Wrong Car

Pros: They had a car waiting for me but it wasn't the car I purchased

Cons: They wanted me to take a van instead of the car I contracted for. I had to take smaller car with no compensation for the first day. The car I ordered was available the next day but it was too much of a hassle to return and swap the cars

Rude and Vindictive Management

Cons: Management was nasty and vindictive. A $13.99 charge was billed to me because I drove less than 70 miles. In the small print it said that if a gas receipt was not shown upon return of the vehicle this charge would be made because they had to check to see if the tank was full. I had dropped off the car when they were busy, they told me to just leave the key and asked if everything was okay with the car. I told them yes and that I had just filled the tank. The manager, Natali Hernandez, lectured me for 5 minutes about company policy and even knowing that no gas was necessary to put in the car and that I had been told to leave the car without telling me that I would be charged for not showing a gas receipt, she insisted that I get a paper receipt to show her before she would refund the charge. She knew full well that I had returned the car full and enjoyed her power over me in this situation. She smirked at me when I returned with the receipt and seemed to enjoy the frustration and inconvenience that she had caused me. This person should not be allowed to deal with customers.

Worst rental experience, will never use Sixt again

Pros: Nne

Cons: Over 7 employees were at the office and only one person was helping customers while the other 6 stood around drinking coffee. The car had food crumbs in it and the steering wheel was sticky. I will never use Sixt again and will actively warn others with the experience I encountered.
