Pros (+) Staff was incredible.
Cons (-) Hotel was littered with people smoking marijuana inside. We needed to be moved at 2am because it was soo bad.
Pros (+) Great location for our needs. Pool was cool and comfortable. Cold AC, which was important to us, as we were escaping super hot temps in our house!
Cons (-) Bathtub didn't drain properly in our room. Walls needed to be washed, some dark marks on them, including a handprint on the bathroom wall. Went to the front desk for towels for the pool as the signs indicated we should, none were available. Not a great value for the price.

The bed was uncomfortable and the ac too hot. The door locks did not work properly so you had to enter the key several times to open. The desk rep was not amicable and seemed rude all the time.
