Pros:
The staff was all very courteous and very customer centered. They did not have the car I had opted for. However, they had a driver transport me to another location that they had it. Unfortunately, this location too did not have the vehicle so I ended up getting a free significantly upgraded vehicle that was loaded and could not have been more pleasant for a long distance trip. I was more than happy with the experience.Cons:
The running around between the two enterprise establishments took a lot longer than I expected. The one I was taken to was almost 40 minutes from the original location. Even then, the car I opted for was unavailable and I was delayed over an hour. Additionally, the free upgrade was a guzzler so I may have spent the difference on fuel costs. Nevertheless, the vehicle was immaculate, comfortable and a pleasant surprise in compensation for my time.8.0 Very good

Ease of booking and the customer service of the individual at the counter - didn't get his name but he was there at pick up and drop off and had us in and out within minutes! The car was great!Cons:
Couldn't find contact info online so I had to drop in a week before just to confirm the location and details - didn't want to leave anything to the last minute. It's located opposite Square One beside the Novotel hotel.10.0 Wonderful

We went to Canada for 2 days for Family Emergency Our flight was late I called Thrifty Rental explain everything They advise me don't worry When you arrived at Pearson Toronto Airport Your car shound be ready at airPort location We arrived At 4pm at Thrifty they told us we made a reservation at city location we have no cars available I have explain everything and everything to them I was so frustrated called the Taxi went to a city location they were closed.I call customer service Told my situation. They made a new reservation at Dollar rent a car at same location at Thrifty and dollar RENTAL where I was told they don't have any cars available By time We got back from city to airport Taxi cost me $100 and my new rental cost me $80 dollars extra From my original reservation and wasted one all day. Worst service ever.2.0 Poor

I was given 2 sets of keys bound together by a chain... you cannot break the chain or you will pay a penalty... so 2 sets of keys in my pocket, totally useless...8.4 Very good

Very disappointed with the service. Its says online they have car available. I booked my reservation and my credit card was charged.when i went in person they make me waited an hour plus the staff keep saying oh you have to wait we don’t know when the next car is available.Budget
