Pros:The car was great! Clean, ran perfectly, and all options and amenities worked. Price was much better than competitors.
Cons:Pick up counter at the DFW airport was VERY, very slow. The one employee working had a line of 7 people. Although efficient at his job, he seemed completely overwhelmed.
Pros:Price seemed okay for full size, but I'm not sure if a Chevy Malibu is a full size car. Replacement was an Impala.
Cons:The car started smoking after driving less than 80 miles. I'm talking a lot of smoke. Like I was doing a burn out in the parking lot! Car went into low power alarm and then low oil pressure alarm. Called the company and it took 5 hours to get a tow truck and another car from the agency. I was only 20 miles away. We missed a day in Galveston because of it. Instead of arriving at mid-afternoon, we arrived at 1 a.m. That really puts a damper on plans. Then when I talked to manager, they were actually going to charge me for not filling the fuel tank until I showed him the receipt. I got one day taken off of the bill.
Cons:Minimal cigarette smell.
Pros:The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Will rent from you guys again on my next trip. Thanks David
Cons:Understaffed and poor communication by the staff that were there.
Cons:The claim I hadn’t filled the car up and then the rep walking away from me. When in fact I had filled the car up less than a mile from the drop off. Also being charged a whole extra day for bringing it back 2 hours late.

Cons:Car was very nice, but it was extremely painful getting it. Check in crew was very disorganized and very slow...and we were the only customers in line. I’ve rented from many others, but this was definitely the most cumbersome process I’ve experienced. Drop off was much better. I should also mention that the shuttle pick up at the airport was also painfully slow. We saw multiple pick ups/drop offs from the competition before we saw our ride. I’ll rent elsewhere next time for certain. Car was not full when we got it and there was some trash int it as well.
Cons:The dealer force us to purchase the insurance, make us really unhappy.
