Pros (+) The front desk managers were extremely courteous and helpful, both when checking in and when checking out. We are repeat customers and will continue to return here. A great value for the cost.

Pros (+) I had originally reserved a few days in a cheaper room but they had overbooked the cheaper rooms, so they upgraded me to a King Deluxe room for no extra cost. I couldn't have been happier with the good news. It definitely made my trip better knowing I had a great room to come home to at night.
Cons (-) There was nothing I disliked. The only thing that could possibly be an issue is that they start house keeping early in the morning (which was completely fine)
