Pros:Car was clean and easy pick up. Got a Nissan Rogue SUV, which was decently comfortable for the price.
Cons:Black car with NO window tinting whatsoever- brutal in the summer heat. Also the mileage was apparently not recorded right prior to my pick up, which wasn't discovered until I dropped it off.
Pros:It was cheap.
Cons:The first car was dirty and had an issue with the left back wheel that made it unsafe to drive so we had to turn around and come back. The person behind the counter was neither surprised not helpful and gave us another car that was only incrementally better.
Pros:Service at the counter was great! Very professional and helpful.
Cons:These cars will always have a few miles on them but they are clean and ready to drive.
Pros:The young lady working at Payless who helped me at pickup and dropoff was very friendly and helpful. The rental process online was simple even for a first-time renter like me.
Cons:car was not driver ready. side mirror on passenger side folded, cover over back storage was tied with knots to the knobs on side so was blocking back window view, had to stop on side of road and untie it once I figured out what was the problem. took a while to get the knots out. Not happy, they should have had this all ready. I reserved a better car also, gave me a inferior car.
Cons:I did not end up renting from them, the car rental was 84$. they wanted to hold 200$ and I did not have that amount on my card. no where was I told this prior to renting the car. The only good thing to come from it was they sent me to Dollar rental and I got a car thru them for 10$ less,and they only held an extra 15 $. Dollar will be my car rental company of choice form now on...
Cons:Hard to get into facility. Car rentals on allowed if you are traveling by flight.
Pros:I was very happy with my rental experience. Drop off at the airport literally took abut one minute. An associate was waiting in the garage when I pulled up, she scanned the barcode, checked the fuel level and printed me a receipt on the spot. Painless!
Cons:Car was a bit old (almost 30,000 miles and had several dings and dents and smelled like smoke.
Cons:windows were dirty. price was higher than it said online.
