Pros:I stayed for about two hours only, so I can't judge the hotel
Cons:I made a reservation directly with the hotel, I made sure that they will provide a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed. When I went to check in I was a different price than the one in my original reservation. The front desk had to contact the manager to see if they could change the price to match my original reservation, this took about a hour to fix. After that, we went upstairs to the room to find out that it has only two queen beds, no sofa bed and this won't work because we are a family of five. We went back downstairs to say that the room we have been assigned doesn't match our original reservation. Again, the front desk had to contact the manager to ask if there anything they can do to fix this situation. The manger wasn't able to help. This whole process wasted almost three hours. I ended up leaving the hotel to another one that was able to provide me with a room that fits our family. What a waste of time!!!!!!!
Pros:Every single employee at the front desk was a serious customer service professional. They were all incredible, I was actually surprised in a great way. Great Job to them all. Breakfast was also a great addition to the stay. They had this express pancake maker that would make 2 pancakes from 1 click of a button. Never seen one before, but it was pretty sweet.
Cons:A microwave would have been a nice addition to the room itself. I ended up just using the one in the lobby to reheat some food I had in the evening.
Pros:Excellent spot. Can walk to Gas Lamp District and Little Italy. The rooms are extra large for hotel rooms, and the breakfast is fine. Parking is extra but very reasonable.
Pros:I booked the king bedroom with a street side view. The rooms have a modern look and feel. The bathroom was nicely updated with sleek showers, but limited counter space.
Cons:The facility is oddly shaped and not easily accessible from different sides of the building. There’s only two main entrances- the lobby, in the buildings center closest to 7th ave; garage entrance on 6th. There’s only one main exit to get to the pool, which is the lobby. The location isn’t as central for tourists but perhaps good for business trips and those who need to access the financial buildings nearby. The north side of the hotel was a bit run down. With homeless loitering on the streets. While the room was nicely updated, the bed felt overused and uncomfortable.
Pros:I can't say more about the staff they were more than attentive to our needs. I have traveled all around the world and can say this is by far the best of the best. From check in to check out there is no staff better. Ana was there when we checked in and she was very helpful.
Cons:Little outdated but they did have a poster up of some renovations to come.
Pros:The room was modest and comfortable, but what really made this such an excellent hotel was the staff. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to provide helpful recommendations about what to do in the area. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, and the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and the zoo, which was great. There was also a very nice free happy hour during the week and freshly baked cookies at night on the weekends. We liked how close the hotel was to the Gaslamp quarter, Little Italy, and even the waterfront if you don't mind a little walking. We will absolutely stay here again!
Pros:We stayed here for 7 days, Family Vacation, The Staff was perfect, The Hot Breakfast was Delicious, and the Happy Hour was a splendid treat! Would definitely stay here again.
Cons:The Elevators are soooooooooooo slow ... But the Hotel does not have many floors, so the stairs were just fine to take.
