The Menifee store is shut down! We arrived to an empty building.

Cons:

Pros:

The vehicle was nice. Not the expected rental but it fit everything we had to make it back to Texas with.

Cons:

The service picking up the vehicle could have been a lot better. Only one person working because everyone else was at lunch or “called in”. A warning before renting needs to be advertised about a major credit card is needed to rent anything over a full-size vehicle and that they do a soft credit check, needing at least a 650 to rent the vehicle. This wasn’t known until we got there. Thankfully things worked out but we had to downsize the vehicle because I don’t carry a credit card. Returning the vehicle was easy and great. It was just picking the vehicle up that made this experience so bad.

did not get offered the vehicle i reserved. and spent over a hour looking all over southern california on the phone with corporate but still get the van promised nothing!!!!!!!

I'll tell you what could have been better if you would have told me from the start you needed a major credit card to rent a car out of saved 80 bucks and insurance that I got jacked for cuz I paid for insurance before I ran the car and then come to find out I have to have a major credit card to rent a car so yeah that's great thanks for the experience I loved it car insurance thank you guys are awesome
