Sixt Customer Service lied to me.! I called to make sure that they provided shuttle from the Sonestan to the airport. It cost me $35 to take an Uber. The person at the counter said " well Customer service is in India. They don't know we don't have shuttle. Sixt only gsve me two off site drop off locations. Thought I booked one of the highest levels and got something smaller than what I was expecting so I was a little bummed. Volvo x40 was relatively new and nice, but for the price I paid I would have expected something a little larger like a bmw x5 or something. That’s the only disappointment.
