Breakfast was great. Historic building, renovated rooms and a great way to get the feel of old town San Francisco. Also cool tip is China town is literally around the corner.
Honestly there’s a wicker basket and a mini bar but that’s really expensive so eat and drink carefully.
Nice big clean room very close to Union Square. Helpful & friendly staff. Very comfy & inviting lounge area with fireplace
As prior reviews warned, it was very noisy very early in the morning. There was a bit of a musty smell entering the hall & initially in the room. The vintage heaters in the room made it a little tricky to maintain a comfortable temp overnight.
Very nice hotel in central San Franciso
The room was perfect, the bathroom looked to be recently remodeled, the sheets were nice. We had a room to the alleyway and the city noise was muted. The staff was quick and helpful.
nothing not to like.
price is motel but quality is better than any othe
Location, clean, quiet, kindness, etc
Well this is not just this hotel. Parking is so bad in San Francisco,
great value, good location
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location near Union Square but out of the hustle and bustle. Not luxurious but pleasant and comfortable for one, with some nice touches (wine, toiletries)
The location is great, and the value hard to beat. The staff was helpful and nice. I would stay here again for those reasons.
The room was pretty small and hard to get in or out of with a stroller (we have a 3 month old baby) or with the luggage trolley. My wife found the bed rather hard, as well. Also, the parking garage they use is more expensive and less convenient than another option right down the street that our babysitters used. It was literally twice as much. Not sure why they use this one, but I feel sort of duped.
Comfortable beds
Friendliness of employees. Great location.
Nothing not to like.
awesome location, very friendly staff. Love apples in the lobby!
noise insulation is not very good, so can get a bit noisy
horrible
Nothing
Room was small, beds were hard as a rock, hotel smelled, first clerk was pushy and rude.
