Staff was pleasant.

Facilities were run down, unclean, rooms smelled like stale cigarettes.

location is great for shopping and beds are comfortable

Cleanliness was off this visit. Dirty washcloth in the shower and dirty nylons beside the night stand.....

I liked that our room had a sitting room

Apparently Kayak.com didn't forward my room preference for a king bed and when we arrived they only had two doubles available.

Relieved that my stay was as good as other customer's comments and was the reason I chose Comfort Inn. Staff was pleasant and flexible due to weather delaying my trip one day.

No hot tub.

Staff member that checked people in on arrival was absolutely terrible to everyone checking in ahead of me and me. Rude and inexcusable and foul language. Did not feel safe at this location. Adjoining door was tried to open. Shower top half did not work. Bugs on bed and bathroom floor.

I would say the same breakfast every day

Room was dated. Bathroom & especially tub was old & not extremely clean.

the shower had hot water and the bedding was clean

the floors gross the rugs need to be shampooed and there is a musty smell inside the halls. staff did not clean the room on one day and the shower head was very low I am 5ft 4inch and had to bend down to get my head under the water

Great location, nice pool & hot tub, clean room with fridge and microwave.

Clean, updated, comfortable, lots of parking, quiet and located in a central location in Watertown.

Thought that a continental breakfast should have been included in the price of the room as most others are especially at that price and considering the Canadian dollar versus the US dollar.
