9.1 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, great service. The access to Equinox is fabulous! Prime, prime location--the best!!
Cons: In-room dining is awful. I had breakfast twice, and was severely disappointed at the outrageous price for the poor, poor quality of every aspect of the food--coffee is burnt and thick like mud, toast burnt, side vegetables unbelievably expensive with NO quality. The fresh orange juice is good. And that's it. Otherwise, the hotel is just wonderful.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice rooms. Polite staff. Nice bathrooms. Everything worked without an issue.
Cons: At Reservation, called the 800 number. I was told they only had two suites available. No rooms. Two minutes later, I went on Kayak and booked two rooms with no issue. Service was in no way exceptional. It was a little irritating that bell desk couldn't get cab. Food/bar is terrible Surcharge for internet access is ludicrous
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing service and experience! We we're there for our honeymoon and loved every moment. The staff went out of there way to help us.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The view was great. The service and the facility were also wonderful. totally worth the money.
Cons: Location. It is located up on the very steep hill which you may not notice when you use Google maps. For travelers who solely rely on public transportation should be prepared to climb the hill or plan ahead for ground transportation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was huge for SF hotel standards. Beautiful view toward the Bay. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet - never heard a neighbor even though our room was right next to the elevator. The spa was also very nice. I most recently stayed at the Fairmont, which is also very nice, but I actually preferred the Huntington and it was quite a bit less money.
Cons: Wasn't nuts about the restaurant - The Big Four. Very dark. Not a very friendly vibe. (In fairness, we just stopped at the. Ar as we were getting ready to leave). My wife and I ordered Sunday morning mimosas. $32. Just a bit of a downer given that the rest of the experience was so positive
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is nothing if not attentive. Very professional, courteous, helpful. The room was very nicely appointed. We were upgraded to a very large room which was more like a suite, making our week stay very enjoyable. The bed was extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: We both felt that the $15/day charge for internet was excessive and off-putting. Unfortunately, the service we were getting with verizon was almost unusable, but we weren't willing to pay that kind of fee for wifi, which is free just about everywhere.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: VERY friendly and attentive Bellmen. Delightful Staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was surprisingly spacious and much bigger than what was advertised. The view onto Huntington park was spectacular.
Cons: Daily fee for wifi in the room.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Great bed and pillows. Clean room and bathroom. Fluffy towels. Plenty of room in the actual room itself. Front desk and doormen we very helpful.
Cons: The staff were helpful and moved us from 403 to 606 due to noise. However the noise remained... although a little less than 403. The main source of the noise is the hotel lift wells that drone loudly all night long. This couple with the general street noise - cable cars etc makes it almost impossible to get a good night sleep
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location within easy walking distance to all attractions, shopping and restaurants.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: For a downtown located hotel, the room was surprisingly large. It was clean and well furnished. The noise from street was tolerable. I appreciated the free wifi which worked ok most of the time. Staff was friendly and location is close to everything in SFO.
Cons: The price seems to be steep but I guess that's typical of SFO. People affected by street noise may not like it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the cleanliness in the hotel and our room. It was central to many locations. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The bed and pillows were so comfortable.
Cons: The drainage in the tub was very slow, but that was the only minus.

4.8 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: Staff at reception. Layout of the lobby. Room layout. No mirror. small room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: very friendly, helpful staff. Great Union Square location
Cons: Valet parking and hotel entrance around the back of the building. Both the party we were meeting and us pulled up front to what looked like the front of the hotel, was nothing to indicate where to go. Some signage would be helpful. Great workout area but having to pay an additional $25 to use felt excessive.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location
Cons: Expensive valet parking...cheaper across the street but this wasn’t explained until check out and had to drive several blocks to get into the hotel valley due to one way streets spat that point we wouldn’t have wanted go through that again to get to the other garage.
6.0 Good
Cons: Don’t charge for everything extra. Gym, water, garage, etc.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Love the beds, sheets, pillows. Great amenities. Good shower, soft water.
Cons: They charge for use of the gym and if you arrive before 3pm they will charge you $30 for early check in.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was smaller than what I'm used to, but very comfortable. The bed was plush, with high-quality bedding. Good shower and toiletries, fast elevators, comfortable lobby
Cons: The walls are quite thin, and because the toilets are vacuum toilets, they are louder than average toilets, and you can hear everyone flushing. The bathroom door is also a stylish (but not noise-blocking) glass barn door, so if you are sharing the room with someone, they will hear everything that is happening in the bathroom. There is a $25 fee to use the gym and pool, which I was not aware of when I booked the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location the room very clean and quiet. We will be using this hotel again.
Cons: Nothing.

Cons: I didn't like that after driving two hours up to SF,having reserved my room almost a week in advance they informed me my room was not ready, then couldn't give me an answer as to why or how long it would take to clean.Luckily friends who were getting married in the city had their room so we stayed there and waited almost an hour and a half until they called me to tell me it was finally ready then didn't offer much to try and make the situation better
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Nice to stay in a piece of history. Very convenient location for MUNI/BART. Rooms appointments very nice, beds great. Main lobby atrium is stunning. Well-trained, personable staff.
Cons: Coffee/wifi in room would be nice, but that's unfortunately the nature of the beast (Hol Inn Express does that, not most upscale). I went with two hyperactive twin boys, and though not an ideal hotel for kids in most ways, the staff was very patient and accommodating with them. I'd say I wish it were a better value, but really next to what else what available in the area it was a better bang for the buck than most.

The peace and calm that pervades every part of this hotel seeps into your heart. You relax as soon as you walk in the door. The beds are comfortable, beautiful pillows, well appointed rooms. Great food and served impeccably.

Pros: Decor, comfort and staff interactions.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: For being snack dab in the middle of downtown and over 100 years old, the room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable
Cons: I ordered room service for dinner and had the breakfast buffet in Garden Court - both were decent but definitely below my expectations of what a luxury hotel can deliver in terms of quality & creativity on the menu.

Pros: Luxurious, great staff and great location.
Cons: I tend to like more modern hotels but this place was very classy.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. From the maids to the doorman to the concierge everyone was concerned with trying to help us have the best time possible while we stayed there. Loved using the free loaner bikes to get around the wharf.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room has a very hip vibe that is a hit with my kids ages 12-17. They love it! The hotel is just a block away from the cable car when we came back from a night at the downtown area. No hassle when we went around SF downtown and back. It is also within the activities from the pier. It is far enough from the main noise but near enough for a few minutes walk. Very accessible to all the great restaurants and activities around the area.
Cons: None
6.6 Good
Pros: Nice room. Nice spot.
Cons: Valet was very expensive, They did not warn about the price up front. They were insistent we took a mini bar key even tho we didn't want one. no nightlife around the location.
Le Méridien San Francisco - San Francisco - Building

8.8 Excellent (1,935 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Built in 1988, Le Meridien San Francisco is a 24-story high-rise hotel with a business vibe and bay views. Renovated in 2015, Le Meridien San Francisco is a stylish upscale hotel in the Financial District that connects to the Embarcadero Center via a pedestrian bridge. Given its location and facilities, the hotel draws a large number of business travelers, but plenty of couples stay here too. Situated in the bustle of San Francisco’s Financial District, Le Meridien is in an area that is a hub of boutique shopping, restaurants, theaters, events, and art exhibitions during the week, but on the weekends a quiet and empty part of town. Banks, restaurants, bars, and public transportation are within a seven-minute walk of the hotel on Market Street. Within a longer walking distance of the hotel are Union Square, Chinatown, and the Ferry Building Marketplace. Pier 39 on Fisherman’s Wharf, Alamo Square, Golden Gate Bridge, and Haight-Ashbury are all within a short drive. Geared toward business travelers, the hotel features 14 meeting spaces, a business center, and free WiFi for SPG members. The hotel’s Bar 33 in the lobby is a popular after-work stop, as is the Park Grill restaurant with American cuisine and courtyard seating. A 24-hour gym is also on-site for a good day or night workout. Each room at the hotel is designed to envision San Francisco with a city-chic, monochromatic motif. All rooms feature a large 55-inch flat-screen TV with satellite channels, well-stocked mini-bars, and other necessities for traveling guests. Upgraded rooms and suite feature furnished balconies overlooking the city, and some offer partial views of the bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. Suites also come with living rooms, while the penthouse has its own dining room and whirlpool tub.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: We came from the Embarcadero BART/Muni Station on Market Street which was a very comfortable walk. Arrived about an hour before check-in time and received a room right away. Front desk was backed with a line for awhile. Had a high floor on first stay and liked it much better than the lower floor this time. Room and features are good. Large screen TV nice! Restaurant on the third floor is very good. Arthur is a great waiter; ask him where is from.
Cons: BATH ROOM DOOR IS A JOKE!. It is very heavy and slides open like an old barn door. It is impossible to use the facilities in the middle of the night without making noise that awakens spouse. Bed was firm but comfortable. Would prefer a top sheet instead of just the covered comforter. Towels were nothing to shout about.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, fast check-in, excellent, safe and central location, beautiful design, stylish spacious rooms, beautiful views. Close to bart, cable car, malls and landmarks. And free illy coffee to top it off.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: LOCATION, very nice room, near from the port 1, access to the buses stop, near form China Town
7.7 Good
Pros: The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was nice.
Cons: On November 20th, my girlfriend and I decided to take a weekend trip to San Francisco and stayed at Le Meridien. Upon arrival, the parking situation threw us for a loop as we drove into their structure that apparently is no longer in service. Frustrating, but we eventually figured it out. The hotel itself was nice and the first night sleep was great! Nice views of the all buildings, super comfy bed and overall very spacious. The second night however...very different story. We came back to our room(2103) around midnight from a great night out. We could hear the people next to us in the Sydney Cove Suite(2104) who had a few guests over. They were a little noisy but it didn't bother us at the time. Around 230AM, I was woken up to "extra curricular activities"....(Wink wink cough cough). Okay...just a couple enjoying their night together like any other couple would...we all do it, no big deal. But this wasn't normal (we very quickly realized there were more than 2 people still in that room...) and it happened again and again and again...and again.Precisely that many times until 530AM!! Not only were they blasting their music still, but the walls were so thin, we could hear EVERYTHING. Very disturbing and very disgusting. After the first hour and a half trying to block out the sounds (which was impossible) we called the front desk who initially was less than helpful. The first call we asked to have someone come up to ask them to please be quiet. No one ever came. We called back again about 20 minutes later and asked if anyone was coming. The man at the front desk said they had sent security who heard nothing from any room, which we did not believe. Our neighbors hadn't stopped since the first call downstairs and was still happening WHILE we were on the phone during the 2nd call! At that point we were very direct about what was going on/what we were hearing in that room and they immediately called the guests. Finally around 530--sweet silence. We notified the woman at the front desk when checking out who was very apologetic about the situation. It really is a shame that we had such a disturbing second night. The hotel really is nice and very comfortable hence the 3 "stars", but the walls make it seem like you are in the same room with your neighbors. I'm not sure that we would come back after the night we had.
6.5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The bed and pillows. Not comfortable at all. Parking was too expensive. Although they did offer a garage to park for $30/day which I should have done.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable. Location was awesome with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, parking garages within close walking distance, and walking distance to Bay Area.
Cons: No coffee and payment required for WiFi access in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: It was disappointing not to be provided free internet.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Upgraded to a suite for free. All staff very friendly and helpful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and good price for a surprise view of the Golden Gate Bridge.
Cons: Parking was very expensive. $70 per night.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were much roomier than most SF hotels we've stayed at. We purposely picked FiDi instead of Union Square because we wanted the extra space. We got the executive suites with king beds because they were not much more expensive than the regular rooms. The rooms was spacious by SF standards, nicely decorated, modern, and the king sized beds were superbly comfortable. Didn't use any of the other facilities or amenities offered like the gym etc as we were just staying overnight.
Cons: The food options were not much to be desired. We ordered room service for late lunch and it was just ok. I guess we could've gone anywhere to eat but we're feeling tired. Went across the street to pick up dinner which was also alright. Parking was pricey so we parked our car at stockton Sutter garage after dropping the bags off, and Uber's back to the hotel. Stockton Sutter is a bit far but a whole lot cheaper.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: All of the hotel itself.
Cons: The parking situation. Very very expensive $$$
7.6 Good
Pros: Location Downtown
Cons: Hotel parking Incredible expensive

San Francisco Proper Hotel is one of the more exciting and sophisticated Starwood properties in the City by the Bay. Its central location, fabulous beds, and nice in-room amenities make the older neighborhood worth the stay. Even Forbes and Travel & Leisure say it’s the city’s hippest hotel. The Proper is located on the corner of Market and McAllister streets in a historic flatiron building that was built in 1904. A stay at the hotel allows for convenient city tourism and is a quick walk to the BART and a short drive to the freeways. However, it’s only a short walk to the Civic Center, the San Francisco Symphony, the San Francisco Opera and the offices of several major tech firms, including Twitter. Guests and locals alike come to the hotel for the variety and selection of bars and restaurants under one roof. The day begins at La Bande for a delicious and easy breakfast, Villon provides a great lunch, and Charmaine’s offers a nice dinner with panoramic rooftop views. Other on-site amenities include a fitness room and multiple meeting spaces with loads of convenient features. The 131 ultrachic rooms and suites are tailored to fit the demands of a modern city traveler. The cloud-like beds are always the number one hit with guests and extras like curated minibars come in a close second. Smart-TVs and WiFi come standard, as does designer toiletries. Rooms range in sizes and amenities, and some offer sofas and bunk beds while Suites offer city views.
9.1 Excellent
Cons: The hotel was well decorated, sexy and had a great vibe. The rooftop bar was awesome and had lines out the door everyday for the sunset. But the tenderloin is an awful.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was large & I only had a queen. Bed, pillows & sheets all very good. Hotel is dated but some would call that charming.
Cons: My robe had stains on it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Luxurious surroundings and a historic San Francisco location. Quiet rooms and very friendly staff. The Tonga Room on-site is great, the room service food was good, and the gym looked nice.
Cons: The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. I had to abandon them halfway through the night and just sleep without. I also noticed a lack of the sort of amenities one might expect in a luxury hotel of this caliber—no bathrobes, WiFi was an extra charge, etc. Hard not to feel a little nickel-and-dimed which didn’t seem in keeping with the luxury atmosphere.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Grand, historic, luxurious
Cons: I could hear everything from my room. Housekeeping, doors slamming, neighbors... I also think free wifi at hotels should be standard at this point - as it is at most hotels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel employees treat you like royalty. Beautiful details all over the hotel. Classic history all over! Every president over the past 120 years has stayed at the hotel! First Fairmont Hotel in the world, sets the standard for all Fairmont hotels!
Cons: VERY expensive parking. The hotel contracts with a parking service and valet is the only option. Prepare to spend over $70 a night to park at the hotel, but this is the only option unless you want to walk miles and miles.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The view is amazing in the linens were very comfortable
Cons: Valet parking is a bit steep in price
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The staff, rooms, comfy not over the top stuffy
Cons: Expensive
6.5 Good
Pros: Location and setting
Cons: Service was awful - restaurant had several issues.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, great service. Staff very helpful, especially Scott at front desk
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds. Great location. Nice staff. Beautiful decor.
Cons: Poor soundproofing- we could hear everything next door. $65 parking and $14 wifi. "Courtyard view" misrepresents the huge noisy cooling type towers. Breakfast was 1 1/2 hour late. Dinner in the restaurant was loud and only mediocre.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I originally was trying to book this hotel via the QANTAS website however they had problems, so I rang the hotel direct and they were most helpful. Not only did they book me in, but they beat the original price and converted it for me to $AUD for my small brain. I drove to SFO from LAX - on arrival bell hop service was excellent, didn't miss any bags or jackets that were in my car. Stayed in the main building - Fairmont Queen room Clean and tidy Free WiFi BathTub Excellent staff Late checkout Food selection and room service Tonga room is a must see Location very central to anywhere you'd like to be in SFO
Cons: The main building although grand, is a little dated. The refurbished rooms are good, but the particular room I was in the door didn't fully open because the wall gets in the way, so for room service the trolley couldn't be wheeled in, food had to be carried in from the door, and there wasn't really any table to put the food on, only the writing desk or the fold out mini bar. I had to call for slippers
7.1 Good
Pros: Very luxurious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the management. When things went wrong, they were accommodating to benefit me for the inconveniences.
Cons: Upon checking in, they didn't have our room available until the next day. Not sure how that even happens, but after talking to the manager, he miraculously was able to get our room. I had an allergic reaction to the laundry detergent they use on the bed sheets and my eyes swelled up. I was told that if you have allergies, you need to call in advance to make sure they wash the bedding with hyper-allergenic detergent (they normally use Dawn). For the inconveniences, they did comp me my room service.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Parking at $65 a nite is outrageous There were no blankets in the room so I asked for some they came an hour later. I had to call 3 times to get service. Wifi was $14 a day not free. Coffee in the room was poor. U would think they could provide quality coffee. Paper was delivered to some rooms but not ours

6.8 Good
Pros: Location is great, large facility for meetings
Cons: Lack of aesthetics, just tired and drab. Parking is just ok
4.5 Okay
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: The receptionist lied to me about the parking fee Later the hotel charge me 75 USD for overnight parking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and it was clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was a perfect size, bathroom is kind of small and dated but the view was incredible and the staff was amazing. We had an issue with something called casting where you can view videos on the TV, to be honest, I really didn't care about it but my wife did. The tech support team was great, they came right up when we reported the problem, determined it wasn't going to work and they offered us 3 free movie coupons for our inconvenience. On our last day at the hotel, our flight didn't leave till 7 pm, we asked for a 4pm late checkout and despite the fact the hotel was booked solid, they gave it to us. I stay at this hotel most of the time I travel to SF, it's a great location, reasonably priced with lots of restaurants and stores at ones fingertips and the Bart station right outside the door making getting to and from SFO painless and inexpensive!
Cons: Nothing
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all very nice and helpful. I will be back.
9.7 Excellent
Cons: The additional 29.00 added for destination per Room this will deter me from staying in the City of San Francisco and stay in another city and just come to the city in the day time, don’t add me no charges extra!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location excellent, room spacious, staff friendly. An excellent stay!
Cons: Price a bit high, bathroom could use renovation (but was perfectly functional). A light in the closet would be very helpful.
6.0 Good
Pros: The lobby area inside us very beautiful, yet it's not that unique anymore compare to some of the newer hotels. Location is very good, right access from ferry building and many good restaurants.
Cons: Room needs renovation. Restroom is small, couldn't find light switch when we get in the room. Booked king bed room and was given a double bed room, staff told us nothing they could do. They did give us some credit but only end up buying some water, because there is none in the room.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed, great location, friendly staff.
6.5 Good
Pros: Location.
Cons: Unresponsive staff. Examples: (1) concierge and room service rang out after trying repeatedly reach them for 10 and 15 minutes; (2) waitstaff in bar/dining area was slow and inattentive; (3) we needed 2 extra blankets and they initially resisted until we convinced them we were using all the blankets in the room and were still cold; (4) the food and beverages were overpriced and barely mediocre.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The hotel atrium remains spectacular. Great location in financial district, overlooking the bay, a walking distance from Fisherman's Wharf, but be aware that many restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel are closed on Sunday.
Cons: Bathrooms are small and outdated. Overnight parking is $34.00.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed the clean rooms, enjoyed the club room amenities.
Cons: Parking was expensive and inconvenient
Overview Reviews
Built in 2008 near the Moscone Convention Center in the business-oriented neighborhood of SoMa, the InterContinental is largely geared toward business travelers but is also an excellent choice for vacationers looking for top-notch service, well-designed rooms, and quality features at very competitive rates. Intercontinental, San Francisco is a ten-minute walk from Union Square, and only one block from Yerba Buena Gardens and Performing Arts Center. Kid-friendly attractions can be found two miles away at Fisherman’s Wharf, and a San Francisco Giants game can be found one mile away at AT&T Park. Several other area attractions are within proximity to the hotel. The relatively spacious guest rooms at the hotel include all the high-end comforts, such as WiFi, cordless phones, iPod docks, and big flat-panel TVs with HD channels. Stunning views of the San Francisco Bay and the city skyline can be seen from higher floors. Up-to-date electronics and a comfortable design make these some of the nicest rooms in San Francisco, especially for the price. The high-quality amenities offered at the hotel are top-notch for the price and neighborhood. Features include a large, 24-hour fitness center, lap pool, hot tub, gift shop, and free breakfast. The draw for many guests is the business center and 43,000 square feet of function space split between 21 meeting rooms. The hotel also features a Michelin-star restaurant with a well-known chef and the city's biggest selection of grappa. InterContinental's luxury-level service, high-tech guest rooms, lap pool, and Michelin-star restaurant make it one of the best values in San Francisco.
7.4 Good
Pros: Clean, had an indoor pool. Staff was friendly enough.
Cons: Everything was overpriced, maybe I’m not a 4.5 star hotel guy. Parking was $70/night incl tax (after 1st night I parked outside), water in room was $8. I needed some antacid at night, 2 tabs of pepto=$2. I guess I was expecting more, or it’s really for people who will use the bar and drink more. Water pressure in shower was too low.
7.4 Good
Pros: Your average IC, nothing exceptional.
Cons: Someone kept requesting housekeeping to my room at odd hours of the night and I was charged parking when I didn't drive or have guests. I requested a late check out yet housekeeping kept checking to see if I had left every 2 hours.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved it. Get the club room if you can.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms and easy check-in and check-out. Professional and looks modern. Also, they have big bathrooms and nice towels and comfortable beds.
Cons: Every time I’m here, hotel is always busy, so rooms usually aren’t available until 3:00. They do have an ambassador program for extra perks, but it’s only good for intercontinental hotels and not the chain of hotels it’s associated with. Water pressure in shower is low, but it’s a roomy shower.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We moved here from staying a night at The Scarlet Huntington which was so noisy with road construction we couldn’t think. Everything was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive.
Cons: We liked everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I hosted a bachelorette party at the Intercontinental and it was great!! The staff was very accommodating and helped us with making sure all the girls were taken care of. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the hotel was extremely spacious.
Cons: There was a "bouncer" type employee at night who gave me and the girls staying at the hotel a hard time. He required every girl to have a key in their hand to get in, even though we just had one person per room have a key because we didn't think it was necessary. He was extremely rude and borderline harassing.
6.5 Good
Pros: We stayed a night since it was near our morning meeting. The layout and lobby is great, and the staff is very welcoming. Unfortunately let down by mediocre room experience (deluxe king) and we could not have a good rest.
Cons: The thermostat in our room was broken and it was way too hot. We tried re-setting it several times but it kept blowing hot air even though it was 75F. It was very difficult to sleep and sweated through the night. The shower pressure was very low. Having both shower head choices was nice, but it was difficult to feel clean because the water pressure was very low and so it took much longer to soap off. For a business hotel, you had to pay for internet. We used a hotspot instead. It felt a bit confused whether it was a luxury hotel or a business hotel, and for the price point I would stay somewhere else that has better value for money. Not having a good night sleep really affected my work day
4.0 Okay
Cons: The room stunk! For $600 get some air freshener.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel and staff. They treated us perfectly. I would absolutely stay here again. No complaints as all.
Cons: The location for us was a bit too close to some seedy areas of town. No problem, but you need to be careful which way you walk.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Appreciated the staff the location and the lounge/restaurant. The room was great with a nice view each morning
Cons: ....
8.5 Excellent
Cons: Restaurant and food options are really limited for such a nice hotel
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Given a corner room even though I booked via Kayak Provided with slippers Room was spacious and TV was large - guess is 55" Gym was well equipped but didn't have time to use it Easter bunny was on duty and there was a tableful of candy for the young and not so young - I didn't have any but still appreciated the effort
Cons: Bathroom short on racks to hang towels Shower head water flow too wimpy Bathroom scale low on battery
