, pleasent and helpful owner. I think there is the best Pizza in the world!!! Congratulation! ( and grilled shrimps ;)) We'll come back of course :)
Cons: There are no any issues. Of course bathrooms could be inside the rooms but Colors is small family hotel.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here for 3 nights during Easter weekend. We went shopping to Noventa di Piave Outlet which is 5 min drive away. We also went to Treviso and Venice and the location was perfect for all these activities. Parking is free right in front of the property. Room was big and spotlessly clean, with tea and coffee making facilities and still and sparkling water replenished daily in the small fridge. But, the best part are the hosts. They really go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, eggs and coffee were made fresh for us to our liking, there was a great variety of both sweet and savoury things to eat. There is a restaurant on the premises where we had two dinners and everything was delicious, freshly made and the wine served was fantastic. We asked for directions to go on a day trip to Venice and we got everything we needed with extra attention. We would like to thank our hosts for the wonderful stay and the extra effort they made to make us feel at home and we will be definitely coming back!

Pros: First of all allies it was a wonderful and let us check in four hours early. That was extremely nice and unexpected.
Cons: The hotel, the location, everything about it was amazing. Our room did have a little bit of a moldy smell to it but I think that's because they turn the air off when you leave and of course they are on the water. Again, I highly recommend this hotel it
