The worst ever wanted a five hundred dollar deposit after I returned the car and wanted to renew it. There was always surprise charges.. I will never go to Hertz Rent-A-Car again, and I will always let people know to go elsewhere.

I was unable to call due to running back and forth given delayed flights. When I showed up at rental place I was told there was nothing available because I should have called and when I asked for other options they told me there wasnt any.
