This is a no frills, get it done, efficient airline. The seat is a lawn chair. You better bring your own entertainment. If you want something other than water you need to pay for it. But they will get you to your destination quickly, on time, and then they will turn the flight around and go right back where they came from. Reliably. Couple times a week tops. If it fits into your schedule, you can’t get there cheaper or faster.

A three hour delay to board and then another hour on the tarmac because they couldn't get a tractor? Ugh.

Allegiant canceled the flight. The flight the next day was full. Allegiant did not provide any compensation besides a refund. Last time on Allegiant.

Seats were very uncomfortable and being charged for snacks and water.........

Allegiant actually impressed me, original inbound flight from PBG was so late they gave us a bird inbound from Des Moines and only left 1h late and gained 40 minutes back in the air. Comfortable flight with no frills but no complaints.

Flight was delayed. Crew was good but hot coffee was not available.

No food is available without purchasing it and there is no in-flight entertainment. Both of these are OK because we got an inexpensive flight from Allegiant and, otherwise, our experience was excellent.

just had water and there was plenty of leg & seat room. But then i don't weight 220#s!!

Not totally their fault- screaming kids that had zero parent intervention.

not sure why you ask about food, I n3ver get food on flights except maybe cookies or pretzels. wifi was slow and in and out most of the flight not good.

there are no options s for snack besides cookies would ve nice to have a salty option n

Never ontime and always delays. Long waits for customer service and often app doesn’t work

We were upgraded to First Class and it was a great flight

it was fine, decent flight... dont get food besides cookies or pretzels so not sure why you ask about food. same for entertainment..

this plane was really old, had exit row seats and tray was in arm of seat so super uncomfortable to use. another seat they could t even use the tray it was broke. seat i. front of me had duct tape on it cause seat was ripped open... this plane should either be updated or retired.

We loved the steward on the plane. He made the night enjoyable

American airlines suck they delay the flights all the time made me sleep in an airport because my flight was delayed and I miss my connecting flight

Very poor delay in dfw was really bad n long

I didn't like that my paid for seat was changed 2 hours before my flight.
