Comfortable and clean. Great for a weekend visit t
Comfy bed and pillows. Clean. Good coffee in the breakfast room. Great location and value. Housekeeping staff was really nice.
Would have liked real half and half for coffee instead of powdered.
It was a great deal for the price! Overall the room was great. Mostly everything was updated and the furniture was very comfortable. There was even a little basket with the toothbrush, razor, and other essential items.
I liked the location and it was a good value.
On top of the quoted rate they required a $100 deposit that I won't get back for a few days. I thought this was odd.
Good for price
Liked how comfortable bed was and cleanliness
How far it was from Tyler mall
location was the deciding factor.
I booked a King bed for which a premium was charged, non-smoking room for which I had to sign a waiver ($100 if we violated). For one the room already smelled of smoke so we changed rooms, then the king bed was actually a queen (they argued that it is a standard king, and that there was no queens or standard booking option, which is clearly not the case, see kayak) therefore no money was refunded for the premium . It was extremely noisy, we could hear the neighbors and anything going on outside, the fridge inside the room made lots of noise (I unplugged it) and the AC unit did not really work (it was very loud as well and it was difficult to regulate, either it was on full power or off). The breakfast, they may as well not offer any, or call it something else. The staff was not helpful or accommodating at all. I would not stay here again.
