We booked a non-smoking room but from the moment we walked in, we were met with a stench of cigarette smoke. The sheets also had cigarette holes burned into them. The clincher though, was when I went to take a shower and there was random hair on the glass and black mold all around the bottom of the stall. After a couple hours, my nose and throat we’re burning from the smoke, I started coughing, and my asthma started acting up. The person who was at the front desk was helpful, but her demeanor when we said we weren’t going to stay there made it seem like this happened all the time. Do not stay here.

Cons. Your website advertised that if a lower rate was found it would be applied . A lady with 2 children paid $57 a night including tax. Why was I not given the same deal.
Cons. Rooms are small, cramped and noisy. Lots of noise from the freeway and the parking lot at all hours of the night. I did not feel safe walking around the facility and definitely would not allow my 12 and 14 yr old to walk around alone. Wifi is an extra $3/day charge and I was not informed until after I purchased 2 days that only one person can use the password at a time with our family of four.
Pros. Our first room was full of bugs, the toilet ran, and there was a gross, crusty splatter of what we are choosing to believe was lotion on the bedside table. Our second room was dusty, cold due to the fact the heater did not work, and the lock mechanism on the door was broken.
Cons. The staff was friendly, apologised for the problems, but could not give is a new room because they were full. They also could not give a full or partial refund because we didn't book with then directly.
Cons. Overpriced... then had to pay for internet.....I did then couldn't even load up maps. Fast food joints offer free internet..... and at least they work
