One of the nightly entertainment that was joined with the other Riu turned into adult entertainment in the presence of kids. One day my wife needed some assistance at the barbecue and she was totally ignored even when she speak Spanish. The staff should know more English, not just hello. My daughter had to go to the emergency room for something she ate while on vacation.
