Our suite was very nice. Bedding and bathroom were both very clean and fresh.View was great - we could see the city and the river from our vantage point. The room had a nice bar area with refrigerator, however we had to ask for extra glasses. There was a stain on one of the chairs, a light bulb was out, and we only had one drinking glass in room. However, they replaced the light bulb promptly and brought us extra glasses when we asked.

We will not be staying at your hotel again. On Saturday, August 6, 2016 we traveled to Louisville to exchange our granddaughter with her mother. When we arrived, there was nowhere to park, so we had to park in the parking garage, which we had to pay for. My husband went to check in while I was left to entertain our granddaughter. He informed me there was a line, of people, out the door, waiting to check in and would be approximately two hours before he would be able to check in. After 45 minutes, I asked my husband how much longer did he anticipate the wait will be. He told me the line was still very long, no employee had bothered to inform the guests of what the problem was or why it was taking so long and he estimated it would be at least another 45 minutes or longer before it would be his turn. At that point, I called the Galt House reservations and requested to cancel our reservation. I was told there was no way I could cancel and get and not be charged as the reservation was for that day. When I explained how long my husband had been waiting to check in, and how much longer he would have to wait, while I was trying to keep a child calm, the attitude was "Oh well, too bad" there's nothing I can do for you. At that point, I contacted my husband and told him to get out of line, we were leaving, we would find another hotel, which we did. I will now be charged for two hotels because of the inefficiency and obvious lack of respect for guests. This is not the only hotel in that town, and I’m sure there were others who left that ridiculous situation and were willing to pay the price of checking in to a hotel where there wasn’t a two hour wait. Because of your inefficiency, you lost nothing - we lost the cost of an unused hotel room and parking fee! Mary

I love the Galt House hotel in general. Being from Lousiville, is is nearly iconic. The location overlooking the waterfront and the river is amazing. The beds, super comfortable and we really enjoy the Restaourant, Rivue, for a romantic dinner. The hotel is dated, has a dirty appearance in parts and when we stayed, there was an almost mildew like smell on the floor. Staff are average at best relative touchstones service. 2 examples, upon check in there was a line of at least 20 people. There were 5 staff checking in people. While I was waiting and finally reached the front of the line, one desk attendant finished up and I anticipated being called over. Instead, he proceeded to "flirt," with a young lady who was being checked in by the attendant next to him, asking if she was here for business or pleasure. WHen she informed him she was there with a bachelorette party he proceeded to give her all sorts of advice about where to go, etc. Not saying THAT is necessarily poor service, but, the attendant checking in the young lady could have provided that service, while he moved on to the next guest in line. Instead I waited for the NEXT person to finish and call me over. Second example, I went to the car to retrieve an item and my wife had asked me to track down a bottle of water on my way back. We were in the Rivue tower and I stopped at the desk by the elevators to ask about a bottle of water and where I could get one. The attendant at the desk was attempting to do something with her phone, be ever acknowledged me when I approached. I then stated, "excuse me," in a normal tone and the attendant never responded. I repeated, "excuse me," a second time , but a bit louder in case, perhaps she did nothear me. Again, no response. So a third time I announced myself, this time a little louder, perhaps a bit irritated. Finally she acknowledged me, without making eye contact, simply stating, "can I help you?" While continue to look down and "fiddle," with her phone. I asked my question she simply replied? "What floor are you on?" I told her, she replied, "vending machine is your best bet." Never once looked up.
It was a beautiful hotel at a great location! Loves of things for guests, the pool, gym, and if you want to eat there they had great options. It was a safe area and the view was amazing! We were close to a lot of fun downtown things and we felt comfortable leaving a car parked in the garage. My family had never been to Louisville ever and the location of the hotel was easy to find but it was a very confusing check in process for us! There was so much going on and so many people on a very small area it was very congested! Also when we booked I looked for "Free Parking" hotels and tgis one came up so I assumed parking would be free and it wasn't.
Stayed the night for an event at yum center. It was very. Ice to have access to event from hotel skywalk I like a softer mattress. But it didn't really effect my slumber lol.
Staff The basic rooms
It was within walking distance to all the major attractions. The AC units in the room were extremely loud, sounded like a percussion band coming through our room each time it turned on. Also, the walls aren't very think and can hear every word your neighbors speak.

The hotel was in a great location Everytime I asked someone working there a question, they either didn't know or wouldn't help.
The hotel was very nice and the staff even nicer. It's location and views are great. Downtown Louisville has an eclectic selection of restaurants and bars as well as different museums within easy walking distance if you choose to explore. If not, there are several bars and eating places there at the hotel. We parked the car when we got there and only had to get back in it once when we went to Churchill Downs. We will stay again if our travels take us back to Louisville. The prices for some of the casual food places was too high. $2.65 for a large coffee at the walk up Thelma's and $16 per person at the Magnolia Cafe for an ordinary breakfast buffet is a bit much.
The staff was absolutely amazing! Pools were great as well as the rooms! Me and my kiddos will definitely be back!
The rate was the only really good part about this hotel. Our two rooms both had very odd, strong smells. The pools were nice but there were issues with their rules being enforced.
Breath of fresh air after being on the road in several states and paying much more for much less. Clean inviting room. Was so tired and just wanted to sleep. The young man at front desk was very accommodating when we discovered we couldn't pull the rack with our luggage down 3 steps and gave us another room. Couldn't stay longer!!
We liked the location, close to everything that we did in Louisville. Nice pools indoor and outdoor. Friendly staff that gave great restaurant recommendations. A bit older, but they are doing renovations. Not many choices for hot breakfast and the breakfast room was a bit crowded later in the morning. No refrigerator in the rooms.
I've stayed here many times before but feel like this was the worst yet. We typically stay here because the location is great but I may have to find something else in the future. The staff is great though. They're very friendly. My room smelled musty as soon as I walked in. I thought by turning the A/C on would help but it didn't. All weekend it was musty. The A/C in this room didn't get the room cool even though I had it on the coolest setting. The hairdryer broke, which was no big deal since they replaced It immediately. The plumbing in the shower needs to be repaired as water was coming out of a hole towards the base of the faucet. There were cracks in the tile and the toilet was so low I felt I was sitting on the ground. Their Continental breakfast had no variety. Only bagels, cereal, mini muffins, bread, biscuits and gravy and awful tasting hard boiled eggs. If you're on a gluten-free diet, beware. Oh they did have a couple pieces of fruit. I did enjoy the coffee! Hope this review helps others make a good decision.

We requested a fridge when we made the reservations, front desk told us to call ahead the day of, so we did just that. Called the day of and they said it will be in n the room. We checked in and again asked about the fridge, they didn't have it set up yet and said they would do so, well that was at 3pm, it didn't get to the rm until 11pm. I called down a few times to check and was told the maintenance man was busy and I have to wait! Tried to explain to them that I had medicine that needed to be refrigerated and that I was trying not to be a pain. Didn't matter, the front desk was very short and rude with me.
The room smellled very bad, my wife could not sleep during the night and could not eat breakfast the next morning. One of the worst experiences we have had traveling. I am glad it was only a nights stay.
Convenient near the freeway for on the way travelers. It doesn't have elevators to go to the upper level. It becomes complicated to carry luggage. We requested a room change because the one we got had a strong mildew odor.

Our experience overall was great...but I don't feel it was anything over the top for the type of property that it is and rate that we paid per night. The location was good...and many of the staff members were very hospitable and kind.. James in in-house reservations was wonderful, as I called to reconfirm our reservation, note our preferences and that it was Anniversary and he blocked us accordingly. Evan and Amanda were truly welcoming at check-in. Colin our Bellman/Valet was very personable and always gave great recommendations. Shamaya in housekeeping was so very friendly and welcoming...always offering us chocolates which was a sweet touch!! There are a few items that we didn't truly enjoy during our stay... I called in and noted it was our Anniversary during our stay and honestly expected some type of acknowledgement during our time there...and there was nothing. In past stays at luxury properties they have at the least mentioned it during check-in...and then at times upgraded us or even sent a little something with a card up to the room. I felt this was a missed opportunity to WOW!!! The mattresses are definitely an item that should be replaced...as they seemed older and were quite uncomfortable. We opted to reserve a room on the Club Floor to take advantage of inclusions...which we had higher expectations for the Club Lounge. As both food offerings for both "happy hour" and breakfast were very repetitive and seemed "cheap"/low-quality. With staying at a luxury property that boasts a talented culinary team we expected higher quality and more variety.
Gorgeous and historical!
Our stay at the Brown Hotel was exceptional. Great location to all attractions and site seeing. The hotel was very nice, clean, and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall we were very pleased with our stay at the Brown. Our only dislike may not be a problem with others. The bed was too soft. We are use to a more firm mattress. Didn't sleep well and woke up with a backache. The bed was just too plush us.

The staff was superb. Service was impeccable. The facilities were very clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed every aspect of the Brown Hotel. A hot brown for breakfast at the J. Graham's Cafe was the perfect ending to our stay. Loved it! The only thing that I did not like was the fact that we could not go into the clubhouse because we were not a member.
Room was poorly appointed for the cost. No fan in the bathrooms. Doors are lightweight and thin, as are the walls. Room size was rather small. There is a Hampton Inn nearby that offers a much better value for a lower price point. That will be our go-to spot for future trips to Louisville.
Beautiful atmosphere, excellent staff. The ac in our room was not effective and the room was very hot. There was a large group of high school students who were very loud and took over the lobby at one point. I would think that booking large groups of children would not be common place in this hotel as it appeals mainly to adults and the noise from kids works against the atmosphere.
The basic room appeared recently renovated and was borderline luxurious, depending on your definition of luxury. Definitely highly comfortable. High-end bathroom, bed and bedding were marvelous, the robe is a welcome touch. Stayed Fri-Sun, there was a lot going on in and around the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at how the noises disappeared once my room door closed. The complimentary Wifi was more than sufficient for my needs without having to upgrade, and was trouble-free. Nice to see a hotel that's recognized by 2016 that a couple of USB charging ports on the nightstand might be handy; I didn't have to take my wall charger out of my bag. There's a room safe big enough for a 13" laptop (but not a 15") and the safe has a 110V outlet inside the door, nice. Huge flatscreen with great sound. Room keys are chips, not mag swipe, so you can unlock the door without taking the key out of your wallet. The elevator might leave your stomach in the lobby when you're going up ;) Parking was advertised at $13 but ended up being only $10; there's no integration with the room key though so you have to keep up with your ticket. This hotel is connected to the Louie Link enclosed walkway that runs from Galt House and KFC Yum Center at the north to Fourth St Live at the south. And the staff is great! Highly recommended. The staff was wonderful and friendly the room was great and clean they even left some body spray on the pillow bathroom was very clean we were minutes from Kentucky kingdom and we walked there and if I ever got back it is where I would stay 2 They had this beautiful pool and court yard buy I tried to relax in it and it was full of black ppl and I tried on 3 different occasions and as late as 9:30 but all the children (and there were like 40) were out of control throwing things splashing running around and the life guard doing nothing to stop them .. Later found out that there was a family reunion of some sort but as I sat in the courtyard I watched other families and guest come down and see the craziness and turn around and leave...
We loved the size of the pool and that it was indoor/outdoor. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We also enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel staff was very friendly. The shuttle was also very helpful. We really feel that each room should have a refrigerator and microwave. We would have also liked to have some sort of complimentary breakfast. My husband and I stay in many hotels throughout the year and this is the first one to not have any of the amenities I have stated above.
Whirpool was unbelievably dirty, ypi cpuld scrape the dirt off the tiles, water was brown n smelled horribly warer was also warm not proper hot tub temperature, swimming pool floor was filthy as well, very disappointed and dissatisfied especially for the money I paid.
Overall our stay was good. The room and hotel were very clean and the beds comfortable. The location would have been great for going out (which is why we selected it) had we had the time, but didn't work this time around for us. The only downside for this hotel is the shower. My husband had a difficult time since he he is over 6 feet tall and the shower head was for people closer to 5 1/2 feet or shorter. The pressure was also barely there and quite noisy from I think trying to get the pressure.
The location is good. The room was dirty and we couldn't get them to come clean it. They said they were busy. The maid would knock very early then we asked her to come back later and she never did. The manager was very rude when we asked about the cleanliness. There wasn't enough hot water at all. It was very disappointing especially considering the price for our two dad there.

The staff is great. The historic nature of the hotel is impressive. Location is central and steps from restaurants and entertainment. Bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were small. Furniture was basic hotel-grade as were the linens and towels. Shower curtain was flimsy and frayed. The room was pretty, but there was nothing luxury or high-end about it. It was a very standard grade hotel room for the price.
That the internet was not included. The room was not cleaned till 1:30 in the afternoon. The front carpet outside the hotel was dirty. The rooms were very small.

We had a very relaxing stay and the staff was very hospitable. We loved the pool and the big window overlooking the pond.
Like the pool (we usually stay here because our local granddaughters like to swim) and the new decor in the lobby area and redecorated areas. Felt safe and the location was wonderful. Staff was attentive when we checked in. Our first room was not clean and the heat/air was not working correctly. When I called the front desk the next morning (I turned it off for the night), they said they would have someone look at it while we were out of the room for the day. Nothing was done. When we got back, the front desk personnel who had come on duty didn't know anything about our request or if any maintenance had been requested or done. We asked to be moved and were moved next door. That room was clean and the HVAC worked (a newer unit). We may not return because the room are not consistent.
Rooms were remodeled/redecorated. Online pictures a bit deceiving in the overall quality of the hotel. Disjointed layout (rooms not all accessible from a lobby elevator). Hallways were dark and dank. Elevator sounded like it was going to break every time. Staff wasn't very professional.
We love coming back to his hotel, it has a great indoor pool and staff and rooms are always great. Sometimes there is smoke lingering in some rooms but they try really hard to keep it clean, unfortunately this is normal in most hotels in this area.
Very little They had ants in my room. Tv remote didn't work. Toilet issues as soon as ingot to the room after the first flush. Long time to fix
The pool area was fantastic! Overall, the hotel was very clean The hotel is massive. Getting from point A to point B was not very easy. We were very far from the pool. However, It was a great hotel and I would recommend it.

When I booked the wrong night through a 3rd Party booking website and showed up a day early, their manager quickly refunded me the full night without any questions. Very accommodating and friendly.
I enjoyed my stay here, pool is always great and my kids love it, rooms are large, staff is always welcoming and assist when they can. Parking is always available and it's right off the highway, although construction still limits your access, but hopefully will be done soon. Had a few issues, but nothing major. First time I was told to leave the room while they cleaned it, which had never happened in all my stays there. Toilet was running at times overnight. Also please make better pancakes, they were terrible!!! Although I enjoy the buffet breakfast in general.
Convenient location Once we had our room, we were getting kids ready for swimming and someone else used their room key to open our door and were just as surprised as we were. I called the front desk...gentleman said sorry and he would take care of it. Went swimming...pool was nice, but older kids playing catch with a football across it. After they nearly hit my 2 year old, I politely asked them to not throw that way again....we ended up leaving as they carried on throwing from one end to the other...when we got to our room our keys wouldn't work....the front must have cancelled all keys when they rented out our room twice. We had to go all the way back from room 609 to have our keys reset. Around 1 am when I went to the bathroom a roach the length of my thumb was on the floor.....needless to say I didn't sleep well afterwards.
I think there is a lot of potential there. It was under a major facelift. The finished parts showed promise. The pool looked like it could be a fun place to hangout. It was dirty, old and not a nice hotel. The front desk staff was ok, but the bar staff was not well trained in how to serve customers. Once the construction is complete, it might be better, but there is not a chance it will be a destination. I only stayed there since all the hotels in the area were booked. I won't stay there again unless I need to.

The room was beautiful! The bed was better than the one I have at home! & everything was very clean! Only down side is the complementary breakfast is over a bit early & the pillows get a little flat as you lay on them, but nothing a good fluff can't fix!

Impressive breakfast spread
Staff at front desk, cleaning staff and staff in the breakfast area were all very friendly! I travel VERY frequently for business and truly appreciate that the towels I hung up were left there for me to re-use (as suggested by the notice in the bathroom). I would say this only happens 1 out of 10 stays. Usually I get totally new, clean towels even when I hang up my used towels. It's important to me to save energy and other resources and when a hotel advertises its green policies it means a lot when they stick to them. Thanks so much to the housekeeping staff for being environmentally conscious! Hampton Inn continues to be my hotel chain of choice for pleasure and business travel.
Staff was very friendly. Lobby was pretty, breakfast was above average for continental type breakfast. Free shuttle to anywhere in downtown area until 11pm. The carpet in the room smelled damp. While the hotel is 'centrally' located, being right in the downtown area, it's not exactly the nicest part of downtown but this is subjective. Also, two drunk guests walked into the elevator, one of them smoking a cigarette on the elevator. Maybe smoking in public areas is acceptable at this hotel but it's definitely not something I was accustomed to encountering. Overall, I wasn't super satisfied with the hotel.
Good, centralized location. Walkable city. Lots to see and do. The hotel staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was well appointed with plenty of outlets for charging electronics. Breakfast was well stocked and with a good assortment of food from which to choose. Pool was clean, exercise room had purvey of options from which to choose. Even on the eighth and highest floor, the street noise (esp frequent sirens, fire trucks, etc) was loud. We were traveling with expensive medication that required refrigeration (not freezing) and were aghast to find the water bottle in the fridge frozen solid in the morning. Even after turning the controls all the way down, the temperature was still enough to freeze water overnight e next day. The tub drained very slowly and the toilet seats are the cheap kind that slip across the rim of the toilet, leaving one feeling off-centered when seated. The shampoo 'samples' are in such small bottles that it's nearly impossible to get much out (particularly given that there's not that much in there to begin with).
Within walking distance to Yum center, 4th street, and many restaurants. Staff is very friendly, loved the coffee bar, and didn't have a problem getting a late check out. Will stay again! No problems or complaints

Traveled with my teenage daughter. The hotel was centrally located and 3 blocks walking distance from 4th Street. The free breakfast was ample and we felt very safe. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly too! 1. There was a parking charge which wasn't noted when I booked. Chose this hotel because I like to park myself (and thought it was free) vs paying valet most other places. If I had known of the fee I would have just gone somewhere else and paid valet. 2. Bathroom - No fan in the bathroom made it a hot steamy mess. Also the tub drained so slowly it filled up during the shower. I'm surprised no one cleaning the shower noticed/reported the slow drain.
I made the mistake of showing up a day early for my reservation. The hotel staff found me a room anyway. The hotel was clean our room was clean and the staff was very friendly. They do offer breakfast but I didn't get up for that. I did go to a place called Toast on Market for breakfast and it was very good. The location is great. They offer a free shuttle to anyplace downtown but that is something else I did not take advantage of because everything is in walking distance. We only stayed one night but we bounced around downtown Louisville for the entire day and we were able to leave our car parked on the hotel lot for free. Eddie Merlot's Steak and Seafood was a fantastic place to have dinner as well. Great food and great service.
Good Location next to 4th Street Live and near to the convention center. Free Shuttle from airport a real plus. Newer hotel in an older building. Bathroom was very large but surprisingly the bedroom area was on the small side. Everyone on staff at the property seemed very nice. Enjoyed the hot breakfast and happy hour. Housekeeping was not so good. Coffee rings on counter remained through my stay never wiped up. Returned to my room one day at 5 PM to find the room was never made up so the next day I called to housekeeping to make sure my room would be cleaned before my 5 PM return only to come back to an untouched room. Very disappointing. Blackout drapes extremely hard to open or close. Had to call maintenance and the pull rod fell off one time. Maintenance said these drapes have been a constant problem.
The front desk staff knew what they were doing. They answered all questions with a smile and what they said was a fact. The valets went over the top to accommodate our special requests and there were several. If you want to stay near 4th Street Live. This is the place. The free breakfast was great and the happy hour was too. Stay here when in Louisville. I know I will again. I did not meet a single employee who was not friendly and professional. Well done all.
Super downtown hotel, excellent service, very modern and contemporary furnishings. My meetings were across the street in the old outdated Selbach Hotel which was full. I am so glad that I chose to stay across the street at the Embassy, so much nicer setting. Thermostat didn't allow the room to get cool enough and the beautiful glass shower allowed water to leak out onto the floor.
The hotel was newly finished and was beautiful. The location was centralize and idea for activities in the downtown area. I travel often and regularly stay in a variety of hotels which fall into this category (many of them are also Embassy Suites.) However, In my many years of travel I have never found a larger group of rude, dismissive, and unprofessional employees then those of Embassy Suites in Downtown Louisville. Not until my recent visit to this hotel, was I ever given the impression that a hotel staff was intentionally trying to NOT be accommodating and/or helpful. It interesting that a team in the service industry, would seeming go out of their way to do this. This is also rather disappointing, considering that I paid almost $700.00 for two room and a 1 night stay. I would think for that price I should NOT have a "supervisor" raise his voice to me, then publicly shame me for booking through a 3rd party booking site (apparently this makes you a second class citizen and justifies them treating you poorly,) and then proceed to scream at me "what do you want me to do about it." Please keep in mind that this was in front of my friends and about 20 stranger in the lobby, oh and 10 other employees of the hotel... Classy! All of this stemming from their in ability to accommodate the simple request of adjoining rooms. Also keep in mind that I had called this hotel several times in the days prior to my check-in and spoke to a variety of people regarding this. All of whom told me different things - everything from "sure, no problem," to "I've added a note..., "or call back on this day and tell them to..." Also during this train wreck of an experience, I had two employees who couldn't even find my reservation, one of which did everything but call me a liar. However, he did manage to rather blatantly imply that I didn't really have a reservation and that I must have either made a mistake, or was making it up to pull one over on them....are you kidding me?!? As it turns out, the only reason they couldn't find my reservation was because the employees didn't understand that if you are trying to pull up a booking from a later date, you have to change the date of your search to that day and not the current date... Sounds rather basic... Of course, I can't blame those employees - clearly they were poorly trained! In short - unless you want to be verbally abused by the staff and be made to feel bad because you only spent $700 on your room(s) instead of $750, this is not the place for you.
The hotel was only minutes fr airport, clean and comfortable. I had dinner in the bar where the server was super friendly and food tasted great. I didn't get my wake up call and airport shuttle doesn't run for early flights.
Nice employees and super nice beds. TV was also nice.

Very nice lobby, check in and check out was really quick, room was amazing for the price I paid. The complimentary coffee was surprisingly good. I didn't realize how close the hotel was to the Louisville Airport. I could hear planes taking off all through the night. That coupled with the very loud fan led to zero sleep.
After staying a night at the Four Points I didn't think it was an awful hotel, until I was charged three separate times in the following two weeks. The first two were supposedly deposits for damage at $50 each that the manager claimed would "fall off." Until I called a second time those charges remained on my card. I thought it was over until last week when another $72.40 appeared from the hotel. When I called about that charge they claimed someone must have charged food from the restaurant to our old room number. I asked for them to remove it, but they claimed it would have to wait to be investigated and there was still no promise the charge would be removed. I ended up having to call my bank to cancel the charge. Needless to say, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. The stay wasn't bad, but it's not worth the hassle afterwards.
Super clean and in a great location! 9 minutes from down town and about 10 from the shopping malls. Room service was great and the food tasted wonderful!

Clean, great for 1-2 night stay (rooms are small), convenient & nice area of town, good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was minimal - cold cereal, bagels/toast, fruit, yogurt, but for the money, its better than no breakfast!
it was great, the rooms were very ckean, staff was incredibly super nice, and breakfast was delicious. only thing I guess I didn't like was that it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room.
I did like the cleanliness. The room was tidy and comfortable. Breakfast selection could have been more better. Selection was ppl limited to 3 types cereal, gravy and biscuits, and fruit. Also, my floor smelt as the someone was smoking weed in the hallway the whole time. I heard several other travelers complaining too.
The room was clean. The price was great and it was in my preferred location. The rooms were small. The complimentary breakfast was subpar and not worth the effort as the breakfast room was only large enough for about three people and that's if you don't move around.

The hotel staff was friendly, space was clean The AC unit is one for from the bed so every time it would kick on it woke me up, it was extremely loud. We booked this trip to get a full nights rest since we have two young children but it was the worst nights sleep I have gotten in a very long time. Mattress was also very uncomfortable.
As mentioned in other reviews, the parking lot is somewhat dark.
The room was clean and nice as one would expect. The hotel was not easy to find but the biggest concern I had was that the parking lot was not well lighted which is highly unusual for most hotels these days. My wife also travels and she would not have felt comfortable staying at this hotel.
The breakfast and beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean, and it was in a good location as far as food needs (as long as you weren't wanting fine dining) any place to shop is a bit farther away but not extremely far! Maybe about 5 min or so It had an off smell! The staff were nice, but it didn't seem very genuine. They were rarely seen behind the front desk. If you wanted them you had to ring a bell and then they'd come from some back room

The room was surprisingly bigger than what we expected, was very happy to see a small kitchen There we a couple small flying bugs that must have got in through the screens in the windows

Very clean and large rooms. Hotel seems to have been remodeled recently. Breakfast was a total bust. Coffee was cold and there were hardly anything good to eat. We decided to find a place to eat breakfast.. This was the only bad thing about our stay.

Management!! She was so very personable. She actually said that if we didn't have a place to go for dinner that she would meet us with it. Actually bring us a Thanksgiving dinner. Amazing. Location was a little too far out for me.
Manager and staff were super nice! Huge room, with kitchenette. (Was happy they had the fridge turned on when we got there - many places don't leave it on.) Room was clean. Great price for what we got! Floor in the room felt damp. The breakfast was sparse.

I liked there was no staff there to bother us. It wasn't the cleanest place I've ever stayed.
