The staff was polite and very helpful.

It was all quaint and quiet.

The room was very dirty and nasty. We found hair on the towels and sheets. The shower head was disgusting! The room was small and didn't feel comfortable at all. The staff was not friendly and helpful.

Lots of truckers apparently use the facility at night due to it's price and location just off the interstate. However, that presented no problem at all on two separate stays.

The location was nice and close to our destination of Graceland. The price was fair and the service was great.

It was well kept but my floor was sticky as well as throughout the building. Trash was placed by elevator. Mud and dirt was in lobby area I guess housekeeping was available certain hours

The hotel was full with 10 - 12 year old boys, there for a tormnament. They kept running up and down the hall, The desk clerk didn't help must. Then the FIRE ALARM went off approx. 12:30 am and again at approx. 1:00 am with the fire dept. arriving then

Microwave started on fire, but called staff and they replaced it right away. Computer in business center very slow, but it was nice to be able to check email.

Room comfort and price. A short stay, (overnight), so the room accessories, kitchen,etc. were not needed but they could be a valuable consideration for a longer stay.

Breakfast selections. Condsidering the room price, it the breakfast choices were reasonable. Compaired to other similar hotels in the area, the breakfast arrangement would be considered as meager.

I always enjoy staying at the Hampton's Hotels. The only thing is I miss having clean sheets daily. I will stay again and always recommend the Hampton's to family and friends.

Place was run down. Pool was not open on Saturday and no maintenance man was on duty to rectify situation. I left early. Didn't stay second nite!!! Will not go back!!!

Location was right off of a major thruway and on shopping center grounds. The hotel was new and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant was great. All in all...a winner. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect, right outside Memphis. Hotel is around several stores and restaurants. Very clean! Staff friendly. Overall perfect stay.

Breakfast area kid of small and got crowded, but it was a busy weekend.

For being a new hotel I was not satisfied. Coffee maker did not work, remote did not work right and the shower head was not attached to the wall. They did not honor there 100% guarantee with me. When I checked out she didn't care

I liked having lots of restaurants in the area the location was excellent.I liked being close to the mall

The room appeared to be recently updated. Nice accommodations, comfortable bed. Hotel provided satellite TV with many of the premium channels for its guests. Good hotel for business/overnight travel.

Thermostat in room did not work properly. Informed the front desk. In fact, all areas of hotel felt like the a/c could not be working properly.

I don't like Quality Inn's policy of assigning rooms. You could make reservations months in advance and request ground floor ,but they don't assign rooms until the day of your stay and it is just chance if you get your request.

The price and location, it can have something a little more for breakfast .

Check out time was at 12, the front desk call me at 11, what was the purpose for that, it need to be changed.

Our bed was dirty when we arrived and the towels are very small and dingy. They only give 2 towels for 2 people.

Clean room, good clean linens, good shower, friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Affordable rates. everything I needed or wanted. I extended my stay here 2 nights due to changed plans. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

Access to this hotel is right at a busy traffic light. Hard to exit & get into traffic flow if heading east. But if you exit left at hotel & take another left at the t intersection, you come out onto Commerce at a much better & safer spot.

The room was spacious and there were nice in-room amenities, including a Keurig. There was a nice breakfast selection and a few seating areas around the outside.

It was so noisy! That was partially the parents fault as there were kids running up and down the hallway at 10:30 pm & 6:30 am, but we could hear the people above us, too. It's tucked in a shopping center and there wasn't any visible signage off the main road.

The online picture was accurate . Room looked JUST like picture! I liked that there were recycle receptacles throughout the hotel. The room was very clean! Breakfast was excellent! Would stay there again!!

The only negative was that it was noisy. Room noise from EVERY direction. Above us, both sides, and across the hall.

It was dingy and old. The staff weren't exactly friendly and or knowledgeable.

The lobby smelled really musty. I don't know if it was the chlorine from the pool or something else, but it wasn't pleasant.

Had to change rooms, bad toilet, phone didn't work, wifi didn't work... Moved to new room, pee on back of toilet, tv didn't work, hallway bad musty smell.
