Great location, nice rooms, excellent restaurant, great amenities! Would definitely stay there again!
Pros. Looks new, very clean, good location
Cons. Beds could have been more comfortable and I didn’t appreciate the extra daily charge and parking per day.
Pros. Great location, the bar and lobby area are excellent for relaxing. Free coffee was good in the mornings and refreshing water available in lobby when coming back from walking around Fishermen’s Wharf. Staff was helpful
Cons. Parking cost
Pros. Great location! Close to everything...walking distance to most things. Staff was top notch from reception to concierge!
Cons. Missed having a little coffee shop for a quick breakfast & coffee...although coffee was free in the lobby daily. Snall room.
Pros. Hotel Zoe was great! Very cute boutique hotel atmosphere. The outside patio with fire pits was so cozy and inviting! The room was a good size and very comfortable. Didn't get a chance to try the restaurant but hope to next time.
Pros. We loved the friendly staff and how close to everything this hotel was. We were in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The hotel room was beautiful too, newly renovated and very nice!
Cons. All of the addtional fees for parking and "resort fees". Granted we got a deal on the cost of the room, so we're not complaining too much but the actual cost of the rooms are very expensive and then to add over $150 of addtional fees when checking out is a little crazy. But, overall, we would be willing to stay here in the future, if we make it to the west coast again.
Pros. Great location. The staff was friendly and the dog stayed for free.
Cons. 55$ parking, the room was kind of old but they are remodeling currently
Pros. What a disaster this place was. Facilities look nothing like the photographs. The entire operation was ran out of the basement what a complete disappointment
