Flight was cancelled so had to change my reservation to a day later and was told the price had changed - doubled, in fact. $300 cancellation fee, so I had to pay double the price. Was supposed to pay about $500 and ended up paying $1,200.Reviewed Mar 5 2023

Konrad is a star. He was helpful (and not in a pushy way) on what terrain to expect and needs for space. Just fantastic as was his colleague. who actually brought the car to us for our convenience. SUPER. Drop off at the Edinburgh Airport is not intuitive and quite difficult in the dark and rain.Reviewed Dec 24 2022

Total lack of transparency regarding the daily price. We prebooked/prepaid a class and the end charge was double what we expected. No mention at the counter. You don’t get a copy of the invoice at drop off - you get it days later and then they make it difficult to see the charges/details. Unacceptable customer experience with Sixt.Reviewed Aug 13 2022

Terrible customer servicePros:They say they credited me after not having car I ordered available - have not verified that yet.Cons:They did not have my car “because my flight was delayed” got a much smalller car and they offered no refund until I complained on social media. Absolutely terriblePros:Returning the vehicle was quick and simple.Cons:Given different size vehicle than was shown. Being charged more than double the original amount to get correct size vehicle and zero customer service from both Kayak and Sixt. Vehicle was received filthy with wrappers, chewed fingernail clippings, and dirt everywhere making it impossible to verify any current damage prior to assuming responsibility for vehicle.
