Pros: Great service, excellent value, exceeded my expectations in many ways. The Charmant is the place to stay when visiting LaCrosse.
When visiting La Crosse, The Charmant Hotel is a great choice to consider. After visiting the 24-hour fitness center for a workout, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant or unwind with a drink at one of the 2 bars/lounges. Rooms at this upscale hotel offer flat-screen TVs, minibars, and room service.
Pros: It was very clean and I also loved the kitchen area with real dishes and flatwear. Plus the price to stay is excellent. Top hotel for an affordable rate is a big plus. Thank you!
Cons: Wish check out was more like noon.
Pros: Liked the room style nice bed seating area and kitchendette
Cons: could use more USB outlets only one in room
Pros: Modern design, great location within walking distance to restaurants, bars, etc... spacious room
Cons: Clearly there were some inexpensive construction methods used, you could hear every single noise from adjoining rooms and those above. Based on location, there were quite a few people out late drinking, so things got pretty noisy around 2-3am
Pros: Then hotel was close to many things downtown and had a great breakfast.
Cons: The staff was at our door three times the morning of checkout, well before checkout time.
Pros: location was nice, right down town, close to everything
Cons: too contemporary decor, very uncomfortable seating in the lobby.
Pros: LIKED THE MODERN FEEL OF THIS HOTEL, IT IS BRAND NEW AND VERY CLEAN. GREAT LOCATION DOWNTOWN. GRILLS OUTSIDE ON THE DECK
Cons: IT STATES KITCHEN, HAS EVERYTHING EXCEPT A STOVE. THEY HAVE COOK TOPS TO BORROW, BUT IT IS JUST ONE BURNER.
Pros: Close to the venue
Cons: House keeping cleaning our rooms at 6 pm.
Pros: Perfect location in downtown LaCrosse. It was clean, the setup was great, and the breakfast was wonderful. Loved the outdoor patio with fire pit. Beautiful!
Cons: Not enough parking places in the lot. However, street parking was fine.
Pros: Loved the location, staff, room, and decorations - wonderful addition to LAX!

Cons: I've noticed that most Hampton Inn across the country provide very heavy bed covers and quilts that require the AC be used all night because otherwise the bed would be too hot. What a huge waste of energy! No other hotel that I'm aware of operates that way. I will bring to look elsewhere to avoid this wasteful practice.
Everything else about this HI was up to its very high standards!
Pros: We loved our stay
Cons: We didn't like having to leave
Pros: NEAR RIVER AND DOWNTOWN. NEW FACILITY.
Pros: Great décor, clean, and comfortable.

Pros: The hotel is close to downtown. It is right down the street from a popular restaurant, The Freight House! The hotel and suite was very clean and spacious. The hotel has breakfast every morning and included in the price of the suite.
Cons: The scrambled eggs are very rubbery and tasteless. There was salt and pepper added to try and make them taste better, but it needs a some milk added to make them fluffy. Cheese added would even help with the taste. After all, we do live in Wisconsin!
Pros: friendly staff, very clean
Cons: It was a little noisey in the evenings. Lots of banging and running around noises.
Pros: loved the location except there was street construction all around hotel which made it difficult to get to. Our room was clean and loved the layout.

Cons: Poor selection of breakfast items on the club level. The power went out on one of the nights.. It isn't directly your fault but you need to own it. Why I'm I paying full price for a substandard stay. Our cable was messed up the 3 days that we were there.
Pros: For the price I paid I was expecting a mediocre hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. I was especially impressed with the staff for being so very friendly and accommodating. They went the extra mile to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.
Cons: We requested a room with a view, so they put us on one of the higher floors. We probably would have preferred to be facing the river rather than the parking lot, but it was nothing to complain about.
-Located on the beautiful Mississippi River in a quaint historic downtown -TRL Three Rivers Lodge Restaurant featuring a Taste of Wisconsin with locally sourced food -Adjacent to the La Crosse Convention Center -Private access Club Level featuring a Continental Breakfast with Beverages & Snacks in the evening -Presidents Award Winner - 2015 -2016, 2017 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence winner
Pros: Lobby was appealing, clean, able to see the hot tub and pool from the lobby. Most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Let me stay past check out time for a private issue with no problem or extra fee.
Cons: The only reason overall I gave it 4 stars is there was an odd smell in my room - may have actually been a musty smell and it felt damp in the room. I also noticed the wallpaper was not finished at the bottom and was slightly compromised in some areas.
Pros: That the room stayed cold.
Cons: Place smelled bad like old cigarette smoke, bed was as hard as a rock and breakfast was pathetic, neeeed more.
Pros: Breakfast was great, staff was friendly and courteous, rooms were clean.
Pros: Everything was great, staff is very friendly, and breakfast was good loved the waffles
Cons: only have one pool , an outdoor pool will be nice
Pros: The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and the bed and linens were of the quality found in much more expensive hotels. I slept well and was able to relax during my 3 night business stay. Refrigerator in room.
Cons: Very basic breakfast and no oatmeal (but I didn't ask so I may have been able to get it).
Pros: As good or better than upscale chains.
Pros: The price per night wasn't bad at all, and they allowed dogs, which was the real clincher for me. i wouldn't leave the family dog alone for that lone and needed a hotel that would take them. they had nice rooms with large flat screen TVs, a hot tub with whirlpool and regular pool, a decent free breakfast where we could make our own waffles, yum, clean rooms, spacious and clean bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner and soap on the shower walls, complementary, and some rooms even had an ironing board and iron to use. My sister needed it because my family and I were watching her graduate. she had no idea my other sister and I were coming! LOLOL! The host was helpful and the hotel in general is at a great location not far from the main highway and near most of the places we went to while in La Crosse.
Cons: The breakfast could have been a little more extensive, but for the low price of $53 dollars a night, including the dog we brought, it was decent and had all the things you'd expect: hard boiled eggs, donuts, orange juice, milk, coffee and cereal. Not bad at all. Funny thing was, I paid less for my room with a dog than my parents paid without! Lol
Pros: Room was clean and well-appointed. While those talking in the hallway while walking past my room could be heard, that was the exception and not the rule. Overall, the room was pleasantly quiet. HVAC worked well -- for cooling and heat -- and wasn't offensively loud or intrusive when operating. WiFi worked as advertised with enough power to handle email, Web searches and music|video streaming without interruption over a several hour period in the early evening. Plenty of hot water in the shower [ at 1630 and at 0745 ]; 'thirsty' towels as well [ a pleasant surprise for a value-based property like this ]. The television had a wide variety of available viewing options and the remote functioned flawlessly as well. I'm not a breakfast eater [ only because, when traveling, I consume breakfast bars ], though I can attest to the fact the morning's offerings smelled pretty good when I walked past on my way to checkout. For me, this was essentially a 'bed|sleep|shower' evening, so I did not use any of the property's other amenities and cannot, therefore, comment on them. Hair dryer in room was a nice touch. Overall, I think this was a great value for an evening's stay.
Cons: ONE :: While I can appreciate the placement and use of liquid soap|shampoo|conditioner dispensers in the shower, I personally do not like them. It's a very minor niggle, though -- and that's why I carry my own soap and shampoo.
TWO :: My room was on the second floor. I typically travel light [ this was a motorcycle trip ] and don't mind stairs; however, not all do and the lack of an elevator for some could be a challenge. Therefore, requesting a first floor room may be something to consider if stair climbing is an issue.
Pros: All of the bedding, pillows, loveseat, bathroom, towels, hallways . . everything was fresh - like new.
The morning breakfast had standard stuff, but the serving equipment was later generation . . such as the coffee maker was available 24/7 and was brewed on-demand, so it was always 100% fresh.
Many of the foods like rolls, donuts and fruit were replenished for the entire day.
Cons: The shower head plumbing was broken away from its mountings inside the wall.
The Massage Type shower head was not adjustable as far I could tell, partly because the plumbing was detached inside the wall.
Pros: There weren't any unpleasant surprises.
Cons: Air conditioner if used cycles, on and off and is slightly noisy when sleeping. Although it is no different then most lodging other establishments.
Pros: The pool and hot tub were very nice.
The breakfast was decent.
Cons: I cannot remember anything that we did not like.
A great choice for a stay in La Crosse, Settle Inn & Suites La Crosse is just 4.1 mi (6.5 km) from the airport. You can get a morning swim in at the indoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day.
Pros: Coming to La Crosse in mid-April, you never what the weather could bring. We stayed here on an 80-degree Saturday and loved being able to sit out and enjoy a beverage on the patio out by the river. I also appreciated the 'Adults Only' hour from 10 to 11 pm in the pool area.
Pros: Close to everything downtown. Nice view from bistro.
Cons: Small room. 10 min drive to UWLAX campus.

Pros: Good location, close to downtown. We had a quiet, clean room. Good mattress, comfortable bed.
Cons: The room was a little smaller than other 'extended stay' places I've used. We were told the pet charge is $50, because it's extended stay. We were staying one night. Couldn't there be cheaper rate for stays that are not 'extended stay'
Pros: Very clean hotel.
Cons: Wish they had a pool.
Pros: How great it smelled
Cons: There was ants in our room
Pros: Clean, big room.
Cons: Originally gave me a room for hearing impaired next to the elevator. Door wouldn't open despite a green light. Apparently the door was stuck and needed a good pull. It took about 10 minutes to get another room.
Pros: Get ready to move in!! This place will make you want to extend your stay as looonngg as your able to! Upscale appearance and all the amenity's of your home and then some. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in this area!!!
Cons: If it had a pool I would have sold my house already!
Pros: From check in till I was out the door I was always reviving helpful info and service from staff and the layout was fenomanal! I will be back!
Pros: Cleanliness and location to downtown along with a nice supermarket (Festival) next to the Hotel.
Pros: The rooms were spacious and the kitchen area was well equipped.
Cons: The customer service, both on the phone and at the desk, was awful. They seemed clueless and were not at all welcoming.
Pros: Clean hotel and within blocks of downtown restaurants.

Cons: The hotel was under major renovations. Not very pleasant and not worth the money.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Hotel was overall dirty but currently undergoing construction. Limited access to pool, bar and restaurant in the hotel itself but due to location it was easy enough to find food and drink. A lot of difficulty with room keys. Spent a lot of time at desk trying to get keys that worked.
Pros: bed was top notch
Cons: Extensive remodeling made for long walking detours. Also loud music in adjacent rooms past midnight
Pros: Rooms were updated and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Construction and remodel during our stay made things inconvenient.
Cons: parking at the ramp and paying for the difference over what the hotel covered.
complimentary coffee was empty
Pros: Had a nice bar in the hotel. The pool and hot tub were great. Rooms were really nice, with a huge bathroom. Hotel very well located to downtown. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here next time we stay in La Crosse.
Cons: Pillows were too big. Wished I would have brought my own. Prices were a little steep for us, but seemed in line with what other hotels in the downtown location were charging.

Cons: The staff was terrible and rude and the place was run down and disgusting.
Pros: The lobby was under construction with the floors being retitled. The room was clean. The bed was soft. The bathroom was dated but scheduled to be updated. The breakfast had hot and cold options for vegetarians and meat eaters.
Pros: Convienent location Hwy 53 not as busy as why 16 on east side of town.
Cons: Refrigerator was noisy but we unplugged it since we didn't need it that knight.
Pros: VERY comfortable beds & pillows, very clean soft sheets. Very good quality for the cost.
Pros: staying in LaCrosse, consider the Quality Inn. It is clean and comfortable. It is also easy to navigate from to where you want to go around the city. The breakfast was a welcome amenity, too!
I would recommend the Quality Inn to friends and family alike.
Pros: Breakfast was nice for the money. Found a plastic part in my eggs. But the next day the eggs were in a different part of the hot container.
Cons: Walls are pretty thin. Could hear the neighbor talking on the phone. Could hear someone's tv all night.
Get more for your money at the Quality Inn hotel in La Crosse, WI near the La Crosse Regional Airport. This smoke-free hotel is near attractions like Copeland Park, La Crosse Center, Riverside Museum, University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and Hixon House. Riverside Amusement Park and La Crosse River State Trail are also close. Enjoy amenities like free breakfast, free WiFi, free coffee and indoor heated pool. Rooms include a flat-screen TV, microwave and refrigerator. Also, earn rewards including free nights and gift cards with our Choice Privileges Rewards program.
Cons: We felt very dirty during our stay. Upon entry to our room we found stray hairs all over the towels, a fingernail on our bed, and stains on our carpet. Our experience is what I would of expected from a $50/night sketchy motel, not a $200/ night best western. In addition, aside from the pool area the entire hotel seemed very outdated. The bathrooms were recently updated, but was done so on the cheap, and cleaning wasn't thorough. I don't believe I've ever left a negative review, but there's a first time for everything I guess!
Pros: Pool area set up was great.
Loved the Solo Cup dispensers. Genius. If you are going to require plastic cups, it's a great idea to provide them. Good thinking.
Cons: Is there or isn't there a mini-golf course out back? It looked like it needed some work. Had I known about it, I would've take my kids (assuming it was included in the price of room).
Cons: Very dated
Pros: Water park for kids. Life guards very friendly and outgoing.
Cons: Dirty. Hotel staff rude. Don't expect to sleep here before midnight, very loud.
Pros: The room's size was great.
Cons: Upon making my reservation I was given wrong info. Checking in the front desk woman wasn't very friendly. I was given a paper explaining internet, pool times, breakfast, and lastly explaining "quiet hours" and that there would be security walking each hall to enforce said rule-- this was an utter lie. I was up until 4 a.m. due to loud and obnoxious people in the hall as well as 3 different times having people trying their keys in my room door. Not once was there security to enforce a quiet hour rule. The room itself wasn't cleaned well, I had to wipe down the table, desk, chest of drawers and nightstand myself. There was an immense amount of hair on the carpet, which stuck promptly to my bag and clothes when I knelt down to get items from my bag. The beds were described as "queen" but were slightly smaller than a FULL size bed I have at home, and the mattresses were hard as a rock. The hotel itself is nothing spectacular, a bit out of date. The breakfast bar worker was ridiculously rude and obnoxious. I'm not at all pleased with my stay and definitely won't be wasting money here again.
Cons: The facility was a bit old. Furnishings and the double deadbolt locks were interesting.
Pros: The pool has a lot to offer for all ages. It is very close to downtown LaCrosse and lots of parking available. The breakfast and coffee was handy. The restaurant had a live band on Saturday night which was very entertaining and convenient.
Cons: The door to the bathroom was pape rthin and looked like there was water damage to the bottom of it. The bathroom sink was clogged and the nozzle to turn on the shower was broken so it was difficult to turn it on but eventually we got it.
Pros: Stayed 10/26-27/2014 @ room 214 with family (wife,1yr old and 4yr old). found this thru kayak and read most reviews. Tis true that the place is a bit dated but i found it very accomodating and clean. Our double room was suprisingly modern and clean: big screen flat tv, comfortable and clean beds, new couches, new carpet. Bathroom was mediocre but clean. The waterpark was fantastic. The entire area overlooking the waterpark wascoziky warm! Perfect for a cool fall day. My toddlers enjoyed the clean and warm water of the toddler pool. Yes, a toddler pool! Water as low as 6" and as high as 18"-ish. Stayed there for an hr watching the kids from the edge, with foot in blissful water. Bought food from their hotel resto for dinner and it was delivered promptly within 15min. In the AM, the free continental breakfast had a suprisingly wide selection. Reasonably priced everything. Loved our stay and will come back.
Cons: Big pool with big slide had cold water.
Pros: Only downside is that there no elevator. So you have to carry your suitcase up if you have a 2nd floor room.
The room is spacious. Indoor pool/water park was interesting. Great for family with kids.
Pros: Loved the water slide at the pool, plenty of parking, close to River and only a few miles from downtown LaCrosse.
Cons: Free breakfast was not that great. Waffles, pancakes and all baked items had a weird sweet taste to them, and the pool could have had a deeper section for adults!
Pros: The outdoor patio was wonderful! Beautiful view and great sevice!
Cons: There was a unpleasant odor in the hallways and by the pool!
Pros: Decent location near UW Lacrosse and nice to be on the river. Pool area nice and decent room. Staff friendly.
Cons: Pool set up mostly for younger kids but still ok for older kids.
AmericInn Hotel La Crosse - Riverfront is just 4.3 mi (6.9 km) from the airport and offers a free shuttle. You can splash around at the indoor pool, grab a bite to eat at the restaurant, or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. A nightclub and a poolside bar are other highlights, and rooms offer balconies or patios and jetted tubs.
Cons: The pool and spa seemed like they weren't cleaned often.
Pros: I had stayed at this location 10 years ago. It has gone through renovation that make the spaces seem small 28th mix matched flooring that is extremely slippery when wet.
The once luxurious continental breakfast is now doughnuts and frozen waffles.
The hot tub made lots of noise when turned on but no bubbles.
The patio had no furniture.
This used to be one of my favorite hotels.
However if those things don't matter to you it is priced right.
Pros: Location, comfort
Cons: Bathroom could be cleaner, bathroom door was hard to keep closed.
Pros: Good location for our needs. Friendly helpful staff,
Cons: I would have liked a light on both sides of bed
Sink area was right when you come in the door which made
it a little congested for someone else coming or going when sink was in use.
Cons: Found trash under the bed
Cons: Noise from cars on street kept waking me up. Next time I will ask for a room at the back, away from the street.

Cons: OK place but the A/C did not keep our room cool.
Pros: There was a frig, microwave, cable.
Cons: There's nothing wrong with a basic room when you just need a place to sleep and change clothes. We were happy with the price for our overnight stay for a wedding.
Pros: Paid $80..worth $40......old everything...no breakfast.....room was clean though....Towels were OK....
Cons: Poor value....
Pros: It was located in a convenient place, and easy to access. Nice and quiet at night. better than i expected for the price. good water pressure and hot water lasted a while so no complaints there. the climate control worked amazing. in the heat the ac kept me cool all day and night. over all the room was clean, and tidy. all in all i recommend motel 6 for a short stay and i will consider staying at one again.
Cons: there was only bar soap provided in my room, no shampoo or anything like that, the bathroom walls and shower curtain were in need of minor repair, nothing was unusable as it was intended, and the shower had some mildew spots under the lip of the surround but again did not affect the usage of it. the bed needed some minor repair of the box spring but was still sound. with all this i would still stay at a motel 6 again. nothing was a serious problem
Pros: That I was on the first floor
Cons: Can't think of a thing
Pros: The location was very convenient for where we were in LaCrosse. There are lots of things to do around there. We were only staying so we didn't have to drive home and back up the next morning.
Cons: We walked into our room. It smelled like a basement that has no dehumidifier. I thought it got better once the air conditioner was running, my wife did not. Had it not been late and a long day, we would have said something. The next morning, we noticed that the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was 2 or 3 bars of soap from past guests in there. No shampoo, luckily we brought our own. On top of everything else, the hotel is nonsmoking, but all the hallways smelled like ashtrays. I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN.
Pros: It was clean and the staff were pleasant.
Cons: Nothing to complain about, it's a motel, not a 5-star resort. I would stay there again.
Pros: Very easy to get to. Right off the highway. Good if you are a business trip or passing through for the night. Not much more can be expect.
Cons: Needing to stop because it was getting really late driving the internet is not really that great for business needs.
Motel 6 La Crosse is conveniently located near Riverside Amusement Park, La Crosse Outlet Mall, La Crosse Queen Cruises, and dining. All guest rooms are Non-Smoking and offer free Wi-Fi. Coin laundry and truck parking also available for our guests.
Pros: Room was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, snail appliances worked
Cons: Pool area was dingy, all of the in restaurant entrees are crossed off on menu, but not removed from website, hot breakfast items at continental breakfast were borderline inedible.
Pros: The breakfast is really good, and the restaurant is really good.
Cons: No military discount when booking through third party which is stupid. The hot-tub was closed the entire weekend we were there, which was during a very big local event so the hotel was kind of busy. That's just a huge lack of good management. Walls are paper thin and the hotel is right next to the interstate, like literally right next to it. You better hope your room isn't on that side. Rate hikes during local events just like every other greedy hotel, tells you your nightly rate is the rate of the cheapest night to try and get you to overlook the other 2 really expensive nights during the event. Over-all, it was big hotel price with the feel of a small super 8 motel during the weekend we stayed.
Pros: The breakfast was good. Rooms were comfortable.
Pros: Continental breakfast great. Kids loved the pool. Room was comfortable for most part.
Cons: They at first had assigned me the wrong room twice. I had reserved a handicapped room Then when front desk clerk was told she was extremely rude and made it known she was being put out. She told me she had to bump someone so she could accommodate me. I responded by how can someone being bumped from a room I had reserved???? She threw key on counter and then proceeded to walk away. The hotel is not set up for handicapped people. No wheelchairs available or elevators. Handicapped room should have walk in shower. Bed comforter was stained and cobwebs in windows. Price was increased by 50 dollars due to events.
Pros: nothing .
Cons: very hard bed like sleeping on cement slab. noisy air condition 747. torn carpet by the bathroom. broken light switch cover. the absolutely worst continental breakfast hard biscuit, hard boil egg nothing to go with it,honey & grape jelly for toast only, no pastries at all. The worst hotel ever stayed at maybe for $40.00 I could understand that it needs a total renovation. No signs for stairs for second floor, doors in the hallways needing a lot of paint.
Pros: General location off I-90 highway.
Cons: No elevators so I had to hire party to move luggage to and from room for being partially handicapped.
No Wyndham points credited because I booked through you upon checkout.

Pros: The Continental breakfast was great. Liked the choice of having
Cons: The hall way had a smell in it. The room was okay. We were concerned that the would have a smell also
Pros: Great staff
Pros: It was cheap, room was clean, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: There was not much parking for bigger vehicles or boat. Some unsavory characters hanging out in the parking lot every night after dark.
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Cleanliness and value for money.
Cons: I booked this hotel in error and was disappointed to find that I would have to call Kayak to get it cancelled. I tried to cancel at the hotel and was told I could not. We had stayed at this place previously and did not care for it. It is a bargain if you don't mind very noisy heating/cooling units and a loud fridge too. This place has a very sketchy reputation and did have some drug issues on premises a while back. There were a lot of construction workers staying there and for them it probably a good place. There really no perks to stay there and the breakfast was dismal. And 6:oo to 9:00 for not much was a little early. It was my fault for booking this place but would have liked to been able to cancel without going through the "Travel Agency" known as Kayak. I will not make the same mistake twice and stay there again.
Pros: Rooms outdated. Left old heating units in and just installed new ones over. Pipes exposed in bathroom. Mickey Mouse cabinents around the refrigerator. Common hallways need new carpeting, Extension cords exposed all over. Needs new paint. Everything is just like traveling in the 80's. The employees were very cordial and helpful and the rooms were basically clean, just really run down. Very quiet for being on a busy intersection. For a family to be comfortable we will spend $20 more a nite. Good enough for an occasional travelor needing a nites rest.
Cons: Horribly outdated: TV, A/C and shelf, bathroom fixtures and no paint job in bathroom in years, Old rusty metal heating unit attached to bathroom ceiling that was disconnected but not removed. They required a $1.50 charge for a safe I never used. Refused to refund it. Only two towels when I made reservations for three. Had to ask front desk clerk for third set. She only gave them to me after questioning me. Breakfast cheap, pillows cheap. I will NOT stay there again. Rather pay the $20 more to get a nicer hotel and room.
Cons: Terrible all around. The metal security door to enter the building to get to our room had particle board screwed to the middle of it due to missing glass from "storm damage", and the main lock had duct tape over it -- which meant the door not only didn't close tightly but clearly could not be locked! So there was no security at all and anyone off the street could walk right in, and this was around the back of the building, not near the lobby. There were dozens of cigarette burns on the very dated carpet in the room, the furniture was mismatched, and the lights near the bed did not work. When I called the front desk to ask for a room in another part of the building that may be more secure, due to our concern with the outside door not locking or closing, we were told that there were no other rooms available and if we left we would be charged for the room regardless. Awful place, awful experience.
Pros: not much
Cons: Room was dirty, there was food on the ground between the bed and the night stand. There was a smell throughout the hotel. Would not stay here again.

Pros: It was conveniently located. We checked in late and the staff was trying to contact us - that was appreciated that they did not give our room away.
Cons: The stained towels, the bed was too soft and it lived up to it's one star rating.
Cons: No hot water at bathroom sink.
Pros: Leaving was the best worst one I've ever been to yeah it's cheap but not worth the stay.
Cons: Try having someone that can speak good English and not let newbe check people in or out
Pros: Clean and really nice for the value. Even had a mini fridge. The heater worked well and they served coffee in the morning. Perfect if your just looking for a bed at an affordable price.
Cons: TOILET RAN ALL NIGHT, LIGHT THROUGH THE THIN DRAPES, STAFF HAD TO INSPECT ROOM BEFORE LEAVING, NO ICE, DEPOSIT FOR KEY AND SMOKING, NO SOAP DISH IN THE SHOWER
Pros: Outdoor electric plugs for battery charging on bass boat.
Cons: Attracted alot of outside smokers which permeated the place. NOT worth the price charged.
Pros: The manager was friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy and clean. It was nice to have a microwave and a fridge. We enjoyed a fun, relaxing and quiet stay. We will definitely go back! Please thank the manager.
Cons: No, we're satisfied with all aspects.
Pros: That it was close to the Lacrosse Center.
Cons: The bathroom was OLD/ shower was not working and there was NO Blow Dryer.
Pros: It was within walking distance to the downtown area.
Cons: Room had paper thin pillows on the bed. Trash can was not emptied at all unless we emptied it. Flies and mosquitoes were everywhere in the room. Very noisy. Price way too high for the quality of room received.
Pros: Location & Price
Cons: Very old and outdated carpeting, window coverings and furniture.
Cons: Charged a $20 smoking deposit for a non smoking hotel. Hotel has his try of scamming ppl with stolen items to charge them more $$ for the room. Stetchy ppl stay here. Online photos are not true to condition of rooms. Severe old smoke oder in room. Yuk
It was not a good value.
Cons: There were no public spaces. When the heater cycled on/off it was very loud, and the air blew directly onto the head of the bed. The cable TV had only two channels: snow with static or the local weather channel.

Cons: This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The halls smelled of cigarettes with worn and torn carpet. The rooms did not seem clean, the framed picture above the bed fell and shattered on the bed and the staff left us to clean it up, the phone cord was connected by a few exposed wires and when we asked for a blanket (since there wasn't one on the bed) the desk staff finally brought us one at 1 am...while we were sleeping. The staff was not helpful and slightly rude. When we went to check out the man behind the desk was sweating profusely and shaken up. Turns out he had been robbed and had his car stolen at the hotel. This is an unsafe and dirty hotel, stay somewhere else!
Pros: The location was good.
Cons: It sounded like the people above us were going to fall through to our floor. No refrigerator in our room.
