Clean, newly renovated, lovely staff, short walk to a number of stores on the main road Bed was uncomfortable, needed another shelf in the bathroom and another shelf or small cupboard for belongings in the main room.
I thought it was a fanrastic place for the value. Clean and auiet. Just the way i like it
Front end staff (Debra) very helpful, proffessional, and attentive. Offered upgraded and was very understanding and helpful regarding changing room location. As someone who travels to resorts often I found some services lacking that could improve the guests vists and bottomline for investors. Lack of full room service, full service spa. It would be nice to have a bar/service at the pool during the day. More extensive menu. Room cleaning found that minimal was done in comparision to other resorts ie) kitchen cleaning. Did not receive new soaps etc and on thrid day had to leave request for them.
The best part of our stay was the awesome view of the lake and the mountains on the other side Having made reservations well ahead of time we ended up with a room without a lake view and therefore had to upgrade at a cost of another $40 plus tax. I understood all rooms had a view of the lake.
We loved this hotel. It is very clean and well appointed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We liked the proximity to the beach and the wineries in the area. We will definitely stay there again.
The room was very comfortable, well furnished and brand new. I had a two bedroom suite, which was well laid out, with a large balcony, flat screen TVs and large bathrooms.
We had an issue with the water supply to our room but the resort was at capacity and we could not be moved. The staff did however do everything in their power to ensure that this did not adversely affect our stay. Problems happen, but when the staff deal with it correctly, it does not impact our opinion of the hotel.
Loved the 2 bedroom suite. We were 2 couples on a quick getaway to explore wineries and enjoy the resort. We found the suite spacious, and nice and quiet even though the resort was sold out. It was off season so the pools etc were not open and we could not enjoy the summer beach activities. However, the view is so peaceful, and the condo was great!
Manager is very helpful and kind. provide us stuff whatever we needed.market is very close.u can buy stuff u need, without any problem.also very nice view there. Rooms need little extra stuff like toster, microwave.
So clean! Not a speck of dust. Bed was really comfortable. Shower slow to drain but told manager on leaving.
Very clean rooms with many recent improvements ie: tv, walls painted, fridge. From the highway , looks like a million other motels, but the appearance is misleading. One of the better motels for the price I'v stayed in. Friendly staff. Wineries galore :) Some (most restaurants nearby should be given a miss. ....Savios's across the street should be avoided..overpriced, food tastes bland and insipid. (Crucetti's too)The Pasta Factory in Penticton is worse...More canned sauce than taste. Very, very bad !
Best Western hotels are always clean with good sized rooms for a larger group in each room. the pool was large and the breakfast was good (included).
We were very pleased with all the facilities and the service was very good. We had a very pleasant stay
The hotel was very quiet & staff was friendly. The room was clean.
quick check out, internet & computer available, noisy because go cart next door no pool, too far from lake (20 min walking)
As a commercial traveller I did not need a 1 bedroom suite I was given...a simple regular hotel room would have been just fine and you could have sold my room out at a higher price
Our one night stay was comfortable NA
Cleanliness - comfort of beds and room - front desk very oblidging - lousey beach - water dirty - too much boat residue and too many speed boats in this area - would Not return to Osoyoos
Room could have been cleaner. Spider webs in the room
This B&B was in the perfect location for us.Close to nearby town(s) (within biking distance) and attractions.Salt water pool on the property.Variety of breakfasts every morning with home-made jams & local fruit. Some of the property along the side and back to get to the pool area was a little messy, but the owners now have extra help on site to do the upkeep as the couple is getting a bit older.
We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The open concept of the restaurant was inviting and the service was excellent. We found that there was alot of spiders that were just hatching, I believe it was because the cleaning staff were not properly dusting the room and looking up at the ceiling when cleaning.
Kitchen ran out of some foods and due to the kitchen being outside the dishes were cool. The room was really nice with a firm comfortable bed and nice pillows. Very cozy room right on the pool deck
We loved the jacuzzi tub in our room! It was so nice to relax in over night. We found the parking easy and accessible and the ability to barbecue out every night was great (Grills were shared) Staff were really friendly and easy to get in contact with if you have any questions Breakfast was a little lackluster -- really only provided some bagels and bread from the store with some Bran cereals. Personally go into town and stop by the local grocery store and get some fresh fruit and veg and pop them in your mini room fridge!
Staff at frond desk were very friendly but upon check in we requested 3 wine glasses. We were told they would be brought to our room. They never came. We phoned down and requested again, they eventually came but only 2, the third glass was a water glass!! He stated it was all they could find plus they were very dusty with water marks all over them. The bathroom is a poor set up, no sink for privacy, tub and toilet in small cramped room, the sink is in the entrance!!! The tub fixtures were not clean. The outside balcony had a lot of spider webs and tons of little sand flies!!
Has a great courtyard
It is right by the main bar and the amusement park. It doesn't have beach space like the other hotels on the Main Street, it's kitchenette didn't have a microwave, there was no air pump unlike most other hotels, they charged me extra and made a scene that I brought my toy sized dog.

Location Cancellation policy was 15 days. Seemed excessive
The location to the beach is nice. Is in need of up grading; we had a good size room but the carpet was very dirty, the bathroom door looked like it had water damage.
nice pool and good living space in the room.
Great courtyard and pool, near Osoyoos lakeshore. We were surprised it was rated only 1 star. It was as good as some 3 stars that we've stayed at. Bathtub plug was useless. The window above the bath was grubby and secured by a tacky stick. Minor concerns unless you like to lie in a warm bath. Room #33.
Quiet. Walking distance to beach, liquor store, restaurants, downtown (small town). Large parking areas. Although we did not use the facility on this visit they really do cater to motorcyclists which is a huge deal for us. They forgot to do up our room one night. Hence we had to go request shampoo, towels, coffee. It was however 'shoulder season' so I am sure there was not a full staff on payroll at the time we were there.
noise from kitchen
