Pros: The breakfast was a culinary masterpiece: a beautiful frittata with home fried potatoes and maple sausages, grilled pineapple, homemade muffins - all made with a lot of love. The room was beautiful with victorian decor and the original slate fireplace. The location was wonderful, within walking distance to the Daniel Webster, the library, grist mill, and local shops. We had a wonderful stay!

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The most delicious breakfast -- all homemade, healthy yet filling. The attention to detail. The innkeepers were so kind and genuine about wanting to make their guests feel at home. The Inn is very pretty, and well-located at the heart of the town centre. I liked that there is a shared living room downstairs and that guests can help themselves to drinks/coffee/cookies. The room (luxury double room) was very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious (loved the lip balm, bath salt and robes). I would definitely stay again.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Pros: Breakfast was fair, was very clean,
Cons: A little bit of an attitude from front desk. Alot of stairs, totally overpriced for 2 nights - over $600? Really? No room service, not very user friendly for ice, ironing board, no chair, electrical outlets behind head board, not easily accessible.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was upscaled so it was much better than a common motel room. Our room was in an old remodeled building which was quaint. I had 6 pillows! The bed extremely comfortable! All was very clean. You could adjust the temp of the room very easily. Allergies didn't bother me too much. It was quiet. It came with a delicious breakfast that was filling. Breakfast was in the old chuch building and had an elegant yet casual touch. All staff very nice.
Cons: I didn't realize the coffee maker was in a little common room next door. There is no minifridge in the room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We were going to visit family in Orleans but didn't want to drive the whole distance in one day so we were able to book a room at the last minute. We were in the painted lady #10. Great jacuzzi and comfortable room. great breakfast too! would definitely stay here again.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Owners very nice. Great breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The host was the nicest person possible. He was extremely helpful and even went the extra mile to extend a power cord to the parking lot to help charge my car. The property itself is a real home and the host will make you feel very comfortable as a guest in his home. The rooms are setup in older style furniture to give a full old world feel which me and my wife loved. Although this wasn’t a fancy place this was one of the nicest overall B&B experience for me and my wife.
Cons: You do get a private bathroom but the bathroom is not attached to the bedroom. It wasn’t a big deal for us since we lived many years in a city apartment with no attached bathroom.

Pros: This place is perfect, with so much attention to detail— flowers, perfectly manicured yard, outdoor spaces, little doggie gift bag when we arrived... The room was lovely, and Sharon was very attentive to making sure both we and our pups were comfortable. The outdoor space (especially the gazebo and the fenced-in dog area) are wonderful, and the breakfast was great. It was delicious and filling, setting us up for the whole day. You can tell Sharon and Lydia truly care about this property and the experience of their guests. I cannot recommend Cranberry Manor more highly!

Pros: I loved visiting Cranberry Manor. Lydia and Sharon made sure I was as comfortable as possible. They went over and above making sure I had an enjoyable time. I asked for a softer pillow and got one. They even put lotion on my sunburned back!! The best part was the breakfast. They catered to my vegetarianism effortlessly. I plan on going back every summer. Thank you both a million times !! Anthy Angelo

8.0 Excellent
Pros: We came for a wedding and decided to make a weekend of it. Our room was very nice, with a king sized bed and big bathroom, and the pool was great. The garden (where the wedding was held) was pretty-- though not as big or extravagant as I was expecting. The food at the reception and at the one breakfast we ate there was very good. We didn't even look at the spa so I can't comment on that. We had a nice stay overall.
Cons: The only real negative was the strong smell of garbage coming from the trash area in the back of the Inn, which we had to walk past every time we went into the parking lot. All three days of our stay the smell was present. Another thing that surprised us was how thin the walls are between the rooms (we were in room 19); we could hear the man next to us clearing his throat and bumping into the wall between us a couple of times. For an expensive hotel I wouldn't have expected that.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from front desk to dining room. The room was luxurious (I was upgraded due to a complaint
Cons: Everything was excellent and refreshing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, large cottage with netted terrace that prevents mosquitos from entering
Cons: Bedsheets are not provided
4.3 Okay
Cons: My son and I booked a 3 day stay at Peters Pond to have a fishing vacation. We had several serious issues with the cabin we were placed in (B-17), and left a day early (Monday, 5/20/19) because of this. These issues included: 1. There was a swarm of small ants in the kitchen, worse at night. Ants were found in the sink, on the counter, on the dishes and silverware in the cupboard, on the coffee maker, on opened packages of food, etc. 2. There was some kind of nocturnal, large animal in the attic...it sounded like about the size of a racoon. It was quite unnerving to be woken up from this in the middle of the night with it walking and scratching on the ceiling. There also was a panel in the upstairs loft, leading to the attic, that was off the wall and which exposed a large gap into the attic, opening a potential way for whatever the animal was to the cabin itself. 3. There was an unpleasant odor in the cabin, smelling suspiciously like urine. Was it because there was an animal in the loft was urinating/deficating in the attic?? Don't know, but certainly could be and, if so, is a real health issue. 4. Lesser issues: a. several windows were missing screens and could not be open. b. light bulbs in the kitchen/main room area were burnt out (2 of them). c. the bottom lock on the front door, after it was locked, could be opened by firmly jiggling the door handle. we left a day early--monday---because I just didn't want to stay another night in that place. Finally, I know there are other nice cabins in the campground, as we visit friends who come up for a few weeks once a year. I was planning to book our family reunion at the campground(1 week, 18 people) at Peters Pond, but simply cannot do so after this terrible experience.

Pros: Good facilities at the resort. Supermarket a mile away. Great pool and beaches. excellent base for exploring Cape Cod.

Pros: Lots of fun amenities at the park. Cabin was cozy.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was great for kids
Cons: I thought the golf carts were very expensive and it was too bad the restaurant was closed almost the whole time we were there

Pros: We were given a room with an exquisite waterfront view by the staff. So relaxing after a long day. The room was very well put together. We had the king size room with auto fireplace (no heat but gorgeous and calming). The bed was very comfortable, the white linens in the bathroom were very thick and plush. They even had a black face cloth labeled make up remover. There was a local restaurant a five minute walk away. The food was delicious. We were able to store our leftovers in the fridge and reheat with the microwave. The view of the sun rising over the water cinched it for me. There is a glass table and two wicker chairs on a small deck outside the room door. That view in the evening and the morning was worth the trip.

Pros: Great room, very friendly, very good bed.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We loved staying in a "real" B&B I.e. A delightful cottage and host to match. We felt more like friends than paying guests. Breakfast changed every day and was always good. Beds very comfortable.
Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Fran was a lovely host who made sure she was available in case I needed anything. We had a lovely chat over breakfast each day, and she gave me lots of breakfast options. Not luxurious, but comfortable and peaceful, like staying with grandma. Plus, less than a mile to the town centre.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mrs. Murphy makes her guests feel completely welcome. This is a great location and, the hostess goes out of her way to ensure that guests have all that they need.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Fran was a super hostess, going out of her way to ensure I was comfortable. Her breakfasts were so attractive & delicious. My room was clean & had a recliner to rest. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this B& B, which had easy access to the Cape.
Cons: The TV wasn't working properly, but other than that, I spent a few extra days because it was so accommodating to allow me time to visit family & friends.A treasure

5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was very large, comfortable. We were sure that because of the low numbers we were given one of the nicer rooms.
Cons: The pool was closed and we had chosen that motel for the pool. We talked to the front desk just for information. We asked if we could at least go in the hot tub. We were talking to the manager, and he was just plain rude. We considered checking out, but I had too much medical equipment to move.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
8.3 Excellent
Pros: food was good coffee was hot people were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Everything was fine there
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Close to the Train to Christmas Town. Included breakfast which was good. Had a pool which my daughter was excited about.
Cons: Pool said it closed at 10 and it was locked before 10. Check out is 11am and they changed the key cards at 10am (there were about 5 other people locked out of their rooms at the same time we were). Things were falling apart and just generally looked gross. Only stayed there because it was 5 min away from the Train to Christmas Town. Would NOT recommend it.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Dirty
6.8 Good
Pros: The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff ensured that it stayed clean.
Cons: The evening front desk staff was unpleasant and not helpful. Breakfast was horrible. Not enough food, poor quality food. The pool although clean, was old and needs renovation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Peter at front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, nice decor, nice patio off sliders from room. Pool and spa were really nice. Parking was easy and convenient.
Cons: It would have been nice to have had some eggs and sausage but when I arrived at breakfast 45 minutes into the opening of breakfast there wasn't anything left and it wasn't replenished having over two hours left until breakfast closed.
6.8 Good
Pros: Good location. Good assortment of complimentary breakfast items.
Cons: Comfortor cover stained. I refused to have it on our bed! Second room smelled heavily of cleaning supplies. No one available to check out. Told to leave keys on desk.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Big, clean room. Good location. Reasonable price. Better than average free breakfast.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the pool and hot tub!!! That’s why I picked this hotel. Plan on taking an overnight to quality inn once a month next winter for great get away. The tavern restaurant getting renovated so restaurant on site will be awesome!!
Cons: Pool towels could have been bit bigger
5.0 Okay
Cons: Overpriced for what it was.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I rarely leave reviews but was so surprised by the negative reviews that I felt compelled to share my own experiences. My husband & I go to Onset 2x a yr to visit my elderly uncles. We always stay @the QI in Bourne (last 5 years). The staff has always been professional and courteous. While the property could use an upgrade to modernize its facility, the amenities are sufficient because the rooms & common areas are kept clean. The bed is comfortable. The tv works! There is a frig and microwave in the room. Comparable hotels in the area are much more expensive. Staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast room is small and the offerings could use some meat & more fruit variety - but other than that, free coffee, juice, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, cereal and waffles are more than adequate. The pool & jacuzzi are clean and mgmt provides fresh towels. My tip would be to request a room on the 2nd floor facing the Bourne Bridge. This way, you get a balcony (quaint lil private brkfast spot) and a great view of the Bridge (ignore the parking lot). I always choose to stay here rather then risk the cheaper spot across the street (which has no pool) or the more expensive hotels in the area, which do not offer free breakfast. Hope this helps!
Cons: I didn't like the noisy children who commandeered the pool area, but I can't blame management for the behaviors of unruly children.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Proximity to where I was coming from
Cons: Room smelled like smoke despite being a non smoking room.
6.3 Good
Pros: There were no eggs served. Continental breakfast was disappointing. There could have been more selection. The Gardener's came in and help themselves to the juice, it scared me a little. There are several areas that need painting and attention.
Cons: Once I booked the room a local had bad things to say about this hotels past. Which made me feel uneasy about staying here. It was fine though. The beds were as hard as rocks. Everything else was okay
4.5 Okay
Pros: The front desk person was nice.
Cons: The pool was condemned by the local health department. The room smelled musty. The wall ac unit was dirty and loud. The bed skirts were threadbare. The mini-fridge smelled like something had died in it. There were at least 4different smokers right outside my room at different times.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: The room smelled like mold (air conditioner condensation leaking on the rug-soaked), the clean towels were stained, stained rug and dirt on the mattress. I called the front desk and all I got was sorry we are sold out and can't move you.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: The stairs to second floor were horrendous !
7.5 Good
Pros: Did not have the breakfast.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: nothing
Cons: terrible Hotel, so overpriced. Stay away from it
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: This is the worst hotel, I plainer my trip with my friends at 4th of July to this hotel more then one month early to have fun with our kids in the pool and when we got there the pool was closed and they didn’t email anyone to say that everyone was angry because no one couldn’t find any other hotel because it was a bigger holiday and it forced as to stay there or go back home. Terrible hotel.
Cons: Nothing it was the worst the pool was closed the refrigerator was broken and the bathroom light was working well it was dark inside the bathroom
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff friendly
Cons: Pool had been closed by board of health. Musty odor in rooms
4.3 Okay
Pros: George, from the country Georgia, was very kind and helpful. He deserves a raise.
Cons: I was not informed that the pool was closed! I had my 83 year old mother with me and she was hoping to swim, as it’s the only exercise she is capable of. The conseire said that an email was sent, I checked and no email was sent telling us that the pool was closed. Highly disappointed. Upon entering our room, I saw a crumpled up paper bag, a used bandaid on the floor and the bathroom was disgusting. The shower curtain has mold on it and there was pubic hair on the bottom of the tub. I took pictures to report the conditions to the Better Business Bureau. I would like a complete refund. I paid $230 for one night! This hotel with hole in bathroom door, chipped paint, garbage on floor, moldy shower curtain, keys that didn’t work, awful smell, etc., is what you’d expect from$60/ night. The management needs to spend $ to make this place more appealing.

6.8 Good
Pros: The room was clean and the a/c worked
Cons: No breakfast despite saying it’s included in the reservation. Hope is dated but secure and clean. Bed could use some updating.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was an ok size and had AC.
Cons: The bottom sheets had nasty stains all over them, (I have photos). Right off the bat they argued with me over the price. The taxes changed since I booked the room. That’s not my problem, I reserved a room at this price. I had to call booking.com and waited 30 mins on hold to have them talk to the manager of the hotel. They finally said I could pay the price it was when I reserved it. When I went to pay, the manager was complaining that he was going to have to pay the tax difference. I really didn’t care if he had too or not, again not my problem. No amenities available here. On a positive note, Dunkin’ Donuts was in walking distance behind the hotel.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Noisy old carpeting no breakfast
5.0 Okay
Pros: Near beach and canal
Cons: Not very friendly, fire exit locked. No coffee pot in coffee maker.
6.8 Good
Pros: Old motel, adequately refurbished.
Cons: Bare minimum facilities
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The women at the desk called her boss to refund my stay after one night. I booked because it said floor level. Not true . Steep stairs. Offered a different room. Long walk. I am disabled. Not feeling well with the heat. I am a senior. I have to express that the young woman working was offering to carry my bags. Get me anything. I wish I could remember her name. She had the most vibrant red hair and a kind heart.
Cons: The hall way was a.disaster. Carpet gross. Old rooms not being used with filthy windows. There was no safety latch.on door. The same door was opened with an old fashioned regular type key.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: No hot water and shower didn’t work
5.8 Okay
Pros: the locations was good
Cons: Security. Someone knocked loudly on our door at 1AM and when i peered through the shade, he was leaning out of sight and had one foot outside the exit door which was next to our room. The exit door was a stairway outside of the building then went behind the building. The individual looked like he was about to do something against the law. Not a safe location.
5.5 Okay
Cons: Unattractive setting and building. The “office” is a booth adjacent to the parking lot. The room was reasonably clean. The stairs to the second floor were difficult to climb with luggage. We did not stay for breakfast. I would not call this an inn rather a poor quality motel. Rooms were unattractive and smelled bad. Towels were thread bare and toilet paper of the poorest quality. No tissues or hair dryer provided. Price was 175 dollars per night. Unbelievable!
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location was the best part
Cons: Bathroom was moldy, tv didn't work, lock on door didn't work.
4.5 Okay
Pros: liked the location
Cons: didn't like after the first night room wasn't made up. came back from where we were for the day for shower and no water said it would be fixed 1 to 2hrs not fixed till next day. We were showing livestock shower pretty important. Will not be staying at this location again. For over 3oo dollars really not a great value
5.0 Okay
