Pros: The staff was quick, clear, friendly, patient and overall highly efficient.

Cons: The car I requested was unavailable and the car we did receive was not nearly as comfortable or as efficient when it came to fuel economy. I bought an insurance policy through Allianz and it didn't show up in the system which made our pick up a bit more difficult. No fault of the Sixt representativ

Please Stop Upselling

Cons: I miss the North American quick checkout and returns. Don’t waste 20 minutes of my time upselling and making your lineups 40 minutes long because your upselling the people ahead of me. I get my insurance ahead of time because your insurance is SO expensive. It should not be an hour to pick up a rental car - look to what the do in the US and Canada and make it work here.

Pros: Easy to find the location. Ok people.

Cons: I was concerned they were looking for things to charge me extra for. Worked out ok in the end.
