Reasonable room and good food in the restaurant When staying out of the ski season, this hotel is a little remote with few other establishments in the vicinity. Most guests have booked on an all inclusive rate, but only b&b was offered when my stay was booked. This caused confusion in the hotel and the restaurant
We loved the staff, the breakfast, the rooms, the view, Oho's bar, the fact there was a bus stop and a skibus stop right outside the hotel. We had an awsome time there and we would recommend it to anyone!
great.staff was also very freindly
Hotel was relaxed and convinient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were good value. Thank You !
Personal staff is very friendly, polite and descent, from all over the world, which is very good. Parking for the car might be free of charge for the hotel guests, or at least with a significant discount. 8,5€/day is too high, concerning that I'm a hotel guest.
Very friendly staff, good facilities including pool and sauna, and top class food Internet only available in public areas and drinks somewhat pricey
the hotel is exelent!!!! we have enjoy'd everything! good breakfest and dinner. very nice staff. aniko - the waitor in the resturant is so nice and proffesional. we wood come again soon!!! nothing!!!!
Good location, exellent food, warm atmosphere Problemetic reservation service
Clean and comfort
Right in the very center of Saalbach, kind people, the superior room we stayed was real big. Nice, new furnitures and nice balcony. The mini bar could not keep items so cold (I had to maintain there my baby's food), so I choosed the balcony (very good solution as the temperature was below zero).
i liked the staff. the food was not good and the cleaning was very bad.
Friendliness of staff in restaurant and bars, relaxed atmosphere, variety of restaurants to eat in, beautiful junior suite. Seating for breakfast and dinner, tables could have been arranged more discreetly by simply turning them around so that they weren't overlooked. It made us very uncomfortable and also it was clear that the couple facing our table was uncomfortable too.
The scenery was amazing and the employed staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious, clean room. The evening meals were also very good. The wife of the owner seemed stressed and was a little rude. Breakfast was a little below standard and the staff were more intent on preparing empty tables for dinner than making sure clients were content.
Great central location, sauna & steamroom good, nice spa for treats, very friendly english speaking waiters, good food. Tiny room, possibly allocated as I was a solo traveller, but intended to sleep 2 which would have been disasterous if anything other than a couple. A little trouble at check-in as the online booking facility is apparently very new, but all resolved quickly.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming and pleasant. They were very accommodating and even gave me a room upgrade.
the hotel is located at the main square so very noisy for sleeping and they rent he downstairs for the disco so many people leaving the disco and screaming till late night, so if you can t sleep with the noise, dont go there!!!the bathrooms very very small, not 4 star hotel, our batroom was 3 square meters, you couldn t move there. we saked for the non smoking but all the rooms you could feel smoke as also in the whole hote , so it was terrible if you don t smoke , don t go there.. very olds hotel, they should renovate, there are much better hotels , newer for the same price as we could see, there. not recommendable.
The location is very good because it is very close to the Schattenberg Express (3-5 minutes walk) and the center (7-10 minutes walk). The breakfast quality and variety was not good at all. Fruits available were either not fresh or canned. Moreover, variety of different bread, sausages and cheese was very limited (2-3 options).
It was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the food good. We liked it as it was on the edge of Saalbach where it was quiet and it was not too large. There were a lot of stairs or steps. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, but maybe this is not done in Austria.
