Clean rooms Breakfast doesn't have a wide variety
People walking around and sitting on steps, hanging over balcony - basically loitering - when we checked in at 12:30 am. A lot of outside activity at 1:30-2 am - lots of foot traffic, doors slamming, etc. Same on second night. Staff was great. Plastic toilet seat was old and peeling, sheets were stained on both beds. Had to plunge the toilet. Tiny complimentary lotion was 1/2 full. In spite of the good staff this was the worst hotel experience of my life.
That they are pet friendly No guess laundry
So cool it was little tepees
Unique. Great bed. Enjoyed the experience.
We stayed in a motel room shaped like a wigwam. 'Nuf said! Iconic motel on historic Route 66. Sketchy neighborhood, but felt quite safe on the property..
It was unique and clean.

The room was bigger then we expected, also it felt like a modern hotel, but much cooler. we will bring the grand kids to stay at the cozy cone. The shower is small , but worked great.

The retro look and feel were great. Gift shop was well stocked. The hotel is a quirky little reminder of another time. Exactly what I was expecting.
This is a must stay if you're traveling along Route 66. It's so cute! And the innkeepers were so sweet. The area was a little seedy. The innkeeper warned us not to open the door if anyone knocked in the night (yikes), butI totally appreciated the warning! Also, this is an old hotel, so outlets were limited, there were none in our bathroom!
Nice cozy place real cute
Nothing No lamps in the room No electrical outlets in the bathroom couldn't do my hair bc there were no mirrors in the room Sink mounted on the wall crooked everything slides down on the floor when u set it down Neighborhood was so not great Way over priced
I liked the room we stayed, sheets were nice, room was comfortable and it was convenient to where we were all going for that weekend plus it was close to a lot of food places.
The front desk called a cab for us to Arrive at our event. Stay Staying on 2nd floor Having to walk up the stairs
The softness of the bed, and tv Was not a full set of towels in the room, beds were too loose on the floor, Walls were crappie behind the beds, couldn't smoke in my room, not culturally balanced with the employees, service was very bland with no personality, felt like a FLOP HOUSE for slackers. No kind of real breakfast! We're adults, not kids, I expected a adult type meal and nothing but cereal and bagels with half stale pastries, and no bar tender.
The staff was helpful and very kind to me even when I had a problem checking in (it was a fault of mine not theirs). The rooms are nice enough and was spacious. Seemed clean enough, except for when I looked up at the fan. Did not like that I come in and use the restroom to find that there is no towels, had to call housekeeping for them, also they must have just painted because there was paint on the floor and the outlets were missing their covers. The bathroom light was not sufficient enough for the size of the bathroom either.
Nothing Made my reservation over 2 months ago. They send an email asking for me to secure my reservation with a payment due to high demand. I do as they ask and provide a credit card. I arrive on my day of reservation to find that they are completely out of rooms. Nobody processed my payment. I am told there is nothing they can do since I was never charged for the room. So there I am in their lobby scrambling to find another hotel. This place is absolutely unfit to be a hotel. The management sucks. Also while looking for another hotel I overheard guests asking for towels. They were out of towels! They were going room to room asking for towels that were not being used! Horrible!
I liked the location The continental breakfast was a joke, room was super dirty. There was hair all over the sheets that didn't belong to me. The fans have never been dusted, looks like someone spilled something all over bed and down bed skirt. No water bottles anywhere.
Beds were comfy No towels in room. Neighbors kept doing a lot of noise. We call front desk a few times but they didnt do anything.
The price was cheap and booking was easy through kayak Where do I even start. The rooms are listed as having a mini fridge and wifi. The room did not have a fridge and the wifi never worked. When I got to the front desk to check in the girl said that she couldn't check me in because the computer was frozen. She was waiting for some guy to come down and fix it. While I waited she started helping another guest who was asking questions about some credit card. The guy who was supposed to be fixing the computer so I can get checked in started helping that guest too. So no one was fixing the computer. Finally the computer was working and the girl didn't even bother to ask him how he fixed it so she can handle it herself next time. When I finally got to my room the door was open and when I went in it was not clean. There were no sheets on the bed and there was a box for a double sided dildo on the floor(I am not making this up). When I got to the elevator I told one of the maintenance workers what happened and he just looked at me like I was crazy. Next room I get moved to the floor above and the hallway smells like cigarette fortunately the room doesn't. Tried turning on the tv and there are no batteries in the remote so I have to call the front desk. When the maintenance guy comes up he fixes it. I told him about the wifi and he said he'll reset the router. I'm guessing he never did because the wifi still didn't work. Moral of the story you get what you pay for. The rooms are decent it's such a shame they could do so much more.
Location The hotel is very disorganized from the moment you arrive you can tell from the front desk chaos, something is very wrong here. It is very dirty and unmaintained. I'd stayed at motel 6 better then this. I even got over charged for my stay by $100 extra. Worst worst experience
Nothing The sheets were dirty and they ran out of towels
Worse breakfast everp
Didn't have microwave or fridge like my last stay
The room was dirty and the toilet didn't flush. So gross. The front staff was rude. Just awful
Location Tv did not work no towels or toilet paper in the room and it took two hours for the staff to bring any
Loved the location and staff, very courteous and attended to the one flaw. Would stay here in the future.
nice and quiet
Newly remodeled room. Nice wide shower. Decent water pressure. Somewhere in the wall, there was a loud dripping sound whenever shower ran upstairs. Breakfast has slipped! Quality was okay, but last year there was a very friendly chef making omelets to order. Now just prepared hot items. Sunday at 8:45AM, no fruit at all. No coffee creamer. Breakfast was a main reason for coming back here, versus one of the many, many other hotels nearby.
good location, room was always clean, quiet, plenty of venues for food and entertainment around. would definitely stay again. only headache was Sunday morning breakfast, had soft ball teams eating before checking out causing a backup at breakfast line. staff handled it amazingly well though.
The hotel had great decor and the room was very nice. They had great ameneties and the location was perfect. Close to everything! We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had traveling. The restroom floor was a little dirty but to be fair I'm very picky and am very particular with restrooms. We did have a problem with check in. We arrived just after midnight and they said my credit card was declined or no good. They kept saying I was giving them the wrong number and I used a different card when I reserved the room. I know what card I used. My card was fine and they accepted it. Then we ended up getting the wrong room. Two double beds and not the king we reserved. I think they had the wrong reservation . When I showed them my reservation, they fixed everything right away. I was happy with the outcome.
I was really disappointed when I first got to our hotel. My husband and I were visiting for a fun weekend away, but when we got there I wished I had picked a different hotel. It wasn't awful, but the rooms smelt funny, everything was cheaply made, and the carpets were extremely old. Our coffee maker was broken, and the hair dryer was as well. The location was AMAZING, and that's the only reason why this place has a good rating. Their website is for their sister hotel, which is beautiful and overall a much better hotel. So I thought that was misleading. I also looked at their sister hotel prices (its right next door) and they were cheaper than what we had paid for the crappier one. If you're looking for a place to sleep, this is fine. But if you want to enjoy a weekend away, find a different hotel. Oh, and good luck getting cell service in your room. And the WiFi is awful, too. Smelt funny, horrible cell service, extremely slow WiFi, broken coffee maker in room, broken hairdryer in room, really outdated and dirty looking carpet. Not a single thing made me think, "That's cool!" or "Wow, this is nice." This isn't the place to go for a weekend away, it's best if you only need to sleep overnight and that's it.
Staff was great. Breakfast was pretty good Bed was not so comfortable
Clean and comfortable
The Ayres hotels are an excellent value for your money. There is nothing NOT to like at this hotel.
Breakfast was great!
Really enjoyed the large clean room and the bed was wonderful. The breakfast was good to start off the day! Will come again
Everyone was friendly - the breakfast was very good the facilities were clean. I stayed two nights. When I got back to the hotel the second night, it was late, and when I opened the door, I saw that Housekeeping did not clean the room. I went down to the front desk and they gave me some towels and coffee packets for the morning.
nada Made reservation for two nights. Called the front desk during the morning of my arrival date. Told front desk that I would be checking in late. Front desk said no problem. Front desk proudly said, "We do not cancel reservations!" I went to a gathering with friends. I had a midnight snack and enjoyed the food. I was in no rush, as my room at the Azure was waiting for me. I walked to the front desk, and the time was about 2:45 a.m. This was now into my first night stay, which was paid. I talk to Graveyard Roy, give him my id card, and tell him that I have a room, reservation for two nights. Roy told me that he completed an audit at 2:30 a.m, and that he cancelled my reservation, because I had not checked in. Graveyard Roy cancelled both nights! It had only been 15 minutes since Roy cancelled my room(s), so I simply asked Graveyard Roy to check me in, using the reservation he just cancelled. Graveyard Roy started pushing computer keyboard keys, clicking mice, and kept looking from one computer monitor to another. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and thought maybe Roy was helping the nearby air traffic control tower, and landing jets. Nope. Graveyard Roy was lost! I heard the GPS navigation system in Roy's head continually say, "Re-Routing". I saw Roy scrambling, and heard him say aloud, "Lets see, lets see, lets see...." I had to finally leave the poor guy alone, and I walked away and out. The whole time hearing keyboard keys a clacking and mice a clicking. Pop Quiz,..Why does Roy hold a position on the Graveyard shift? Answer in the form of a question. Bye.
I loved everything about the hotel !
I liked the comfort. The pillows aren't as steady and fluffy as the used to be. Not enough pillows on the bed. I had to request a room change, because ants were in our room. The irons were not operable. The first room, we had to request an iron. The replaced iron did not work. When we moved to the second room, due to ants, the iron of that room did not work. We had to end up going out to buy an iron. Room service was not good. The service took forever to show up, if they showed up. This has never happened, in my year and a half of dealing with Azure. Azure has always been responsible in the past.
We stayed in a king spa tub studio. The room was spacious, clean, stocked and all furniture was comfortable. Housekeeping observed the do not disturb sign for 2 nights and were easy to reach for anything we needed, Wendy at the front desk was a real pleasure, we were greeted with a sincere smile, a smooth fast and thorough cheek-in Thank You.
Nice hotel, clean comfortable rooms very good customer service
Room was nice and comfortable Late checkout only until 12 noon
Big rooms, comfortable beds, quiet, hot full breakfast. Some variety in the breakfast and longer breakfast hours would be nice. The maid took one of my key cards that are used to turn on and maintain the lights and AC. Several Lamps were not plugged in, one had nowhere to plug it in...
Bed was a bit hard.
Clean and affordable. Rooms were very large.
Nice rooms Breakfast was a little lacking
Staff was friendly Lounge, bar, and piano area were relaxing. Carpeting in the outer halls. The room door had foot prints and scuff marks.
I did like his hotel everything was really nice about it parking is really easy it was super close event I was going to my only complaint would be a they charge you $50 at check in now nowhere did it say it was charging $50 for checking in I called the office and complained about it because the $50 made my account go negative. And they did absolutely nothing about it which kind of made me mad.actually I'm still waiting for the $50 back and it's been five days that if it does Credit to my account soon I will never stay here again. That's the one thing that would make me not return to this hotel. everything is nice but beware of the holding fee.
My stay here was great. I have stayed at ALoft, just up the street a few time and after a few poor experiences I decided to stay at Ontario Airport Hotel. The staff was amazing and very accessible. The room was very clean and the location is perfect. The shuttle service that will take you around town for free was also a huge plus. This is where I will always stay from now on.
I had made reservations for a double bed and when I got there they only had a king size bed
poor service poor service and cold food
The breakfast was great! Good location for the Fontana Races Things were held together with tape, we expected the planes but didn't know there would be a couple trains that went by late at night.
Great shower, comfortable bed and pillows, good temperature plenty of towels, big towels, huge closet, big room Room smelled like mildew, there was no chair at the desk in our room, there was a long hair in our sheets, there was a bug in between our pillows
The staff was great! They were very helpful, attentive, and had great customer service. I liked that we got switched to a room close to a door on the first floor. my girlfriend has MS, so a long walk and stairs were too much for her at the end of the day. Unfortunately, there were some things that caught my attention. First off when my girlfriend and I were going to goto sleep. The sheets were stained, we called to see if they can send house keeping or switch our rooms. We chose to just have house keeping come, since we were all the way at the end of the hotel and didn't want to walk to the desk. She has MS and at the end of the day her legs aren't very strong, so the walk would of been a struggle for her. It took about 30 mins for house keeping to come and change the sheets. I also noticed that the doors had patches of different colored paint, rust in the basket in the tub and the mirror was cracked on the closet. Also, went to get water from the machines. The signs said the was a vending machine by the corner, but there were none there. Ended up walking all the way to the lobby, surprised the hotel didn't have a little store by the front desk like other hotels.
Old facility. Wifi didn't work
Kayaks rate was close to what this Radisson was worth. I was very disappointed in this Radisson. They hallways smelled of mildew and there was black mold in my bathroom. Seems like this would be something that would be checked before assigning it to someone.
I loved how the entire room was built except for the wall between the couch and bed but overall everything was really nice and spacious. The TV was nice and big bed was comfy and warm. Couch was large with a foot rest and staff was rather very helpful and friendly. If I had to come back again I would. I enjoyed my experience here. I just didn't like how when my girlfriend and I went to shower one of the towels had a hair that was not ours already on it. Thought it was gross but other than that no issue.
Room was nice, comfortable bed, staff was friendly and the best continental breakfast I have ever had. I honestly have no complaints.
Nothing. They are fucking asshole that wont refund you if you need to cancel Fuck you!
The location is very convenient, close to many shops and restaurants, fast food and grocery stores. Staff is very friendly they gave me an extra card key when i forgot it in the room. Also when we checked out, we forgot a cellphone and we called to ask for it and they had it for us in the front desk. Big plus for that! Breakfast is very good too it varies from day to day. A few things I didn't like was that there was a red jelly stain in the carpet when we got there the first night. Also the wood part of the vanity mirror had a crack you cant avoid looking away. Closet space was tight, the layout of the room seem flipped around. I didnt feel like it was as clean as it could of been overall.
The hotel was very clean the room was great better than what I expected definitely use this hotel again Nothing everything was good
We've stayed here before and appreciate the clean comfortable rooms and public areas, friendly customer service, pleasant breakfast and meal room service.
Easy check in, large room. Checked in at 1 30 AM and the person at the front desk wouldn't stop talking while holding the keys hostage.
How clean the rooms were for the price The heater seamed like it didn't work
Everything was ok. I just didn't like the fact the AC in the room did not cool down the room. It was warm. And also there was to much noise coming from some where in the building
I kid you not, the power went out with 10 seconds left in the superbowl, and the backup generator "wasn't working".
The rooms were very nice & clean. Hot breakfast was a plus. Close to airport for convenience. The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was hard as a rock and so was each of our pillows. Didn't sleep well at all.
Great location, 10 min from Ontario airport. Hotel provided complimentary van shuttle which picked us up from airport, and took us back again. Super comfortable, quiet rooms. Really nice staff who helped when needed. Delicious hot breakfast included, which added to the already great value. Internet connection unreliable.
location parking after dark was kind of scary, felt isolated
Loved outlet mall and nearby food options to walk to. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Breakfast wasnt great. Ants in bowl with peunut butter packets turned me off for the day.
Excellent staff, very professional. Very accommodating, very comfortable. Was close to both freeways and shopping as well as restraunts. Fresh cookies and coffee 24 hrs a day. Starting the day with the free breakfast......the eggs bacon and patotieseach morning were restraunt quality. Extremely clean, tables and counters. I would and will stay there again.
The hours of breakfast. I had to work, and had to leave before the breakfast was available.
Clean nice good breakfast When I checked in I was not told about the free breakfast The towel rack in our first floor room fell off The toilet tissue holder keep coming loose
Very comfortable beds, clean modern style rooms. Easy access to the 10 freeway,Ontario mills and citizens business bank arena. Mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. And full complimentary breakfast that was very good.
it was nice, once we figured out how to get there. we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. thank you. it was a little hard to get to the location from the main street. Noisy neighbors due to thin walls.
Location was off freeway We booked two rooms. One had no A/C and did not move rooms until the second night at midnight after the room was already 78 degrees. Got to bed at 1am and needed to be awake by 6am.
- The best hotel Breakfast I have had. It was a hot breakfast! Not just cereal and toast. - Rooms were spacious - Airport shuttle was right on time - 2 complementary drinks at the bar - In a safe area What more could you ask for? - No towels at the pool
No carpet, microwave, refrigerator no carpet, floor cold to feet, put in handicap room, bathroom floor overflowing with water from the shower, booked room for one king and got two queens
I liked the location and staff a lot, and I liked the breakfast! Way better than what Yelp claimed this location to be! The door to your room won't feel as safe as it should because there are gaps, so you feel the breeze from the other side and the light shines through.
Happy hour Lemonade at check in counter Water bottle in room Coffee in room Breakfast until 10:30 Thin walls
Location near airport Beds are not comfortable VERY VERY noisy
nice updated room with a very comfortable bed and pillows. the breakfast area is a zoo. I saw sugar ants coming out of the overflow of the bathtub. One regular in room coffee pod and 5 decaf pods?
I made reservation on 6/13/15 for BW for6/26/15- 6/28/15 when I arrived there was no res. booking.com said BW did not Input fax...it was my daughters wedding weekend. I was 45 min late to 1 hr rehearsal... I was so disappointed with BW and booking.com. Someone dropped the ball on such an important weekend to my family. This is why my review is so long.. David Garcia is my name...
The 2 free drinks were great, The free breakfast was also good. The breakfast would have been more enjoyable if it was not the same thing every single day (i.e. sausage). Also limited pool and gym hours.
Friendly staff and nice big room. We booked about 15 minutes before we got there and the transaction was easy! Close to the freeway and quiet. Very pleased!
Helpful and friendly staff when I checked in and out. I was counting on the restaurant being open on time. It wasn't and I was forced to have breakfast on the road. I chose not to eat any other meals there.
Quiteness I whiskey I could have stayed longer
Great staff, very clean and beautiful space. The waiter remembered my name, which is always nice. That I forgot my bathingsuit for the pool!
The pool area was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk help was great it was kind of pricey for a night stay
The TV didn't work properly. The engineer was polite and nice. However, it took quite a while for him to replace a part and fix it. Not his fault. However, very inconvenient that the hotel gave us a room with a faulty TV.
Very good experience Didnt know how to operate your alarm clock! Must be the blonde in me, lol!
I am satisfied for room and environment.
I cannot say enough good things about their complementary breakfast. Surprisingly robust with plenty of room and a friendly cleaning staff. Overall a great way to start the day. Not faulting the hotel for this, but the location leaves much to be desired. East Hospitality Lane is rife with places you've heard of, which doesn't make this much of a "getaway" location. Luckily we were here as a place to stay that was "out of the way" of our actual Southern California vacation destination.
Super clean, great size rooms, great price point. and the free breakfast layout is far beyond most hotels "continental breakfasts".
I loved how clean it was my room personally was big There's not much I can say I didn't like ....other than parking got packed at night and me and my daughter had to park away far which made me a little uncomfortable
The hotel is conveniently located in Ontario with access to 10 and Ontario airport. This hotel would be fine for business. Staff was friendly. The hotel needs some upgrades. Even the elevator seemed tired as it took its time moving between floors and opening.
I really like the breakfast and evening lounge on the 6th floor. Clean and actually good food.
Nice staff and nice morning buffet. Thought buffet price was a little high.
Fast check in N/A
The size of the room and the nice glass shower.
Polite staff. Very nice hotel with many amenities
Room was upgraded from suite to larger suite. It was a bit confusing trying to figure the system for ordering breakfast. Not a major issue.
The rooms were not "amazing" but overall this hotel is VERY nice and very accommodating. The breakfast is amazing. Even though other hotels have breakfast included, I did not mind paying $11 for a huge, delicious breakfast. Comforters should be larger and warmer.
The room was very nice and spacious. The beds were so comfortable The parking lot was so small. We had checked in and went out with friends. When we got back to the hotel it was late, but there was only 1 spot available and it was between 2 big trucks.
room was very clean. beds were SUPER comfortable! Tv was up to date. service was good. we got water and snacks for being hilton honors club members! bathroom wall paper was pretty dated and didnt match the black granite. the shower curtain was too high so when we took a shower the water got all over the bathroom floor. the couches or seats had weird stains on them but still seemed clean.
Very friendly staff, clean hotel, great location for events at the NOS center- about a 30 minute walk away. A bit tough if you don't have a car. Not a lot of food or retail accessible by foot, lots of roads in the area missing sidewalks.
Clean room, Keurig machine in the room and Neutrogena soaps. Shower was nice and large. Bed had a controller to adjust firmness. Wish the breakfast was free. The television had an HDMI cable but when we attempted to connect the laptop to the tv it failed to work. Pool was small and the overall hotel was rather small.
Comfortable and clean room.
I liked the location close to Victoria Gardens We got a horrible room that was ADA and put way in the back of the hotel by an elevator and the laundry. When I asked for another room I was told "that's what happens when you book with a 3rd party" and that was the end of the conversation. Room was shabby and noisy with very little light. Don't book here through 3rd party if you want any service.
Cheep price for last minute booking. Resturant and bar was only open for a couple hours.
Some of the staff was helpful. Better than a motel. $30 per room of updating would go a long ways...like changing out the wall plates for the switches and electrical outlets. They look 30 years old. Also, check in is at 3:00pm and I was made to wait in the lobby until 4:00pm before going up to my room. Also, there is no exhaust vent for the bathroom.
Far from main business area of Rancho Cucamonga
Updated, clean, close to main highways The AC quit working last night, we had to chase and kill a large "insect" it was a fiasco
Very clean rooms mini fridge microwave comfortable bed!
Came to Ontario to do some light shopping and to get away with my honey. It's centrally located and the staff was very accommodating.
Quiet and great food Showers too high and not adjustable for spray
I was able to check in at an earlier time, which allowed me to get settled in for my holiday weekend. The hotel was quiet, my wife and I enjoyed our time there. The price was great too, especially for last minute arrangements.
