Looks new, very clean, good location
Beds could have been more comfortable and I didn’t appreciate the extra daily charge and parking per day.
Great location, the bar and lobby area are excellent for relaxing. Free coffee was good in the mornings and refreshing water available in lobby when coming back from walking around Fishermen’s Wharf. Staff was helpful
Great location! Close to everything...walking distance to most things. Staff was top notch from reception to concierge!
Missed having a little coffee shop for a quick breakfast & coffee...although coffee was free in the lobby daily. Snall room.
Hotel Zoe was great! Very cute boutique hotel atmosphere. The outside patio with fire pits was so cozy and inviting! The room was a good size and very comfortable. Didn't get a chance to try the restaurant but hope to next time.
Beautiful & Close to Everything
We loved the friendly staff and how close to everything this hotel was. We were in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The hotel room was beautiful too, newly renovated and very nice!
All of the addtional fees for parking and "resort fees". Granted we got a deal on the cost of the room, so we're not complaining too much but the actual cost of the rooms are very expensive and then to add over $150 of addtional fees when checking out is a little crazy. But, overall, we would be willing to stay here in the future, if we make it to the west coast again.
goos in all
Morning coffee, afternoon wine, dine credit
Great location. The staff was friendly and the dog stayed for free.
55$ parking, the room was kind of old but they are remodeling currently
They didn't mention extensive construction when bo
What a disaster this place was. Facilities look nothing like the photographs. The entire operation was ran out of the basement what a complete disappointment
Friendly staff. Nice amenities.
Some construction noise at early hours
Awesome but not Kimptom awesome
The hotel overall was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby was beautiful. Restaurant was delicious.
Our room wasn't cleaned very well. There was hair on the walls in the bathroom. A dog biscuit on the floor and the carpets were dingy and needed a deep cleaning. While it was a nice hotel it was very expensive for the accommodations you received.
Loved the location, everything was within walking distance
Valet was a little high priced, worth it considering the location
Parking is super expensive
Clean rooms, nice staff, excellent location.
Horrible view. Parking is outrageous.
the bed is amazing and the front desk is helpful and competent
the parking was valet only and the price was $42 a day(its not going to be cheaper anywhere else) but the bellmen were not very friendly and were not happy to repeatedly get the car for me.
location-concierge-home-like lobby-inviting-great restaurant
booked king room on line-got there and had a queen-very disappointed-have a queen at home!!
Easy to get to places of interest and front desk staff willing and able to help.
Location was good, hotel was available when I needed to be in SF, within walking distance to Wharf, decent on-site restaurant.
Distance from elevators to room.
location, close to transport,(excursions); winetasting every day 5-6 in the afternoon where one can meet fellow travellers.
Nicely furnished and the lobby area was a pleasant place to sit and chat over coffee or wine. Excellent location and concierge Alan was very helpful
Room was a bit dark but not a major issue
Friendly atmosphere and close to waterfront attractions . Evening wine tasting was lovely - can recommend this hotel
the location is excellent.
our room was very noisy from staff running up & down the metal stairs, The fire alarm went off twice during our stay waking us up, no apology from staff or managment.
Staff was friendly and helpful....nice location close to North Beach and Fishermans Warf.
They did not have an express check-out system. You had to go to the front desk and do it the old fashion way.....not a big deal but you need to plan for it accordingly.
