Cons:
I was not aware that a debit card is not acceptable. I do not have a credit card. I was not able to get the car. I came with a paid taxi, waited 20 minutes in line only to walk out with empty hands. I missed a very important appointment out of this whole delay.2.0 Poor

When picking up the car they told me that they were open until 6pm. I asked if they had a drop off box and said I would have to drop at a nearby hotel if I was after 6pm. They told me on the last (3rd) day that I would be charged a full day because I cannot make the drop during normal business hours.10.0 Wonderful

Very nice car, very manageable. The staff was extremely pleasant and handling the not enough help situation very well!Cons:
It took thirty plus minutes to get vehicle ready and get me on my way. i realize that they need more help. Only 2 people working at the counter. Not good!7.6 Good

The rental was not clean inside. I brought this to the attention of the representative. She did some cleaning but it wasn't enough. Poor quality service. I cleaned the car before I used it on my trip. This was the job of Avis.Budget
