Pros (+) The room was so clean and comfy. Bed great. I thought it should have had a better "Star Rating". Only one ice machine on main floor but great taste. Breakfast area small for size of hotel.

No assistance or human kindness offered by hotel staff; I had to beg the clerk for directions to the nearest hospital. Seriously, not even " are you ok?" let alone an offer to call an ambulance or help me find medical care.
