Pros: This is a wonderful B&B. Rachel and Steve were very welcoming. The room is comfortable and spotlessly clean. The shower is absolutely fabulous. Breakfast was lovely. It was Bastille day so we had a fantastic fireworks display in the town. It made our last night in France special.

Amazing shower, when we managed to work it out, and charming building. We were on a motorcycle, and they provided parking inside the gate for us.

Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: the room and, surroundings are fabulous, breakfast very good and the talks with hosts and guests pleasant and interesting
Cons: when going for a restaurant in the evening after a day drive, we prefer not to have to take the car to go to a restaurant and we had understood from the website that there was a restaurant included inside the farm. This is indeed the case, unfortunately is was not open when we were there, so we had to drive 10km to the nearest town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like everything. They are very nice people, at an exceptional and wonderful place. Highly recommended!

Pros: The location was rural, pretty and peaceful. Very old house with quirky details..The hosts were exceptionally pleasant and very helpful. They are very keen on improving your understanding of the French language. The evening meal was of an excellent, restaurant standard . Breakfast equally so, with homemade preserves. This is my second visit and won't be my last, I hope. Very central location for the exploration of the north and west of Brittany.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arranged ahead of time for dinner in the main house. Delicious three course meal. Fire in the fireplace, beautiful room. Our room and bathroom were perfect. Nice breakfast. Excellent hosts. Very good value. Very pretty, quiet and charming.
Cons: No problems.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Only after we arrived did I realize La Grange was one of the better choices for dining in the area. To our dismay the night we stayed was one of the few during the week when dinner was not available. After a long day and drive to get there it would have been most enjoyable to stay and have dinner. Our proprietress recommended a restaurant in nearby Morlaix which was fine (not great). Be sure to inquire about meals at the property during the booking process, as it will be worth your while. Although our room was one of the larger available, it was upstairs and above the breakfast area. Fortunately it was quiet and we were not disturbed by early breakfast-ers. La Grange is surrounded by farmland and the sheep and resident donkey were excellent hosts. Very nice breakfast provided (extra charge). Many thanks to Yolande and Charlick.

The house is a quick walk to the centre for restaurants etc. Francoise is very kind and truly enjoys helping her guests as much as she can. We would definitely return! Merci Francoise!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly helpful proprietor. Made us a lovely cup of tea/biscuit on arrival. Felt very relaxed during our stay here. Great location for the Vélodyssée route and secure indoor storage for our bicycles. Sat in the garden soaking up the sunshine. Short walk into the town. Hilly and steps to cope with, not a problem for us. Homemade strawberry jam for breakfast, which was very nice on our baguette along with other goodies. Thank you for our stay.

Cons: Arriving in Morlaix on a Sunday afternoon means there are limited options for dinner, Francoise provided two suggestions for dinner and the La Dolca Vita was fine for us. Pros: Newly reconstructed, very well decorated place with a long tradition. The owners were nice and kind, english is not the best but we communicated what we needed. Our room was in a separated house, few houndred meters from the restaurant and breakfast but we didn´t mind. The house is in quiet place with enough parking. We enjoyed it a lot.
Cons: The only little downside was that our room was suited for disabled people and so the shower had no wall around, not even courtain so after shower the whole bathroom was wet, even when we mopped the floor, it stayed wet till the morning.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful building run by very friendly family
Cons: The building was a bit run down and the beds were small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was the loveliest place we stayed in an already amazing trip to Brittany. I had really been looking forward to returning to Morlaix after a trip there nearly 20 years ago, and this B&B was just magical. The house and its surroundings are just lovely and the hosts are friendly. I wasn't sure if breakfast at the big table would be awkward, as I speak very limited french, but we had lovely conversations with the other guests on the days we were there. I was also a bit worried that breakfast wouldn't be vegetarian friendly, but there were no problems there either. I would very happily return here in the future.
Cons: Outside the grounds of the property, the immediate surroundings are a bit grim. There's a distance of about 50 feet where you have to walk on the road before you get to the path down to the city centre. But, honestly, it's not that big a deal. As others have said, Morlaix is in a valley and this property is at the top of the hill, so getting back and forth involves a fair amount of climbing. But it's a pleasant walk into town and we're reasonably fit, so it wasn't a problem for us.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely old manor house just up from the centre of Morlaix and very quiet and peaceful.
Cons: The bed was very squeaky! There was no hair dryer available.

Pros: The service was the best I have ever experienced at any hotel. My wife and I are making a bike tour of Bretagne starting and ending in Morlaix. We had rental bikes shipped to the hotel packed in boxes. The hotel agreed to receive these two days before our arrival and stored the shipping boxes and our luggage for 6 days while we were on our tour.
