Had the basic nessesities, staff was friendly, Parking was easily accessible. not as in good condition as I'd like. not easily accessible from the highway.
The hotel needs an overall. The blanket had notts all over it. I was afraid to leave it on the bed. The ice bucket was missing a lid. I was really disappointing in the appearance of the room. There were stains on the mattress and the sheets. The faucet was loose, something fell off the toilet. I really will never go back to that Super 8. I was so uncomfortable I did not enjoy my stay.
nothing my room
Nothing it was devastating I hate it
The restaurant beside the hotel. Everything. The bedding was dirty, the floor was dirty with hair and the room smelled of cigarette smoke.
It was a convenient location and had a great accessible bathroom. Nice handicapped parking right in front of room. Staff was friendly. Heater worked quick but sound like a jet engine each time it kicked on and that's not an exaggeration! Bed was unbelievably small for a queen. No coffee available due to construction. Towels very harsh and small. Spider crawled under the door gap.
The friendly front desk staff. EVERYTHING! It started as I was walking up three flights of stairs. I wanted to use the hand rail. I put my hand on the rail and it was so sticky and nasty that I quickly pulled back my hand. I finally got to the room and had to kill a ton of spiders
nothing about this hotel. The receptionist was really un-professional, we were charged for Wi-Fi services, which I think is the worst thing ever, cause every business I visit offer free Wi-Fi service!
location would have preferred a refrigerator in the room, but I knew what to expect and booked anyway needed to request a pillow from front desk, bed didn't have any
Room didn't have working air conditioning and I was told to just open a window.
We called down to the front desk to ask for more pillows and we were told because the hotel was at max capacity they had no extra pillows. Also there was hair in the sink from former guest shaving.
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
Nothing!!!! Everything it was gross!!!!
The location was great and easy access from route 80. The staff was very nice and very helpful. It could have been cleaner. My room was on the other side of and employee access door that kept slamming all night.
The Location of the Hotel Is great. We attended a reception right next door at Tuscany Falls. The rate was much less than the group rate at the hotel down the street and the reception clerk was very polite and courteous. You can tell the hotel has smoking floors. Even in our renovated non-smoking room, the pillows and blankets had burn holes in them and smelled like smoke.
Nice clean room at a great price. Modern features. Nice bathroom . Breakfast was weak.
The location was great. Close to the Amphitheater for the 5 Seconds of Summer Concert The night person(can't remember her name)was nice, but the lady in the morning was rude, rude, rude. I'm assuming the reason they are on the defensive and super rude when you ask questions is because the hotel is a dump and they probably get lots of hate
Location Room needs major rehab- especially air conditioner. No towels were in room, had to go to desk. Motel did not have my reservation.
The free high-speed internet is actually free and high speed. All you have to do for access is call the front desk and they give you the password. From my room I could also see five routers, so every room has a good connection. The guy who checked in before me came back in because he was given a room that was occupied. When you sign in at the front desk they take your name, photocopy your drivers license, and have you write down your car's licence plate so they know who you are, a fairly standard practice, but handwritten at the bottom they also have "No guests, No visitors" I'm in town to visit friends and hang out, and they want us to tell my friends "Hey you can't come over to my hotel before we do anything, you're not allowed to be here." So my friend parked across the street to avoid getting towed. The trip was planned earlier that day, and I didn't care where I stayed. Apparently I should have. One of the first things we noticed when we got in our room was a sticker on the side of the television. It was a price sticker from Goodwill for $2.00. There was mouse poop in the side table where the bible is at. The bathroom was covered in hair and the drain for the shower was.... questionably functional, and missing a cover. The desk and TV stand are very old and half their handles have broken off. We're also not sure if there was a hidden camera on the front of the TV either, and spent about an hour trying to figure out if the little black bubble on the front of the TV was to receive the remote inputs for the cable box or if it was a tiny camera recording us. The room has very oddly placed power outlets. There's one behind the bed, one on the floor by the AC//Heating unit, and two in the far corner by the sink. I tried to plug my computer into one of the corner outlets and it blew the fuse. There weren't very many other people staying here, even for a Friday. Which is very fortunate considering how loud it is when someone else flushes their toilet. It doesn't seem to matter what room the other person is in, the sound just comes through and fills the whole room with overpowering noise. And despite how hard the water struggles to get through the pipes, the toilets still don't flush that well. The only thing I brought up when I was checking out was the mouse poop in the side table. The guy at the counter wasn't shocked, didn't care and all he said was "Okay." Nothing about getting it taken care of, nothing about them being so sorry that our room had rodent faeces in it. Nothing. The whole experience made me feel uneasy, especially the fact that our room may well have been bugged. I've been checking my account since I left just in case they try to charge me extra for something. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to claim that I damaged something so they can charge my card again. I would have checked my balance to make sure they didn't already charge me more while I was there, but based on how sleazy the whole place felt to me at that point I wasn't sure they weren't giving the free Wifi so they can monitor web traffic. TL-DR: You're probably being watched, mouse poop, no friends allowed.over, bad utilities, broken furniture, might have roommates.
Noting No shampoo or lotion, soap as the size of small Hershey chocolate piece, no power outlets at desk.
Pipes were pulled off the wall, the floors were sticky, there was some type of red nail polish thrown on the wall and floors. I slept in my clothes because it was so nasty I didn't like anything about it. It was disgusting
My room was on the first floor and they allowed pets. Very unsafe neighborhood. Did not feel safe. Domestic going on outside my room, large groups of unsavory characters hanging out in the parking lot, and room was not very clean.
Rooms smelled like smoke even though we booked 2 non smoke rooms. There were black particles on the sheets. The towels had black stuff on it. The outlets were not in the wall.
The facility seemed to be recently updated, so it was clean, organized, and mostly modern. It was also pretty easy to get to and close to a lot of places. None of my "dislikes" are deal breakers. The fact that wifi is a service you have to pay extra for kind of is a letdown. Also, for being recently updated, the sheets had some wear and tare to them (pilling of the fabric). And the staff member when I checked in didn't do much to explain ammintieis and where I could find my room or any other part of the hotel.
Never cleaned the room, elevator broke, and system went down so they could not make keys for 2 days. When I called customer service all they could do was give me a free one night stay. Absolutely horrible place to stay
