The hotel is centrally located which is nice and it's in a better than average neighborhood.
The bathroom was a disaster waiting to happen. The toilet was ready to come off the floor, the shower control was about to come out of the wall. The mini fridge was not working and in that area there was a foul smell!
It is located fairly close to the freeway so that’s a plus, not a long way to travel after driving all day. The check in employee was nice and very helpful.
There was water damage on the wall it looked like the A/C unit leaked and no one ever fixed it. The outside door(that requires key entry to the property) never shut properly so that seems to be a security issue. Also, the A/C never quite got cold, it felt stale and stuffy in the room.
This place is good value nice staffs.
The ac is too old. And the room is not clean. i still find old snack near the bed.
It was close to the restaurant we had reservations at.
The room smelled and the carpet looked like it hadn’t been replaced in 20 years.
It was comfortable. Mostly clean. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly.
I found long black hairs on the towels and in the bed sheets. The staff was creepy. I asked for more hand soap, and the woman kept trying to peer into my room. Some of the men were sitting across from my room staring while they were smoking. Also, the internet didn't work so well (I was there for five nights). The shower curtain didn't hang low enough to keep water from flooding the bathroom.
