The staff were very friendly and helpful, plus the rooms were very well serviced each day The restaurant was not open at all on twe occasions when we attempted to use it, even though it was advertised as being open (eg. in the lift poster)
Nothing. Dirty beds!!! Poorly kept all over.
Central location, internet and individual heating in rooms, fixed internet promptly when it stopped working, friendly staff, generous breakfast buffet.
The staff was very helpful when I needed some assistance. The room, particulary the bathroom, was dirty. Breakfast was a bit poor.
Bilingual staff, location, large rooms
Hotel staff was very helpful and the room is indeed clean. Hotel needs big makeover - very old facilities. Would be very doubtful whether to recommend the hotel.
large room. internet available breakfast was absolutely horrible. The worst breakfast while travelling four weeks in south america! The hotel personnel was charging to much for the taxi to the airport, which is not very service oriented.
Big room with kingsize beds.Wifi in the room. English news channels bbc , cnn Shower with low water pressure
Good position, in the center. Room quite large Restaurant with no permission for alcohol (so no beer, no wine...). Room cleanliness not sufficient
The location is close to a subway station, there is a breakfast buffet, however one guest tried to take a yogurt out of the breakfast room was stopped harshly by a staff member. The entrance of the hotel is kind of hidden, next to a little hill in a side street, this may be dangerous. The street next to the hotel is very noisy starting early in the morning. When we arrived the hook for the towel in the bathroom fell off when I touched the towel. It was not repaired during my stay. The shower head also was loose and when touched could fall down. Maintenance in that hotel is lacking...
A very fine, comfortable hotel with a high standard of customer care and service. Excellent location, free Internet, close to good restaurants in Patio de Bella Vista.
Perfect organisation of transfer in the time after the earthquake.Very prompt reponse. Very fine hotel. We paid half of the regular price. The full price would be too high. A bit far from the old town to walk (although possible). However, (cheap and convenient) subway is next door
The bed was really confortable.
excellent help and sevice from the front desk - particularly Oscar - in all my requests, including chasing down the tour company and finding batteries for my camera late at night. I found the wireless internet in my room difficult to use.
The location is ok, really friendly and helpful staff Paying for wi-fi as so many hotels in the region offer this for free
We stayed for 1 night, but everything worked out perfect. Since the check in (the room was selected as we asked) till the easy going late check out that we got, with a smile from the front desk. Had a meal in the room (nice) and breakfast the next day (american style, very good). By the end of the day, we (me and my girlfriend) recomend and will be back next time in Santiago!
Excellent hotel in a very good location with a high standard of servcie and free Internet
There is a good massage service, generaly hotel ok, makes you feel safe but it is very much old style furnished and does not feel so fresh,
Great location. Plenty of restaurants within waking distance. Perfect place to stay if your wanting to visit Cerro Santa Lucia which is only a block away. Friendly staff that speaks some English. Pay in US dolars and avoid local tax. My room was larger that I would have thought. Super hot water in shower. About 20 minute drive to international airport. The bed frame was on wheels and when I sit on the edge of the bed it would many times roll a few inches. Not a major issue but it did happen more than once.
Room very clean with a lovely view , location, safety, staff such as Francisco & bell man( sorry forgot his name) very kind & helpful..walking distance to the center city, restaurants, public transportation, free access to internet, very basic buffet breakfast...(included with room price )....the water pressure in the shower....room 80
The hotel desk staff were very helpfull and friendly. The breakfast could be better, with more fruits, juices, yogurt.
Excellent location. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms.
Good location, good staff, good value for money, acceptable breakfast not considering the price paid
I really liked the location, although the first impression was not that great. I arrived at night and found the hotel across the street from two adult-themed night clubs. The shuttle driver even mentioned it was "dangerous" around there. However, in the morning I realized those two clubs were the exceptions. The hotel is actually in the financial district, also within feet of MetLife and a Starbucks, and walking distance to many of the locations you'd like to see in Santiago. I also thought the staff were helpful and welcoming. The apartment was not really that clean--the walls and sheets, especially. Also, for an Aparthotel, the cooking utencils were sub-par.
All the Staff is Fantastic and Ultra friendly, Congratulations to Maria Helena, the Manager! Não gostei muito da vizinhança! The neighbourhood is not so pleasant, exception made for the gay village at Bombero Nuñez Street!
Located in the Bellavista area close to the bars and nightclubs but noisy and not safe for families. The hotel says they have wi-fi but actually it did not work and none of the staff could explain why.
The location - it's right in the heart of a nice neighborhood (although it might be too loud for some). This is the primary reason why I would recommend this room. Cramped, rather dingy, rooms.
The location Wifi terrible, very dirty carpet, tried to charge different rate to booking.com's quoted rate.
I liked the location amongst a lot of bars and clubs. Rooms were comfortable and large The staff had very little english but were always pleasant and friendly
Great location Reception staff needs to be friendlier. It felt cold checking in. Especially the men. There was one lady with an accent that was very nice when I was checking out.
The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. They all speak very good Engish and so so nice. The room was AMAZING, clean, comfortable, robes and slippers, bottled water, coffee, etc. The area surrounding the hotel is wonderful, safe, with many great restaurants and shops.
A practical, reasonably priced place to stay in a city with very high accommodation costs.
After arriving from a long flight, I was delighted to find a very lovely room, with a very comfortable bed. Best of all, there is a supermarket located on the first floor of the building, so I was able to make great use of the kitchen. The furnishings were great, the staff was great, service personalized, and I felt like I had my own apartment half way around the world! I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends.
Location and facilities No aircon
The personal service provided by the manager was A+++ beyond the call of duty. The location was extremely convenient and central to all attractions. The pool area was fantastic and the room was very well furnished and decorated. The 2nd bedroom of the apartment was too small to be called a real bedroom. ie: the roll out bed provided could not even be fully extended and the room could not be entered at the same time as there was not enough room to even open the door. Unfortunately we were also located on a floor too low to take in the panormic views of the mountains advertised.
The correspondence and help I received from Nicholas was the best customer service I had received while being away on holiday. The images on the web site make the apartment look a lot bigger than what it actually is.
The staff -- several of whom spoke good English -- were very friendly and forgave us our poor Spanish. They were patient with us when we tried to pay with a Discover card (not accepted much in Chile) and had to use another. The manager (or at least the one on duty when we were there) also helped us with a suggestion about which bus to use to get to Valparaiso the day we checked out. Another gentleman kindly retrieved us from the lobby and told us as much as he was able in English about the area. We loved our loft room. The place was clean and comfortable, including and especially the bathroom. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to a friend. It was a bit confusing to find -- the address belongs to more than one operation, it seems, and the man behind the desk right inside the front door did not speak English and had to call someone else to come get us. (He was, at least, able to nod when we said "Amistar Apartments" and motioned for us to wait for someone to help us.)
