Pros:

Never got the vehicle. You all did not tell us that all the vehicles were rented out....

Cons:

Contact customer and tell them something v/s letting them go to the place and there is no vehicle. Will never use Kayak again...

They need more employees. My pickup time was not honored, I walked out 2hrs later. And that's with booking and pre-paid for the rental. I did the early check in process and still walked out 2hrs later...and then upon returning said they were keeping my $300 deposit because of a flat tire. I'm following through to see what tire cost $300!

Staff was friendly but the rules are horrible. Basically I had to pay for routes insurance because my truck is not a 2020 or better. I have full coverage with $100k in comprehensive coverage. If I had known that before I rented then I would have chosen another company. I will never rent from them again.

Extremely rude employees. Price was not what was said online. So many extra added charges and fees during pick up. Extremely high security deposit.

Sucked. My flight was delayed a few hours and instead of calling me to check in, they cancelled my reservation. Once I finally got there they said the only option they had left would cost me almost $300. With no other choice, I paid it

I liked nothing. They would not recognize the rental insurance I bought from a company thru your website RentalCoverage.com. Then Routes refused to refund my pre charge of $36 when they refused my RentalCover.com insurance. Purely a scam to use Routes insurance just to make a few extra bucks. I've heard nothing but bad reviews and exactly the same issues has been complained about by many customers who rated Routes. I don't want to do business with you as long as you associate with scamming companies like Routes.

They honored my vehicle choice. The car was not available for three hours after my reservation. They did not provide any compensation to the inconvenience of the delay. They only provided an option to call their hotline.

On arrival to pickup reserved car was told no available cars ( this was trure for 6-8 other people arriving to pickup cars) and expected wait times would be 2-3 hours. Since prepaid only option for refund was going through expedia. when that was done I went yhrough multiple calls and call menus without being able to talk to anyone who would listen to me before transferring me to another call menu which never worked. Since I was unable to reach expedia for refund I had to wait 2 1:2 hours for rental car. rest of process worked ok BUT I WILL NEVER RENT A CAR THROUGH EXPEDIA(KAYAK) AGAIN or PROB NOT FROM THRIFTY EITHER!!!!
