Pros: The staff was really nice, friendly. Even though we just had H/B the bartender near the pool was offering slush during the day and the manager offered us the voucher for 1 lunch with drinks for all family, which was really sweet. The rooms are new and very comfortable. Just keep in mind that you will need to get an adapter since the plugs are not as in Europe, but in every shop around you could find it. The location was really cool, bars, restaurants, shops in very close distance. Sunbeds by the pool are super cozy. On the beach the sunbed is 2.5 euro and umbrella is the same.

Cons: Nothing to complain be honest. Just the food was not so diverse, even though each day they offered a different theme (free, international etc) it was all kinda the same. Breakfasts were good just the same every day again.

Pros: Me and my husband stayed in The Blue Ivy Hotel & Suites for a weekend. We had the most relaxing day by the Adults-only pool on the most comfortable sunbeds! The room was sparkly clean and so were the whole premises on the hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly from the first moment till the last. I would honestly say that The Blue Ivy hotel is a gem for protaras. Keep up the excellent job. We will be back very vey soon! Thank you!

Pros: The room was extremely spacious and all round comfortable. We were greeted with a welcome drink (which was a nice touch) and plenty of helpful information. Free water refill is brilliant in such a hot place! Breakfast selection was also amazing.

Cons: Just one thing I picked up on was the fact that the rooms were not vacuumed by room service during our stay (they were clean and spotless on entry and the hotel in general was one of the cleanest I've ever been to). Whilst I do appreciate it's a task that takes time, a beach hotel is (in my mind) expected to vacuum away the expected sand/dust that is carried in the room by the guests. Otherwise perfect!

Cons: The only thing that can improve, is the way the balconies are separated; through a transparent glass, which means that there is not so much privacy as you can see your next-door neighbours.

Pros: The location, the food and the drinks, just about everything was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and amiable. The beach is the best!!! The sea was always calm and clear even though it was windy in the afternoon almost everyday. The wind was by the way to the advantage cause otherwise it would have been too stuffy. Later we tried another hotel and we were absolutely devastated by the beach there, cause it was always wavy and the sea was not perfectly clear 'cause of that. The garden was beautiful, absolutely gorgeous jacuzzi with the sea view outside that won my daugther's heart forever))). The main restaurant serves delicious meals, the dishes are always various, every day is devoted to one of the world's famous cuisines. The pool bar serves excellent food as well. We had nothing to complain about.

Cons: We have experienced only one disadvantage there: after taking a shower the whole bathroom floor was always wet, the water got everywhere beyond the shower glass curtain.

Pros: We spent 2 fantastic nights at this hotel with my family and celebrate my birthday there. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We were offered a voucher for lunch because our room was ready just 10 min later than it should be. The menu is good and varied. Worth noting room conditions: very clean, stylish, all new plumbing. Gorgeous beach with a Bay. Sunbeds on the beach paid, as elsewhere in Cyprus, but you can stay just above the beach on the hotel sunbeds on the grass. We've got a complimentary bottle of wine and fruits from the hotel as all guests. On my birthday the staff beautifully decorated our table at the restaurant. I definitely suggest to book a place at the restaurant for dinner: beautiful view, excellent service, tasty food (we had fish meze). Since I live in Cyprus, I have been visited many hotels and I can say for sure that in this hotel I am happy to come back again.

Pros: The breakfast was great, better than expected. There's an amazing sea view of the private beach and the greenery of the hotel garden below. The room was spacious enough. Comfortable. It's a good hotel.

Cons: The rooms aren't as new or nice as they look in photos. The bed sheets weren't changed daily. The cleanliness was ok, not dirty but not one of those places you feel at home due to impeccable cleanliness. The shower didn't deal with water, flooding a little bit. About 3-4cm of water. Not pleasant.

Pros: Yialos restaurant. Very friendly and good people. All of them. The cooker Mrs Eleni had the most delicious really homemade dishes ever. Sea was really 10m walk very nice and lovely.

Pros: Facilities were excellent: inside and outside pool, sauna and steam room, small entertainment room, the hotel is close to the beach, and great gym. Food was great: good snack bar, good breakfast.

Cons: Things that were not up to standard for a 5-star hotel: 1) The reception staff were not very helpful with booking tours outside the hotel or giving directions to those places. They also didn't seem to have much helpful advice on which tours to pick, etc. 2) The air-conditioning in the room didn't cool down the room enough.

Pros: Great food, amazing staff. The hotel is very relaxing. The view from the pool is to the sea. The hotel is about 10 minute walk to the center.

There was a relaxed feel due to the seamless approach and professionalism of the staff right from the bell boy to the reception, wait staff and the lovely cleaners. The property was superbly maintained. We received champagne for our anniversary and nothing was a problem.

Pros: A very well managed hotel with friendly and service-oriented staff. All the facilities were meticulously maintained and in perfect order. The hotel is suitable for couples and families with toddlers. It may not be suitable for older children as the pool is quite small and there are no water activities. The breakfast was very good with high quality produces. We were a party of eight, and the staff made sure that our table was set and ready for us every morning, We did not have other meals at the hotel, so that I cannot comment on their quality. Since the hotel is only about a kilometer from Ayia Napa center, we had our dinners in downtown restaurants. Overall a very nice hotel. The sea-view rooms are highly recommended.

I received a map from the reception and showed me the routes for public transport. Hotel is close walking to the center 10-15 min. Nearby there is a bus station to Nissi beach. The room is clean, quiet and beds are comfortable! Your breakfast is superb. So rich and so delicious! I will recommend you as a superb hotel and looking forward for my next booking with you! Cons: The room, location and all the facilities were excellent, but the staff, who was really friendly and helpful, should pay more attention to the room cleaning service. Despite the fact that they tidied the room every day, the staff should have been better oriented on the service quality and not on its frequency or speed.

Pros: Upon arrival - around 11:00 am - the super kind receptionist let us do an early check-in (instead of 14:00) as the room was already ready. Accepted both of my husband and I easily despite I made a mistake during booking, I stated that we are only ‘1 guest’, no additional fee we needed to pay even tho I booked it with breakfast (accidentally for 1 person only). Super easy to reach the hotel, there is a shuttle that drops you at the second Ayia Napa station and you walk probably no more than 5 mins. The shuttle from Larnaca airport costs only 9€. The location is amazing, the harbour is right next to the hotel, with amazing seafood restaurants around (Vassos, Ocean Basket) I have food allergy and intolerance... Right after our arrival they introduced me the head-chef and I was told that they bought special products for me (gluten free bread, plant-based milk, etc) All the staff were aware of my problem and they took really good care of me. Clean hotel, clean room, no smell, cleaning every day, they changed always the bed sheet and the towels without requesting it. We had a beautiful front sea view. Not over crowed, the hotel was pretty full, but we didnt feel it at all. We always had place during breakfast, lunch or dinner, at the pool side or on the beach. Pool is very clean, it has a nice bar with a variety of cocktails and beverages. Also has showers, very clean toilets. On the beach they provide sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach is amazing, very clean, wide and long. Lunch buffet is 10€, good choice, delicious food, highly recommended. The chef - Antreas is mostly available to explain every dish if needed. Every night there is a different themed buffet dinner (cypriot, seafood, mexican, BBQ, italian, etc) for 12€ only. Check-out is at 12:00 however they stored our luggage in a dedicated luggage room, and let us stay until 18:00 in the evening, they even provided us towels ( although late check-out is available for 35€) Free WI-FI :)

Cons: The hotel next to Okeanos is quite noisy during the evenings, not every night tho, but at 23:00 they shut it and there is complete silence. It did not bother us at all, but with small kids who need to go to bed early could be challenging. Unfortunately the pool is closing at 19:00 (probably because of the dinner) They provide free Wi-Fi, the signal in the room is not very strong tho, we used our 3G or 4G. Air Conditioning unit is a bit noisy, but cools nicely and quickly. Honestly, nothing much negative about this hotel!!!! We loved it.

Cons: Front dest staff was so rude to us since we approach her the first word she said”yes” No welcome, non a single smile on her face . She wasn’t aware about our reservation and she didn’t brief us about the hotel facilities. Welcome drink was offered from a waiter which is tab water and during our stay no body checked on us even once. We went for the beach in the morning at 9 and the hotel umbrellas were taken only 10 were hotel property and we’d to rent from outside. The beach was so bad and rocks every where u can’t even walk in , we had to walk to the other beach because it was clean even no body can serve a drink by the beach. Waiters at the restaurant are nice . All over I’m not satisfied with this experience and definitely will never go back again.

Rooms looked smaller and older than in the pictures.. breakfast was average and the layout for breakfast bar needs to be rearranged because it was squashed and everyone was stepping on one another.

The parking space very small. Some of the rooms are renovated some not, so you dont know which one you will get

Pros: Room was big and comfortable with great view. Swimming pool is 15m from beach but still isolated with natural barrier so you can leave your things and swim in sea without thinking on them. Time to time I had some questions on which staff responded with kindness and clear answers. On my early arrival I got a room few hours before ussual time i.e. as soon as it was cleaned and ready for new quest. If you arrive early breakfast buffe is possible to purchese for very reasonable price. Food is good.

Pros: The property was away from the strip so it was lovely and peaceful. The staff were so friendly and the apartment was modern and so clean with lots of amenities. The pool was spacious and there were plenty of sun loungers. I would definitely recommend it.

Cons: When we first time came to our room (it was on the ground floor near the pool), we saw a lot of insects everywhere in bedroom. Staff tried to help us killing insects. After half an hour trying we asked for another room. Not quite fast, but eventually we got new room. It was 10 p.m. and we really wanted to have a rest that night.

Pros: A perfect hotel at a perfect location. The food was something more than excellent. We really enjoyed the pool, the sea the staff was super polite and friendly. The room was clean as new and i would like to thank Mrs Vicky for not only cleaning the room so professionally but also for being so social with my kid making him towel made elephants and swans etc..., the animation team really kept us active and their program was super fantastic not only for the kids. Wifi connection was very good, breakfast had literally everything..! I am from Cyprus and i choose to have holidays with my family in Cyprus. I stayed in many hotels and this is the first time i find everything so perfect!

Cons: The worst on board experience... we need to carry out our luggage towards the room, with a kid following us (10 minutes walk!). Not enough snacks and variety of drinks in the pool. No space on the kids pool at all!

Pros: The property is situated in the finest location in Agia Napa - right infront of the best beach in Cyprus. Upon arrival, the whole experience was great. Having offered a welcome drink, the staff gave me a warm, friendly greeting and showed me my comfortable spacious room. Nissi beach resort has all the comforts for solo/business and family travellers. These inlclude beautiful comfortable rooms, a great variety of restaurants, stunnings views, and very easy access to a fully organized beach. During my stay- and due to a small unfortunate event, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a sea view suite. Waking every morning to the sound of the palm trees and the turquoise colour sea will be an unforgettable experience.

Cons: No free upgrade to sea view rooms and the ones overlooking the garden are really disappointing. Nothing in the minibar and no complimentary anything makes you feel like in a one star hotel. Also a bit of a walk to the Main Street and a 20 min drive to the city center. Private beach is very dirty and beach beds are left dirty without any proper maintenance or cleaning.

Cons: The new neighboring hotel that wasn’t there on our last visit which now seems to be taking a little of the privacy of the swimming pool .

Pros: The staff was very friendly. The facilities were fantastic and the room was always very clean. We really liked that the hotel offered towels, sunbeds and umbrellas. As we had an evening flight when leaving, we got a key for the changing room where we had towels, showers and other stuff to change. We could fully enjoy our last day. We have very enjoyed our stay there and will for sure come again.

Pros: They give us batter room because we celebrate event of us without extra money, and wine for free, fruits too!! All the time they change bed linen and towels, the service was very kindly, the view was amazing from our boungalo, very very close to the beach and center street. We are will back for sure!!

Cons: The smell of the toilet in our room not so good, the water at dinner cost money

Cons: - the smell of the bedsheets- fishy and eggy. It took us several confrontations over 2 nights (2/3 of our stay) with the staff, to be finally understood, and the problem to be rectified. Our requests were not taken very seriously by the upper management until a very nice lady from reception finally understood the severity of the situation and informed the room service manager who took suitable action. - water pressure in the shower is very low.

Pros: Fisherman's Hut is a must. Everything was perfect. Very good location. Room 547 did not dissapoint. Very very happy with the room and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. The service of all staff was very friendly and approachable. So happy we choose this hotel out of everywhere to stay in Cyprus. Perfect stay.

Cons: If I had to choose something it would be to open the gym earlier. But that's the only very minor thing.

Pros: Exceptional as always. We are repeating customers because of quality of service, facilities and the beach in front of hotel. Staff is very professional and we love seeing the same employees every year. The hotel was recently been renovated and offers (the last couple of years I think) a sushi bar in the hotel which serves very fresh and delicious salads and sushi. We also eat at the pool restaurant which also offers good quality food at reasonable prices. Indoor and outdoor pools are very nice and there are a lot of activities for the residents throughout the day from the entertaining staff. Overall my favorite hotel in Cyprus.

Cons: Announcements for the entertainment activities are really loud. Makes you feel you are at the airport and sitting right next to the speaker. Not nice when you want to take a nap or relax at the pool area.

Pros: Location, gym, fantastic sea view. The Greek waitress working at the Japanese restaurant has been very polite and very good at her job. Food amazingly delicious there (stone-grill).

Cons: We had requested a double bed but regardless our request via booking,com as well at the reception desk during our check in our request was not fulfilled. till we accidentally met a cleaner who was more than willing to do it thanks God. The kettle in our room was out of order and unequipped with an adaptor. Coffee served at the breakfast could had been of higher quality considering the price of a room per night.

Cons: Within 12 hours off being there ants where everywhere in the room in the sink the bed in all our clothes and they was put away in the wardrobe, they moved us rooms but we couldn’t enjoy our holiday for the first 2 days as we was digging throw our clothes making sure no ants was there and moving rooms. The staff just passed the complaint to different people even the Manger was useless and he said it happens in Cyprus. He said the area manager will come see us but nothing, every time we seen him he would dodge us I wouldn’t stay there again absolutely useless, we paid £1400 for a ant riddled room and staff who couldn’t care less nice one! What they gave us for our troubles was a new room and they said they would give us all inclusive upgrade for free but we were already all inclusive so we got nothing bit off a joke really. Oh and the bar in the pool ain’t for the all inclusive you have to pay for that they don’t tell you this when you book, which I don’t get because you can get a drink from the side bar and take it to the pool, which I don’t get!!! Pros: Great view from the room of the second part of the hotel - Olympic Bay - it was very quite, no kids in this part which was a big advantage for us as we were looking for a quite peaceful vacation, very good food, hotel employees are very attentive to your needs, try to do their best. Maria from the reception was a great help many time - very professional approach!

Cons: Really few things like broken shower hose and ants in the room, also the pillows were too big and we were not used to sleeping on such big pillows at home and as the pillow is only one size, we had to use the decorative pillow covering it with a towel to sleep) also the cotton pads are given to you only once, however they gave me more by request

Pros: The staff were amazingly nice, polite and helpful. Everywhere you go, they make sure to greet you with a smile on their face and make their best to help you (specially the guest relations lady was super helpful and kind). They all speak English fluently. The venue is very nice and kids friendly. 3 pools available, one for young kids with slides, the other one mixed age and the 3rd one adults only. They also have a kids play area and a kids club so you can have your own moments to enjoy (unfortunately my 19 months son did not cope well but I’m pretty sure it would have been better if he was older). entertainment for kids is also offered in the pool during the day and in the entertainment venue at night. All inclusive package was worth with a variety of restaurants offering different cuisines, an ice cream shop, a snack area and a pool bar for drinks. Food quality and variety is great. We tried rock & roll the burger place (very delicious - no booking required), captains deck offers traditional local food (must try - require prior booking), seven orchids offer Asian food (prior booking required) and of course royal Olympic offering a buffet with different themes (no booking required). They have more options but we couldn’t visit

Cons: The kiosk system for restaurants reservations since you can rarely find any spot available even though sometimes you pass by the restaurant and find many tables available (not sure if they would have welcomed us as walk in) but the guest relation was very understanding for our needs with an infant and made sure to find us some convenient spots No direct access to the beach which is a bit challenging with kids since you have to cross a road but it’s just a 5min walk so not that bad. It would have been nice if they offer babysitting services as stated on booking.com so the parents can enjoy the evening entertainment while the kids are sleeping. for example, unfortunately, we couldn’t try garibaldi restaurant (Italian) as it is for adults only and the bar with night entertainment.

Pros: The hotel and the food exceeded my expectations. The A La Carte restaurant has an excellent service and the food is amazing. Live music by the outdoor pool almost every night. My partner celebrated his birthday on the day of our arrival and he received a card, a fruit basket and a bottle of wine without mentioning anything about his birthday.

Pros: The tennis court! Luckily they even had rackets to hire and bikes you could rent for the day. Proximity to Konnos bay made the location excellent for a bike ride to the beach there. Nice balconies, we preferred our room at the «back» of the hotel (412).

Cons: In short sentence I can say The hotel has not good supervisor, We did't know there is difference between full board and all inclusive , I and my friend were both full board,we received a menu which some of foods and drinks has star sign, we were told they are free , when we wanted to check out we noticed stars free for all inclusive not FB, I was so surprised that no one gave up this information at check in date .!! And when I paid those bills, reception said , Now you will never make mistake between FB and all inclusive in future!! All the bells beside the pool beds were not working, table were not clean fast from used drinks glasses. breakfast is not 4 star quality, food is low quality.

Cons: i got an email asking for my details for quick checkin on arrival. i replied but we still had to fill in details on arrival. the pool area opens at 11am being early birds we didnt really like that. i think the breakfast area was way too sunny and i found the buffet abit limited in variety. also it was very noisy at night making it difficult to get a good night sleep. generally was overpriced for 1 night. might be ideal for people looking to party but definetely not ideal for a married couple.
