When our flight finally arrived in Las Vegas and we were able to get our luggage, we made our way to the Enterprise pick up location, ONLY TO FIND THAT THE LOCATION WAS CLOSED. We had to scramble, make another reservation with Enterprise, settle for a lesser car (but it was still nice) and then pay a taxi to shuttle us, with luggage, to a different Enterprise Car Rental location. Needless to say, I need Kayak to reimburse me for the reservation because a participating vendor of Kayak never communicated with us that there location closes by noon on Saturday in a city that doesn’t begin to come alive until noon ore 1:00. Please confirm as soon as the refund has processed.

Truck was ordered a week ahead. No call no email no communication at all to let us know that it would not be available when we arrived to pick it up. So when we arrived to pick it up at that time, they told us that it was broken and not available. Staff truly didn’t care. After an hour and a half wait we were offered a compact SUV at same price as premium premium truck. No suggestion or offer to reduce price to appropriate price. We walked. Staff truly did not care.

Pros:

Dropping off wasn’t too much of an issue. But picking up was an awful experience!!! The Enterprise Car Rental in Summerlin, Las Vegas, horrible. The customer service wasn’t good at all, and Leon, one of the sales associates over there should be replaced!

Cons:

Better customer service.

Hertz called me 1 hour before me picking up my car to tell me they had no cars available. When i called customer service they told me dont worry i'll get a refund. I prepaid for a car and they let me down

They took my reservation, we’re not open for business that day (Saturday). So I couldn’t get my rental which totally screwed me! When I called the 800 number they were no help and basically said oh well🤷🏽. Will never ever use kayak or them again!

A rep called me from the initial pickup location (Marriott on Rampart, LV) the day before and informed me there were no cars, and that I had to find a place with a car by calling the res number. A car was found 12 miles away - which wasn't too bad - but I was charged more for it because of the pickup location change, of which I had nothing to do with. Everyone tells me a different story on who to call to get that rectified. And the Centennial location JUST happened to have ONE car available, and only because I got there just after they opened. This is not the first time, even as a Gold member, these locations did not have a car, despite weeks-ahead reservations. And it's not the first time I was asked to do a job that was clearly a rep's job, not mine. And, it's not the first time I had to spend time getting a payment amount squared. Hertz, like a few other car rental organizations, need to make their processes AT LEAST acceptable.

Car wasn’t ready when I arrived.. it’s not even at the location I have to go to other locations to pick up the car because the driver called off so they don’t know what time the car will arrive so I drove there myself to pick up the full size van

There was nobody at the desk to pick the car up from after we had reserved it online. Hotel staff gave us a number to call, and they did not pick up. We waited 30 minutes and after nobody showed up we left. Worst rental car experience I’ve ever had

VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE VEHICLE I WAS FORCED TO GET. Everything relating to the reservation indicated I was getting a Hyundai Accent or similar. When I arrived at the pickup location (that I had to Uber to from the airport) I was told they don't have that kind of vehicle at that location and all they had was a Jeep Compass. I chose my vehicle based on unlimited mileage and MPG. The Jeep has an estimated highway MPG of 32 and the Hyundai has an estimated highway MPG of 41 - the 9 MPG difference cost me an estimated $35 more in gas purchased. Additionally, not being accustomed to driving a larger vehicle made it uncomfortable when maneuvering. If I had known what Budget was going to stick me with, I would have selected a different rental car company.

It was quick, efficient and very pleasant. My drive to my destination was great. However, upon arriving to my destination, the computer lit up and said engine failure. I called the 24 hour road assistance phone number. The woman asked me a few questions, she put me on a very brief hold, she had a tow truck on its way to pick up the vehicle. He was there in less than 30 minutes and gave me a ride to the nearest airport. He escorted me to the counter and spoke with manager. He left and I got a replacement vehicle and I was on my way in 20 minutes. I was so impressed with the efficiency and no hassles. This entire process was less than 2 hours including drive time. Bravo to your entire team from beginning to end. I am your customer for life. I will share this experience with my friends and family. It was stress free and amazing. You couldn't have done any better. It was perfect.

My you told visa to charge me $565.oo......your actual charge and receipt was $365. But after 3 hours trying in the phone it is now correct. The car was very nice.

Absolutely horrendous vehicle. Poorly maintained. Steering wheel or left front tire rubbed when turning and there was a terrible rattle. Had a flat tire and tire was so bald it couldn’t be repaired and had to be replaced. Tire place was shocked the vehicle was allowed on the road with such bald tires. Shocking that Budget allowed this vehicle to be rented out in such poor condition. Terrifying to drive.
