9.0 Excellent
Cons: The only problem was the room air conditioner! It seemed to run OK but the air always seemed damp and humid. I strongly suspect the air conditioner "drain" was plugged up or faulty -- and the condensed moisture could not escape the room. Otherwise, the facility was quite adequate.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and how welcoming the staff was
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Employee at the front counter. She was excellent at her job. Very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. Loved the area. Lots to do while my husband was at his training. We definitely will stay again as we come to the KC area periodically.
Cons: Honestly can’t think of anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Roominess and kitchen in the room.
Cons: My stay was too short.
7.9 Good
Pros: Kitchenette. The bed was super comfortable! Neat and tidy room.
Cons: Lack of staff presence at the front desk. Waited at the front desk 5 minutes before a staff person showed up from the back office. The view from the room was a very bright blinding spotlight. I guess it's to light up the building?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Customer service was excellent!!
Cons: There was a couple that woke me one night with their fighting and screaming. I called the front desk and he apologized and said that they were addressing it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Snack toom was out of Klondike bars
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great rooms and service!
Cons: I misjudged the location so there wasn't a lot to do in the area without a car but that was my fault
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Nice facility. Location. Very clean.
Cons: mattress was not comfortable at all. I stayed in room 301 and the mattress was sunk in on both sides. Made for a very restless 3 nights. Other than the mattress, my stay was good.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Shower pressure low.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very modern and clean. Good location right off the highway near various options for shopping and dinning. The room layout was comfy and just the right size to kick back and relax or do some work. The gym and pool area were nice and clean as well.
Cons: Some of the rooms aesthetics were falling apart (eg. Water damage above the left ceiling light in the bathroom, the wall lamp was pulling out of the sheet rock next to the couch). The noise from the highway was pretty loud and I was surprised as I thought there had been some advancements with noise reducing materials lately.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The breakfast check in could be improved. Different choices for breakfast would be nice instead of the same thing every day Beds were too firm. Reception staff are very unfriendly and rude. Pool was too cold. The hotel description and several reviews mentioned an evening reception with snacks and drinks and this was not true
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Bed was very comfortable!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: An otherwise great place!
Cons: No microwave in the room or at least on the floors.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The accommodations were clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff was very personable and responsive. Will definitely stay here in the future.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast had hot and cold choices. Other food was of limited choice but equally tasty and there is an amazing restaurant next door. If what you wanted wasn't there staff were only too obliging to get it for you. Parking and facilities onsite were great. Gym and pool were small but functional and appropriate. Rooms were a good size and very comfortable. The staff were amazing, welcoming and very accommodating. I would definitely stay again. It was central enough to travel around the area and it is an area under development so facilities will only improve. A Great stay!
Cons: The housekeeping team did not carry out some checks, soap dispensers in ladies were both empty and we had to ask them to do our room twice but that may have been because the "come back later" sign was on the floor and they could of seen it when they opened the door and thought it had fallen off the door. Staff were responsive and actioned any requests promptly and with efficiency.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and friendly staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Check in was super quick and easy. The gentleman that assisted us was pleasant and welcomed us, gave his name to make sure we contacted him if we had any questions or issues.

Pros: Room was spotless and comfortable.

Pros: Very clean, breakfast was fantastic, staff was wonderful, loved the room! Would definitely go back!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Relaxed feel. Private. Comfort of not having to leave, The Terrace and J Bar were great places to eat and unwind.
Cons: The only thing is there isn't a walk way straight to the entrance, and yet people have made a path through the landscape. A sidewalk directly in the middle instead of just the ones on the sides would be smarter and save the landscaping.

Pros: Close enough to University of Kansas (30 Miles) without staying in Lawrence. Verry clean facility. Bed not as comfortable.
Cons: Staff average at best. Not the friendliest.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. Clean, fresh, bright, and polished. Very nice room. Roomy. Everything above par. The bed and pillows were super fresh and comnortable. The lighting was good all over. Staff was Exellent!! Location was perfect, right off the Interstate, and walking distance from our primary interest point The Irishman behind the desk on second shift was very helpful and courteous, and gave us pertinent information.
Cons: Two Very Small things. One of notice for maintenance: In the bathroom, room 229, ight bottom side of shower directly above the tile kick surround, there is a one square inch patch of wall covering which looks like it was replaced. To complete the patching, it needs to be painted to dovetail with the rest of the wall. The second very small detail was the biscuits and gravy. They seemed kind of tasteless. Just my opinion. All else regarding breakfast was just right. The lady taking care of the breakfast area was A-OK. The breakfast area was bright, spotless and comfy..

Cons: Noise from the highway, but wasn't too bad!

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff!
5.4 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good.
Cons: Well i booked handicapp accessible in months in adavance and didnt get it. I had knees surgury and needed easy accomidations i called to confirm a few days prior and was told yes booking was still good then when i hit to room i called and they said someonelse was in the room. So i had to keep the room i got which was not handicap accessible. I was there for a wedding and need it to be as stress free as possible. Then we purchased sodas from vending machine on 5th floor because 3rd floor was empty and they had black mold all over them. Called downstairs and they brought new ones up and took the moldy ones. Then i found out today that my grandsons breakfast were free because hes only 5 and i had been charged for his meals. Plus my bank account was charged 489.91 and my final bill and initial bill stated 444.91 chose this hotel because of reviews and 5stars. It does not deserve it it wasnt any. Better than a motel 8. So i was NOT impressed!!!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Yes
Cons: Everything was fine!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bed was wonderful
Cons: I liked it all
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: I had the worst experience ever at this hotel. Had to wait 5 hours for a room, the room they gave me still had the prior persons bedding on it because you could see the hair and body oils on sheets and pillows. The heater did not work in the room and the tv went out an hour into it. House keeping barged in my door in the early am without knocking as i was naked in the shower and she continued to do her work as if it was normal. They then had a maintinance issue with the elevators and I had to haul my luggage down the stairs. As i was attempting to get some breakfast someone's child had knocked over a huge warming tub of hot gravy and unfortunately the child was burned so paramedics came and with all the people in the area breakfast was no longer accessible. At check out they charged me me twice, the second charge had just now fallen off my credit card. Then to top it off I go to get into my car to go to my meeting which i might add was on a sunday at that, and see that some overly happy intoxicated person had vomited all over the hood of my car! Definetly by far the MOST worst experience Ive ever had with a hotel, especially a hotel of that magnitude with what I thought had such a stellar reputation. I was very disappoint and in all honesty i believe they should comp me a free month of hotel rooms for all i went through. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to upper managment to see about what they can do to make it right or at least refund my money. I have yet to get a response. I am now going to go to social media and start leaving reviews on the hotel and on booking.com since booking.com is the ones who set me up with that particular hotel. It was not a good experience at all and if someone does not make it up to me I am going to express my dissatisfaction, and in my line of work ( entertainment industry) I know many many very well renowned reputable individuals who can have quite the effect on a businesses clientele and reputation

Pros: Nice and friendly staff
Cons: Kind of expensive and charged for breakfast.
7.9 Good
Pros: good facilities, neet room
Cons: can open the windows for clean air, no vegetables at breakfast, the paying method at the breakfast is uncomfortable
6.3 Good
Pros: Bed was nice
Cons: Bathroom layout and shower, breakfast not included for that price, no usb outlets
5.0 Okay
Pros: The morning staff was much nicer.
Cons: My daughter's face was slammed in the elevator door. The desk clerk seemed unconcerned. Found someone else's clothing wedged between the chair and footstool.. indicating the room wasn't cleaned well... again not concerned at all or apologetic. At $183.00 a night, I expect a little more.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect. Easy to get to and close to shopping. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: No USB ports in the room. The price was a bit high.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: That you charge for a continental breakfast. You just have a small sign showing that you charge. That no one sees. That the lobby personnel will tell everyone that you have a continental breakfast, but doesn’t let the customers know that they will be charged, very deceiving.

Delicious waffles, omelets, sausage, fresh fruit, pastries and so many choices of juice. It was continuously filled by a very lovely lady with a big smile, and the food was absolutely delicious! We will stay here again!
Cons: We had a little trouble finding the elevator. We were given great directions by the front desk, but we just missed it. A sign indicating the location from the side entry door would be great.

I liked that they had a magnet for the door stating a pet was inside.
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like. We had no other problems other than the confusing TV

The freezer’s ice machine didn’t work and it took 2 days to get the “engineer” there to fix it.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: Absolutely no view. Something on roof blocked the entire window

8.3 Excellent

Pros: The breakfast was good with a variety of items to eat. I liked the selection of movies to watch on HBO and that you could start the movie at any time.
Cons: I booked and paid for the hotel for my friend who was traveling to see our family. When I tried to pay for the room I had to wait for my friend to arrive since I listed her as the guest, even though I used my name and credit card to book the room. Also in the middle of the movie there was a loss of connection and we couldn't watch the end of the movie.
