We arrived and were told that our “reservation” was not so much a reservation as just a sorta… we put you on a list and if there is a car you may have it situation. Did not have any cars when I already had my reservation and they didn’t know what to do. They just said they didn’t have anything and they couldn’t do anything about it. No advice or sorry or anything. Not recommended at all. We were without a car our whole trip.Reviewed Jan 3 2026

The staff were good, no problems. The car I was given was the problem. It is the worst car I have driven in 40 years: noisy, poor visibility, sound system rudimentary. (Mitsubishi vehicle). All my friends and family and even on of their neighbors who walked by laughed and made derogatory comments when they saw me in it. Maybe it was bad luck? Who knows PS I drive a 12 year old VW so I am probably not a spoiled brat.Reviewed Dec 31 2025
