I had a reservation for several months for this car. The line to the counter was very long, and I noticed that around 50 people were just hanging out with luggage around the counter. A lady from that group walked up to me and said "just so you know, the line you are in will take at least 1 1/2 hours long. Then you have to wait in this group for them to call you for a car. She had been there for over 2 hours. So 3.5 hours she'd been waiting, and was still waiting. There were no cars. TERRIBLE customer service. I vacated the line and walked to Enterprise, who had me book online and gave me a car. Time spent: 15 minutes. I will go to Enterprise from now on.

Had to change drop-off location in the middle of my trip plus extend for an additional day, they accommodated very easily.

Thrifty sucks. Wanted $250.00 to pick the car up earlier in the day. I will never use them or you due to the treatment by them. Very disappointed!

I reserved a car a month in advance and when I arrived for pickup all the clerk said to me was "WE SOLD OUT OF CARS." I didn't even get my car or an explanation. Horrible customer service.

Everything was 5 stars but it is Off property. In Atlanta, have to take shuttle from airport car rental facility. Not a big deal but an extra step.

They did not communicate with Priceline that they only allow non-resident drivers. I found out at 9pm upon arrival at the rental center. Not good policy to surprise people like that. Not good at all.

Awful and a scam!!! And didn’t even state they wanted a whopping $1,500 security deposit until AFTER you pay. Ridiculous. Never using again and refraining everyone from using this company and site.

I’ve rented from them 3 times because you just can’t beat the price. Inconvenient location off airport but they have a free shuttle at least. Check in process always seems a little slow and the employees never very friendly. Never had any issues with their vehicles. Drop off process is quick and easy.

We thought we were getting a Honda Civic and did not read the fine print that it would be a comparable car to the Civic. They gave us a KIA. Drove well. Very clean excellent gas mileage. We had to wait a bit at the airport for the shuttle to come but the driver was very courteous and helpful. Overall, a very good experience.

The transaction went smoothly. The agent was polite and helpful. The rates were the best I could find online. The car was decent, very low mileage and ran well. I will definitely rent from them again. I hope they are in all the States in the US.

We never got the rental car suv as it was booked and confirmed to us but never booked or confirmed with or by enterprise rent a car - will never book again indirectly thru 3rd party - only direct

I was not a big fan of just dropping the car off and leaving it in an unsecure lot since their office was closed on Sunday. We were two women dropping it off alone after dark waiting for an Uber to pick us up for the airport. It would've been nice to know the circumstances before making the rental. The car itself was nice, clean, good condition, and ran very well. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions.

Never got the vehicle. You all did not tell us that all the vehicles were rented out....Contact customer and tell them something v/s letting them go to the place and there is no vehicle. Will never use Kayak again...

They need more employees. My pickup time was not honored, I walked out 2hrs later. And that's with booking and pre-paid for the rental. I did the early check in process and still walked out 2hrs later...and then upon returning said they were keeping my $300 deposit because of a flat tire. I'm following through to see what tire cost $300!

We live in Griffin and did not know their policy of must be resident of ATL, have 2 bills to confirm address and don't accept debit cards! We do not use credit cards.
