The car had many bumps when I picked it up. The pressure of the front tires was not good and I had to have them checked and inflate them. Since I was not sure about the reliability of the car I requested to exchange the vehicle for another one. The customer service on the phone and on site was not helpful at all and had me go to another city 120 km round trip for nothing since they did not have the same category of vehicle as the one I originally got. For the time spent and all the pain I went through, I requested at least a financial gesture which they refused.Reviewed Jan 3 2022

We tried to make a change to our pickup location when we arrived, due to changes to our flight itinerary. We were in Paris, trying to simply move our car pickup from one airport to another. The toll free number we were given was for the US and the call center was CLOSED! Not sure how this is acceptable. The reservation agent in Paris advised we could only rent a new car (at TWICE the price). How is this acceptable? Here we are in a foreign country with no other choice but to rent a 2nd car and now deal with trying to cancel the first reservation. Trust me, we will never use a 3rd party for a car rental again.Reviewed Dec 27 2021

The guy working there was very friendly and uncomplicated. Dropped car at carpark and dropped key in a box as it was Sunday. Car was great....so far so good👍Reviewed Sep 6 2021
