Made the reservation for the whole day. Got there waited for 1 hour because there is just 1 person working and when it gets to my turn he says there's no cars available

offsite unbeknownst to us after entering FLL destination....and after a 20 min uber drive, the facility was closed!!!

Nothing I never got the car. I called them and they said they had no cars to give me. They then proceeded to never call me back and get me a car. Worst experience ever!

Staff was indeed friendly and helpful but I got a car that was having issues with the engine coolant and I had to make unnecessary calls and stops to prevent the engine from over heating

When I got there, they had no pickup that I had to rented . It had to cancel and go to another company. And they were late to open up had to wait 15 minutes before somebody showed up to the location

Hello I first came to your location a half an hour earlier to find out that the car was dirty when I receive the car 45 minutes later the car was full of cat hair dog hair I was very upset I did tell them I was not taking that car they need to get me another car which then they had to go another half an hour to get a different vehicle when I receive the vehicle getting on the road I observed a check engine light was on at that moment I had no time to turn around already hour and 15 minutes late leaving I was very unhappy I didn’t mention it to them

Wrong car that was too small to fit my family and luggage. Nobody at Hertz could help me because I was a prepay (kayak) customer. I was stressed about the return the whole week.

I couldn’t make my trip and instead of reimbursing your customers, you made me pay double. I’ll never use this crappy service again. Everyone should be aware of this service. I will for sure be blasting this joke of a service on the internet

The Budget rental was a great experience. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful and helped me get the paperwork taken care of. Every state has different rules and regulations which she understood and explained. The car had about 30 K miles so it had a ding or two that she pointed out to me without me having to closely inspect the car. It was a nice experience with very little stress. Thank you Upon return, the employee at the counter was helpful and pleasant. No questions with the return and was notified by E-mail that no issues were found when returning the car. Help with transportation to our final destination in Ft. Lauderdale. Thank you again for a pleasant experience.

I was scammed over $100 on my car return in Miami. No one there to receive the vehicle so we dropped it off with a full tank of gas that was just filled at the gas station beside the car rental return. My final bill had $103 added to it to top up 7 gallons of fuel. Do not drop your car off without someone signing off your final invoice
