Pros: The standard king room was large with a small couch, ottoman and desk. The mini fridge was a pleasant surprise and the bathroom was spacious. The bed was very also comfortable. The hotel has recently been renovated and is modern and hip. Downstairs in the lobby there is a bar/food counter where you can order breakfast to dine in or take on the go. There is also a small section by the check in desk with candy, snacks and drinks for sale, in addition to a microwave. Though I did not utilize the free fitness center, there seemed to be adequate equipment such as a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike and free weights. There is also a pool and spa, which did not visit. Located near a couple large shopping/dining areas, there are lots of restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

Cons: I asked the staff not to come in my room to clean. They did it anyway they picked up one of my spare keys for my truck it was lost in the cleaning. That cost me $400 to replace that key Never put me in a hotel of that Quality again.

Cons: The room next was making a lot of noise and it came through an adjoining door. We called the front desk and within 15 minutes they were quiet. The moved us to a quiet room the next day.

Cons: The AC was a tad bit finicky, it was either a little too hot or a little too cold and there was no way to program a "smart" auto setting in the thermostat. You could set it to a temperature, and if it wasn't quite at that temp, it the heater would turn on, too cold and the AC would turn on. I didn't want the heater to turn on but there wasn't a way to turn that part off. Not a huge biggie at all but that's my only complaint.

Cons: There was no hot water. My stay was less than 12 hours long. All I needed was a bed and hot water. After my cold shower, I notified the front desk about the lack of hot water. They said that they would fix it. I said, well that doesn't change the fact that I took a cold shower and now I'm late for my meetings. They just kind of stared at me. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

Cons: I got a room here because it was closer to our training center in phoenix my wife was with me because she needs the attention and help she is in bed rest due to a high risk pregnancy ... I called to extened our stay 2 more days because of a change of our schedule so i did so called reception the lady named amanda said i couldnt pay over the phone to call customer service and pre pay and call her back with confirmation to avoid my wife being bothered ... I called pre paid the 2 nights at 9am at 12:15 pm my wife calls she had to go down stairs to be rekeyed when she gets there she is told she has to leave the room because i have to go in person and pay for the room in person i was in training of course i couldnt leave i talked to Amanda again and her response was if i didnt go the room reservation was no good i told her numerous times i was busy and gave her the confirmation number she didnt care so i had to leave my class and take my wife to another hotel she was very sick that afternoon due to the problem that was caused i dont recomend kayak to keep sending your slients to this place unless they change staff members

Cons: The rooms are dirty, the floor is sticky! No cleaning services- only once a week and if you missed it before you checked in-they're not coming to clean the room! The place is full with drug addicts and creepy people- the police came to the hotel and were on the floor I was staying in! Scary to go outside most of the time, but especially in the night time. If I had known this location was so ghetto I'd never book it.
Yes, it's cheap, but it's not worth it. Spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere clean and safe.

Pros: The first thing that caught my eye was the sign behind the front desk: “No Refunds!!!” As soon as I opened the door to the room the reason behind the sign was obvious. Stained furniture, dirty floor, water drizzling from the shower and an overpowering stench of cleaning products so strong my eyes started watering immediately. And did I mention the rock hard bed and pillows? The wife was certain that this was the worst motel we have ever rented in the past fifty years.

Cons: Dirty, no extra towels, no extra blankets, broken Crack pipes under the bed. Water constantly dripping from shower faucet. Hookers, and no security. Stains on the walls and holes in the walls and doors. Beds were horrible felt like the mates was 20 years old. Only 6 channels on the TV and only 2 were clear enough to watch. Screen was torn on the window like someone had to jump out the window. At Breakfast there were empty cereal dispensers and only 4 pastries which we had 8 of us. Got a WiFi code but WiFi didn't connect. Not worth the money spent

Cons: It's a sketchy place. A stranger knocked on my door. Not enough towels supplied or large towels supplied. Cheapest bed and sheets affordable. It's a place to sleep but don't expect luxury.

Cons: The hotel is in a horrible area. It is right near the freeway, the train tracks, and a strip club. There was a creepy guy riding his bike in the parking lot at 1am when we arrived. If you have to stay here bring your own pillows. You might as well sleep on a piece of cardboard otherwise. The beds are really uncomfortable. Would not recommend unless absolutely desperate for a cheap stay.

Cons: Allow me to paint a picture of my check-in and the kind of clientele strolling the motel grounds. A woman, well hydrated on adult bevergaes, complaining about counterfeit bills stumbled out of the office, a man in a haze walked by me asking if I wanted to buy something out of his bookbag, and a dude screaming off his balcony all helped to welcome me for my stay.
I got a non-smoking room that smelled like somebody just smoked a whole carton at once without even taking the wrapper off. The rug had about a hundred cigarette burns. Walls, baseboards, and the door were fiiiilthy. There was no remote for the tv and the tv wasn't even plugged in. Probably because there was no outlet available for it, so the cord had to be plugged in across the bathroom sink for it to work (sounds safe, right?). Pulled the cover off the bed and there was some random hair and other dirt on the sheets. Had to actually take a personal blanket and pillow from the car to sleep on. Checked in way too late at night to deal with any switching of rooms. Just wanted to go to sleep and leave as soon as possible in the morning.
DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.

Cons: A/C didn't work. Got maintenance to swap it out. 3 a/c units later finally got 1 that worked. Didn't have a cover and was very loud. TV has volume control set at 50% so you can't hear it over loud a/c unit. Lamps didn't work and ceiling light went out on our way out the door. Drug Dealers and Hookers stay at this place and at least 1 fight between homeless people in the parking lot. At least they didn't charge extra for the Cockroaches staying in the room with us... If you are thinking about staying at this place RUN Don't walk to another place!!!
